PVRPV is proud to present SOHO PV 601 / 602, a unique four-bedroom, four full bathroom unit made possible by combining two apartments into one. SOHO PV, opened in Spring 2023, is one of the newest condo complexes to come to the Puerto Vallarta vacation rental market. This unit is located right in the heart of the Zona Romantica. This suite has two bedrooms equipped with king-sized beds, as well as two flex-rooms equipped with comfortable queen-size murphy beds. This allows you to convert the unit into a two bedroom with ample living space, a three bedroom or a four-bedroom residence. A truly unique proposition in the Zona Romantica, this unit can comfortably host a maximum of 8 people.

The unit is a corner unit offering significant sun exposure, as well as a very large private terrace which includes a grill, outdoor table, outdoor living room, sun beds and a hammock.

SOHO PV 601/602 has exquisite marble flooring, wooden sliding doors, custom Italian kitchen cabinetry and quality appliances. There is diffused LED lighting throughout to create a soft, elegant environment that showcases the high-quality imported finishes throughout the space. The exclusivity of this condo is evident with a private elevator entrance that opens directly into the unit.

SOHO PV has over 32,000 square feet of common areas, including lush gardens and beautiful landscaping, unparalleled amenities and services, including one of the largest rooftop pool decks in the world. The common area additionally hosts large lounging spaces, a sunken seating area with a fire pit and fully equipped pool Cabañas, all with breathtaking views of the Banderas Bay, the Sierra Madre and the city of Puerto Vallarta. The resort feel of this complex also includes a spa, hot tubs, steam room, sauna and changing rooms. There are also three lounging floating islands and a rooftop restaurant-bar.

SOHO PV is located on, and just above, Highway 200, which is only a 10-minute walk to Los Muertos Beach and the iconic Los Muertos Pier. Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta

Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.

Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

Property Policy


- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.

- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.

- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.

- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.

- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.

The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

THIS IS A SMOKE FREE PROPERTY
No smoking inside the property, the unit, the unit’s terrace, on the terraces / balconies of the building, at the pool or in the common areas
Smoking is permitted only outside the main door / gate of the building

OCCUPANCY POLICY
8 guests maximum

VISITOR POLICY
Only guests registered and confirmed in your booking are allowed to occupy the unit.
Guests visitors are permitted in the unit (as day guests only) but are limited to 4 for this unit maximum.
Guest visitors must be registered with the property manager / host / concierge.
Guest visitors are NOT permitted to use the pool or common area without permission from the property manager.

The number of persons stipulated on the guest’s Booking and the confirmation email is the maximum number of people allowed to stay at the vacation property. If more guests arrive to stay / occupy than stated on the Booking Confirmation, they may be denied occupancy. In the event they are permitted to check-in an extra charge may apply.

PET POLICY
Sorry, no pets are allowed.

NOISE RESTRICTIONS
NO HIGH VOLUME or NOISE AFTER 11:00 PM: Including Radios, Stereos, Music, Televisions inside of the units. No noise in common areas at 11PM.
When entering and exiting the complex after 11PM remember other guests may be sleeping.
Please be respectful of ALL guests.

POOL POLICY
POOL HOURS 9AM to 10PM (promptly)
The use of the POOL is at your own RISK.
The pool is NOT supervised by a pool attendant or lifeguard.
Pool is for GUEST USE, should you wish to request to have a visitor use the pool, permission must be requested 24 hours prior to using the pool.
NO glassware in the pool or around the pool. PLASTIC glasses and stemware only (available at the unit).
NO Pool Parties.
NO loud music or music played on portable sound systems at the pool or in the common areas.
The pool area does have a music system that will play lounge style music throughout the day.
NO Pets allowed in the pool
NO Running around the pool area
NO Urinating in the pool. Please use the washrooms in the common area.
PLEASE SHOWER or RINSE prior to using the pool. Showers are located on the same level as the pool
Pool towels may left in hamper in the common area washroom.

COMMON AREA RULES
Pick up your trash. If the area is not cleaned, there will be a fee of $500 pesos to have the maid clean.
Please be respectful of all guests. If you wish to use your phone, laptop and/or personal device for phone calls etc.
USE YOUR HEADPHONES.
Please leave the washrooms and/or pool showers clean and tidy. Do not leave towels in the common area.

GUEST KEYS
You will be issued 1 set of keys for every 2 guests noted on the Booking Confirmation. Keys (inclusive of elevator magnetic keys) must be returned in the same condition as received at the time of CHECK OUT.

PLEASE NOTE: Should you lose a set of keys or magnetic key the cost is $50USD (1000pesos) for each lost -unreturned or damaged key or set of keys. Please have this fee prepared to be collected by the concierge at the time of check-out. This Fee is NOT covered by the guest damage insurance.
Guest Restrictions at Check-in

No Smoking, No Vaping.

UNITS TERRACE
Do not run near the edges of the unit’s terrace. The railings are placed for your protection. By renting this unit, you agree to assume sole responsibility in case of accidents in the terrace.
