PVRPV has a firm CANCELLATION POLICY for all guests. We make every effort to work with our clients when a cancellation occurs as we understand situations happen. Property Policy

- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.

- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.

- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.

- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.

- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.

The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

THIS IS A SMOKE FREE PROPERTY
No smoking inside the property, the unit, on the terraces / balconies. Smoking is allowed in the main entrance area of the condominium and in grass area floor 0.

OCCUPANCY POLICY
Maximum occupancy of 2 people in the unit.
Minimum stay of 5 nights as per The Reef regulations.

VISITOR POLICY
Only guests registered and confirmed in your booking are allowed to occupy the unit.
Short time renters and guests cannot receive visits

PET POLICY
Dogs under 12kg are welcomed in the unit, please consider a $500 USD deposit (CASH) is required upon arrival and returned upon check-out after an inspection and no damage in the unit.
Pets are not allowed in common areas.

NOISE RESTRICTIONS
NO HIGH VOLUME or NOISE AFTER 10:00 PM: Including Speakers, Music, Televisions, etc., inside of the unit.

POOL POLICY
Pool hours 8:00 am. a 10:00 pm.
Glass is NOT allowed in the pool area; food is allowed but eating is not allowed in the pool.
Plastic containers are allowed in the pool and also containers with lids.
Do not enter the elevator with your bathing suit wet, dry yourself before entering.

GYM RULES

Gym hours: 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

The use of the gym is for over 15 years of age.
Appropriate gym dress.
Bring a towel and use it
Clean the equipment after use.
No transfer of weights or equipment outside the designated area.
No smoking inside the facilities.
Do not introduce alcoholic beverages or food
No annoying noises or music that disturbes nearby private units.
Use the equipment properly and follow directions.
Report any damaged equipment to the administration immediately.

GUEST KEYS
You will be issued 1 set of keys for each person noted on the Booking Confirmation. Keys must be returned in the same condition as received at the time of CHECK OUT.
PLEASE NOTE: Should you lose a set of keys the cost is $50USD (1000pesos) for each lost-unreturned or damaged key or set of keys. Please have this fee prepared to be collected by the concierge at the time of check-out. This Fee is NOT covered by the guest damage insurance.
