The Park Condominiums which was built in 2014, has an incredible 7th floor rooftop terrace with 360 degree spectacular views of the Sierra Madre Mountains, the Bay of Banderas and City of Puerto Vallarta. The rooftop also provides ample shaded area, infinity pool, 2 Jacuzzis, gas grill BBQ, refrigerator with ice maker and small kitchen area to prepare your meals. If you prefer to just sit and relax, you can also enjoy the free Wi-Fi. The building also is equipped with a full gym area at no extra charge for the guests. The Park Condominiums are literally steps from the finest restaurants, art galleries and nightclubs that Puerto Vallarta offers. The Park Unit 303 vacation location of Puerto Vallarta located on the 3rd floor of the building has 915 sq. ft. is a two bedroom condo which offers partial views of the Bay of Banderas and the surrounding mountains from the third floor. Please note that the condo is located in an area of Puerto Vallarta that is busy.� During the day, you will be hear buses going by, starting 6 a.m. �until 11 p.m. , regular street noise, and during the evening, �as you are located in an area of night clubs, you will hear noises from the bars, music, which are opened in some areas until 6 a.m. �There are some clubs that are completely closed off, where you cannot hear the sound, however, some bars are not noise proof, and we wanted you to be aware.� �

The condo is located in the heart of Vibrant Old Town / Zona Romantica. Puerto Vallarta is a bustling city with Old World Mexican charm, and the sights, sounds and flavors that come with that. With ease of access to the beach and the finest galleries, restaurants and nightspotIs. You are just steps away from all the excitement. The condo is located on a city bus route providing ease of access to downtown and the surrounding areas.

Constructions Notice

Puerto Vallarta is fast becoming such a popular hot spot that we are now experiencing a more than average increase in Construction Sites in the Romantic Zone. There are more then 14 new construction sites happening around the zone, as of 2017, for the next 2 years. The construction normally happens Monday to Saturday between working hours, but there is no guarantee. The construction will cause noise and dust. Since there are so many different new buildings, it is hard to get away from it during the day. We encourage our guests to visit the different beaches and different parts in and around Puerto Vallarta during the day. For more suggestions contact our Concierge department.



ADDITIONAL FEE FOR CLIENTS ARRIVING BEFORE AND AFTER REGULAR WORKING HOURS
Please be advised that if you are driving or flying to Puerto Vallarta, you must ensure that you plan your travels well and expect to arrive at the rented property no later than 8 PM. on any given day. Clients who arrive after 8 PM. will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD I.V.A Included which must be paid in cash. This will be collected upon check in. In addition, there is no check in time before 8 AM. on any given day, otherwise, the same additional fee of $25.00 USD cash applies. Most of the properties allow a check in time of 3 PM.

Important notes:

  • Cleaning Services: The services included is based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In case your rental is less than this or require additional services the cost will be $25.00 USD per day
  • Damage Deposit: $ 35.00 USD - Damage deposit is now mandatory for all clients. The deposit provides coverage to travelers in the event that damages occur during your stay. It also protects you from having to pay additional costs if any accidental damages happens during your stay to a property of up to $500.00 US Dollars. Our stay at THE PARK unit 303 was an enjoyable one. I was expecting a lot of noise from the street, but once the beautiful patio doors that cover the front of the unit were closed it was very quiet inside especially in the main bedroom.

The overall unit was large enough and comfortable for 4 people, nice kitchen easy to make meals, and great walk in shower. The outdoor patio was the focal point of the unit a great way to start the day with morning coffee.

PVRPV staff has always been very courteous, always BIG SMILES and pleasant. Tim and Agustin thank you again for all the great service it has been a pleasure dealing with you..

All three of us felt a little ill by the time we left. After returning home we went to the doctor . I believe the smaller second bedroom had a very musty feeling and after examination at the very end as we were leaving we found a lot of black mold against the wall .

The property was great the college house Pvrpv were professional and helpful when needed, so was the security staff of the building . Our only issue was construction above our balcony which will lead to falling debris which doc to the furniture and the patio we made security aware of it of the building and yourselves.

I found the bedrooms in the unit small. The second bedroom was cramped and crowded. The bed had to be shoved over to close the door. There was a lack of storage in the master bedroom. The closet was great but the drawers and shelves were filled with extra linens and towels - so not much room for clothes. The majority of staff were great. However there was one male security guard who was extremely rude to my daughter - over our complaint of the debris on the balcony swept there by the construction crew working above. He would not give us his name. Kudos to Gerry. And the women. They went above and beyond for us. PVRPV staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Unit had only one bathroom, which was inconvenient. The master bedroom has two full beds, rather than one king (or queen). The second bedroom has a full bed. The room is tiny and there is no closet space at all. The TV never worked. Most of the staff at the Park were very nice. However, there was one night person that stated he would not allow us to bring a guest into our unit, even if escorted by us personally. That is ridiculous! I don\'t know what this guys problem was, but he was very out of line.

THE PARK
SOME RULES OF THE COMMON AREAS

1. Number Of Occupants In The Unit Is Limited To Those Authorized
2. Any Person Who Is Not Listed In The Occupation Application Has Denied Access To This Building. And Likewise, Tenants Have No Friends And Visitors Allowed To Make Use Of Common Areas Of This Building.
3. While The Unit Is Rented Or With Guest, Use Of Facilities The Park Is Limited Only To The Tenants Registered In The Application Of Occupation.
4. Special Events For More Than 6 Visitors Are Required Prior Notice And Request To This Administration.
• There Will Be Charged As A Deposit By Event, Which Is Returned After The Event If There Is No Damage.
5. Owners, Tenants Or Guests Will Be Charge Of Any Damage
Caused In The Common Areas
6. The Parking Area In The Basement Can Only Be Occupied By
Owners Who Have Assigned Parking Spaces.
7. Guests Should Not Use The Unit To Alter The Peace And Quiet Of This Building Or Other Owners. Excessive Noise Is Not Tolerated Of 11:00 Pm To 8:00 Am.
