Puerto Vallarta is fast becoming such a popular hot spot that we are now experiencing a more than average increase in Construction Sites in the Romantic Zone. There are more then 14 new construction sites happening around the zone, as of 2017, for the next 2 years. Everything was great! We really enjoyed our stay. The only question was if there was a cleaning service to the unit during our stay. I wasn't sure if there was supposed to be or not, but if so it didn't happen. Not that this was a big deal. We did report one problem, and someone was there that afternoon to help us - and everything was fine. We really loved the unit, the building, and hope to come again in the future.

We have used PVRPV for almost ten years and the level of service gets better and better every year. This year was no exception. We are so appreciative of the help provided in the process of booking at the beginning, to the exceedingly quick response of the staff at PVRPV to a very small issue we had with the TV at the unit. The unit itself was probably one of the best we had stayed at. One small criticism is that the unit had only steak knives, no cutting knives of any kind, and absolutely no basics condiments such as pepper or salt. Otherwise a perfect stay once again booked through PVRPV. thank-you
