Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta
Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.
Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

Property Policy
- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.
- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.
- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.
- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.
- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.
The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

NO SMOKING
No smoking inside the property, the unit, on the terraces / balconies, or common areas. ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING — this includes yards, terraces, and any outdoor spaces attached to or part of a Vacation Rental Property. If smoking takes place inside the property, you will be obligated to pay a $300 USD fine, and you may be evicted from the property.
OCCUPANCY POLICY
Maximum occupancy of 5 people in the unit.
The number of persons stipulated on the guest’s Booking and the confirmation email is the maximum number of people allowed to stay at the vacation property. If more guests arrive to stay / occupy than stated on the Booking Confirmation, they may be denied occupancy. In the event they are permitted to check-in an extra charge may apply.
All guests registered to stay in this unit are required by the administration of the complex to wear an arm bracelet during the entire time of their stay. The arm bracelet must be returned to the front desk at the time of check out. If a bracelet is lost or damaged there is a penalty of $500 pesos to be paid directly to harbor's administration.

As per regulations of Harbor 171, short term renters are unable to receive visitors during their stay that are not listed as registered guests on the reservation.
PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.
PET POLICY
Sorry, pets are not allowed in this unit.
NOISE RESTRICTIONS
NO HIGH VOLUME or NOISE between 10:00 pm until 8:00 am, including Speakers, Music, Televisions, Washer/Dryer, etc. inside of the unit

POOL & TOWELS POLICY
When you go to the pool, jacuzzi or common areas, it is permitted only to use the white towels embroidered with “2107N".
The building only allows white towels in the pool area.
Never use the white bath towels in the pool area or for the beach.
They are not permitted to leave the unit.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY FOR GUESTS UNDER 25 YEARS OLD
To ensure a safe and respectful environment for all guests and neighbors, a refundable security deposit of $500 USD is required at check-in for all guests under the age of 25.
• This deposit must be paid in cash upon arrival.
• The deposit will be refunded in full within 72 hours after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property and house rules have been followed.
FURNITURE USE AND OUTDOOR AREA POLICY
To help us keep the furniture in great condition for all guests, please follow these rules:
It is strictly prohibited to sit on any furniture (indoor or outdoor) while wet, whether from the pool, shower, or rain.
If deep cleaning is required due to moisture, stains, or odors, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
Do not remove the protective covers from the outdoor furniture during the rainy season. These covers are there to protect the furniture from water damage and humidity.
Any damage to the furniture caused by moisture, misuse, or neglect will result in an extra charge to cover repair or replacement costs.
KEY POLICY
This unit has a keyless entry. Upon arrival, you will be provided with a code to access the unit during your stay. Your concierge will explain how to operate the smart lock.
You will be issued 2 Keycards to Access the North Tower, the Rooftop and the Gym. Keycards must be returned in the same condition as received at the time of CHECK OUT.
PLEASE NOTE: Should you lose a Keycard the cost is $25USD ($500 pesos) for each lost-unreturned or damaged key or set of keys. Please have this fee prepared to be collected by the concierge at the time of check-out. This Fee is NOT covered by the guest damage insurance.
CONDOMINIUM REGULATIONS
Pool and Apartment Area.
1. Only WHITE towels are allowed in the pool area.
2. Diving/rough play is not allowed in the pool area.
3. No food allowed in in the pools.
4. No loud music in the pool/snack area, please use headphones.
5. No glass (bottles, containers, cups, plates, etc.) is allowed in the pool/snack area.
6. No large inflatables in the pool, only small size (donuts) with a diameter of approximately 50 centimeters.
7. No minors are allowed inside the Jacuzzi. (only 16-Year-old+).
8. Due to medical recommendations, the Jacuzzi can only be used for 30 minutes per person. This is to avoid seasickness, heatstroke, raise/drop in blood pressure especially while using medications/ alcohol.
9. Please do not move the pool area furniture (loungers/umbrellas/tables/chairs/etc.).
10. Please do not "reserve" the pool/snack area furniture (loungers/umbrellas/tables/chairs/etc.); Furniture being
"reserved" without your presence for lengthy periods of time will result in your items being removed and taken to the security booth where you can pick them up.
11. Long-term renters may have a maximum of 4 visits from 09:00 to 22:00 prior notification of the owner or administrator of the department directed to security and administration, without this notification, access is not allowed.
12. Visitors do not apply during holiday seasons, long weekends, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas holidays, etc.
Vacation renters will not be able to have visitors.
13. Smoking is not permitted in the pool area, on balconies or in common areas.
14. Fast food delivery people cannot enter the property. You must go down to the security booth to pick up your food.
15. Every time you enter or leave the property, you will be asked for your apartment number, this to keep a proper record of all persons entering or leaving the property.
16. Within your apartment, please use music volume only for your personal enjoyment, please refrain from having loud music that disrupts your neighbors.
17. No hanging towels, bathing suits, clothes, etc. on the railings of the terraces of the apartments.
18. Pets will only be allowed to transit through corridors and common areas to enter and exit the condominium (access doors to Harbor 171, parking pen or pool). Pets will not be allowed for any reason to remain in the common areas such as pool areas, gardens, corridors and private terraces.

This place is so great, I can def recommend it to someone who is looking to spend time doing both swimming at the pool and in the ocean. Location is great, host is very responsive and this place has everything you need.

Harbor 171 se encuentra en una de las zonas más privilegiadas de Puerto Vallarta. La Zona Hotelera Norte combina lo mejor de dos mundos: un ambiente tranquilo frente al mar, vistas espectaculares, atardeceres inolvidables y una playa ideal para caminar, nadar o simplemente relajarse bajo el sol.
