PVRPV add a new unit at the building the Park, the condo 107. The Park building is located into heart of the Romantic zone at puerto Vallarta. Surrounded by different amenities like restaurants, bars, art galleries, jewelries but specially a few blocks from Los Muertos beach, and a few steps from the malecon.

The condo 107 is located at the first floor and offers two bedroom (one king bed and the the other a queen bed) with one bathroom. You can watch any channel from the cable company or connect to the wifi connectivity to watch videos on youtube or Netflix.

The Park common areas offers the opportunity to relax and enjoy the best sunset of America from the pool, or having a BBQ.

Please note that this condo building is located in a relatively busy area within the city of Puerto Vallarta, in the heart of Old Town/Zona Romantica. During the day along with regular street noise you will hear city buses just a few blocks away that offer daily service from 6 a.m. until 11 p.m. The close proximity to city bus routes provides easy access to downtown destinations and the surrounding areas. Construction Notice

Puerto Vallarta is fast becoming a popular vacation hot spot and is currently experiencing rapid growth. As of late 2018 there has been an noticeable increase in construction areas within the Romantic Zone. Construction usually occurs Monday to Saturday during working hours, and will cause some noise and dust, but there are no guarantees. Since there are numerous new construction sites, it is sometime difficult to get away from the activity and noise during the day. CHECK IN and CHECK OUT

CHECK IN time for all properties is 3:00pm and CHECK OUT time for all properties is 11:00am. If you require early CHECK IN or late CHECK OUT please contact your PVRPV concierge at: concierge@pvrpv.com.

Please note if you require a CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 8am or after 8pm you will incur an additional charge of $500.00 MXN tax included which must be paid in cash, and collected by concierge..

Remember that Puerto Vallarta is located in Central Time zone (same as Mexico City, GMT-6).

You will be issued 1 set of keys per person for the property you are visiting.

Important notes:

  • Cleaning Services: The services included is based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In case your rental is less than this or require additional services the cost will be $500.00 MXN per day
  • Damage insurance: $ 673.05 MXN - Damage insurance non refundable is now mandatory for all clients. The deposit provides coverage to travelers in the event that damages occur during your stay. It also protects you from having to pay additional costs if any accidental damages happens during your stay to a property of up to $10,000.00 MXN. The unit could have bore towels and the pool towels were too small. There was no ironing board or iron, no intercom
And the toaster was ancient and didn’t work that well.

Building staff were amazing.
Inside 107, we found that the furniture, excluding the beds, are in need of replacing. Nothing comfortable about the sofa at all. Furniture seems mid-matched. Bathroom towels are old and they too should be replaced. Outside space was adequate. With the patio door closed, outside noises did not bother us at all.
Drink glasses are terrible. Several broke will being drank from.

El personal de construcción era increíble. Dentro de 107, encontramos que los muebles, excluyendo las camas, necesitan ser reemplazados. Nada cómodo sobre el sofá en absoluto. Los muebles parecen de mediana coincidencia. Las toallas de baño son viejas y también deben ser reemplazadas. El espacio exterior era adecuado. The guy who checked us in seemed like he was in a hurry. The remote needed batteries which he never brought. The condo location is superb but the finishings are cheap. The mattress is comfortable but the frame is very squeaky.. Annuar was outstanding to work with so outstanding we met with him this week and booked for next year. His customer service is 2nd to no one


El chico que nos registró parecía que tenía prisa. El control remoto necesitaba baterías que nunca trajo. La ubicación del condominio es excelente, pero los acabados son baratos. El colchón es cómodo, pero el marco es muy chirriante. Annuar fue excelente para trabajar, por lo que nos reunimos con él esta semana y reservamos para el próximo año. Su servicio al cliente es 2 a nadie.

This property has its own policies, please read carefull

THE PARK SOME RULES OF THE COMMON AREAS 1. Number Of Occupants In The Unit Is Limited To Those Authorized 2. Any Person Who Is Not Listed In The Occupation Application Has Denied Access To This Building. And Likewise, Tenants Have No Friends And Visitors Allowed To Make Use Of Common Areas Of This Building. 3. While The Unit Is Rented Or With Guest, Use Of Facilities The Park Is Limited Only To The Tenants Registered In The Application Of Occupation. 4. Special Events For More Than 6 Visitors Are Required Prior Notice And Request To This Administration. � There Will Be Charged As A Deposit By Event, Which Is Returned After The Event If There Is No Damage. 5. Owners, Tenants Or Guests Will Be Charge Of Any Damage Caused In The Common Areas 6. The Parking Area In The Basement Can Only Be Occupied By Owners Who Have Assigned Parking Spaces. 7. Guests Should Not Use The Unit To Alter The Peace And Quiet Of This Building Or Other Owners. Excessive Noise Is Not Tolerated Of 11:00 Pm To 8:00 Am. 8. The Park Is Not Responsible Of Any Loss, Damage Or Injury For Misuse Of Our Facilities. 9 All Tenants, Visitors Or Occupants Of Units Are The Responsibility Of The Owner Of The Unit Where Are Leaving. The Park Roof Terrace Rules 1. Pets Are Not Allowed On This Level. 2. This Level Is Open 10:00 Am To 11:00 Pm Monday To Sunday Excluding The Gym Which Is Open 7:00 Am To 10:00 Pm Daily. 3. Nudity Or Exhibitionism Is Not Permitted. 4. Loud Offensive Language Is Not Permitted In Any Common Area Of This Property. 5. Use The Shower Before Entering The Pool Or Jacuzzi. 6. Bathing Suits Are Required In The Pool And Jacuzzi. Other Clothing Is Not Permitted In The Pool Or Jacuzzi. 7. Samples Of Affection Have To Be Controlled On The Common Areas Of This Building And More When Children Are Present. 8. Food, Drinks And Glass Objects Are Not Permitted In The Pool Or Jacuzzi Areas. Only On Lunch Tables Set On Terrace. 9. Loungers Are First Come, First Served And Cannot Be Reserved By Placing Objects On Them. 10. Children Under 12 Years Must Be Accompanied And Supervised By An Adult. 11. Do Not Track Water From The Pool Or Jacuzzi To The Elevator Or Hallways. Make Sure You Are Completely Dry Before Entering The Elevator 12. Limit Usage Of The Jacuzzi To 60 Minutes Of Others Are Waiting To Use It. 13. Parties Or Gatherings Of More Than 6 People Require Approval From The Administrator. 14. When You Use The Grill Area Please Clean For The Next Use. 15. Garbage Has To Be Placed In The Containers. The Park 16. Owners/Residents Are Responsible For The Conduct Of Their Guests Or Tenants. 17. Any Violation Of The Rules Could Result The Eviction Of Owners Or Renters From This Level, Including The Risk Of An Administrative Fine.


Inside security cameras

When cameras move inside, things get a little more complicated. Again, cameras are only allowed in areas where one does not have a reasonable expectation of privacy. Thus, store security cameras used to prevent shoplifting are generally okay. But, what happens when the camera is situated someplace where one expects privacy but that is also an ideal location for one to conceal store merchandise?

Similarly, other areas like rented rooms, hotel rooms, and locker rooms are generally off limits for security cameras. Again, the expectation in these places are for complete privacy, and one should feel comfortable undressing in these locations without having to worry about someone watching or broadcasting the footage.
