Contract includes:

  • A weekly inspection of your property, facilitating maintenance and repairs as needed through our team of property inspectors and trusted contractors (anything from plumbing, electrical work, appliance repair, painting, etc.)
  • Our accounting department will make payments on your behalf for utilities (electricity, water, cable TV, satellite TV, phone, internet, gas, etc.), your property land tax (predial), bank trust (fideicomiso) and homeowner's association fees.
  • An expense report is available online in real time 24 / 7 from our website for your review which you can verify no matter where you are. We will assign a maid to your property and complete a maid schedule to ensure the unit is properly cleaned especially during arrivals and departures.

We recommend to our homeowners to have at least one cleaning service per week due to the weather circumstances, the humidity and dust in Puerto Vallarta. The cleaning supplies and paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) for the unit can also be purchased on your behalf if required. We offer maid services based on your requirement and your arrivals and departures schedule.
