Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta
Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.
Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

Property Policy
- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.
- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.
- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.
- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.
- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.
The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

Maximum occupancy of 5 people in the unit.
The number of persons stipulated on the guest’s Booking and the confirmation email is the maximum number of people allowed to stay at the vacation property. If more guests arrive to stay / occupy than stated on the Booking Confirmation, they may be denied occupancy. In the event they are permitted to check-in an extra charge may apply.
Clients shall not remove any item(s) from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.
The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited

POOL POLICY
Never use the white bath towels in the pool area or for the beach.
They are not permitted to leave the unit.
The use of the POOL is at your own RISK.
NO glassware in the pool or around the pool. PLASTIC glasses and stemware only.
NO Pool Parties.
NO Running around the pool area.
NO Urinating in the pool. Please use the washrooms in the room next to the pool.
PLEASE SHOWER or RINSE prior to using the pool.

To help us keep the furniture in great condition for all guests, please follow these rules:
It is strictly prohibited to sit on any furniture (indoor or outdoor) while wet, whether from the pool, shower, or rain.
If deep cleaning is required due to moisture, stains, or odors, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
Do not remove the protective covers from the outdoor furniture during the rainy season. These covers are there to protect the furniture from water damage and humidity.
Any damage to the furniture caused by moisture, misuse, or neglect will result in an extra charge to cover repair or replacement costs.
KEY POLICY
This unit has a keyless entry. Upon arrival, you will be provided with a code to access the unit during your stay. Your concierge will explain how to operate the smart lock.
SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR GUESTS UNDER 25 YEARS OLD
To ensure a safe and respectful environment for all guests and neighbors, a refundable security deposit of $500 USD is required at check-in for all guests under the age of 25.
This deposit must be paid in cash upon arrival.
The deposit will be refunded in full within 72 hours after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property and house rules have been followed.

Comments About the Vacation Rental Unit:
The most professional hosts I’ve ever had. Arranged an airport transfer for us, and stocked the condo with some groceries on request. The welcome tour was perfect, a highlight as making sure everyone was in the WiFi.
Condo is well appointed with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Our days consisted of waking up, having breakfast, and then heading to the pool on the roof. The pool has a lovely view of the hills behind PV. After the pool we grabbed an uber into ZR or Centro for food and drinks.
Fast wifi, hot water with lots plenty of water pressure. Plenty of towels and access to a washer and dryer.
All the beds were comfy with great pillows. Rooms had nice TVs for us to play our streaming content on.
We’ll be staying with this group again.
Los anfitriones más profesionales que he tenido nunca. Nos organizaron el traslado desde el aeropuerto y, cuando se lo pedimos, llenaron el apartamento con algunos productos básicos. La visita de bienvenida fue perfecta, y lo mejor fue que se aseguraron de que todos tuviéramos conexión wifi.
El apartamento está bien equipado con todo lo necesario para una estancia relajante. Nuestros días consistían en levantarnos, desayunar y luego ir a la piscina de la azotea. La piscina tiene unas vistas preciosas de las colinas detrás de PV. Después de la piscina, cogíamos un Uber hasta ZR o Centro para comer y beber algo.
Wifi rápido, agua caliente con mucha presión. Muchas toallas y acceso a lavadora y secadora.
Todas las camas eran cómodas y tenían almohadas estupendas. Las habitaciones tenían televisores muy buenos para ver nuestros contenidos en streaming.
