Please note that the condo is located in an area of Puerto Vallarta that is busy.  During the day, you will be hear buses going by, starting 6 a.m.  until 11 p.m. , regular street noise, and during the evening,  as you are located in an area of night clubs, you will hear noises from the bars, music, which are opened in some areas until 6 a.m.  There are some clubs that are completely closed off, where you cannot hear the sound, however, some bars are not noise proof, and we wanted you to be aware.   

The condo is located in the heart of Vibrant Old Town / Zona Romantica. Puerto Vallarta is a bustling city with Old World Mexican charm, and the sights, sounds and flavors that come with that. With ease of access to the beach and the finest galleries, restaurants and nightspotIs. You are just steps away from all the excitement. The condo is located on a city bus route providing ease of access to downtown and the surrounding areas.

Constructions Notice

Puerto Vallarta is fast becoming such a popular hot spot that we are now experiencing a more than average increase in Construction Sites in the Romantic Zone. There are more then 14 new construction sites happening around the zone, as of 2017, for the next 2 years. The construction normally happens Monday to Saturday between working hours, but there is no guarantee. The construction will cause noise and dust. Since there are so many different new buildings, it is hard to get away from it during the day. We encourage our guests to visit the different beaches and different parts in and around Puerto Vallarta during the day. For more suggestions contact our Concierge department.



ADDITIONAL FEE FOR CLIENTS ARRIVING BEFORE AND AFTER REGULAR WORKING HOURS
Please be advised that if you are driving or flying to Puerto Vallarta, you must ensure that you plan your travels well and expect to arrive at the rented property no later than 8 PM. on any given day. Clients who arrive after 8 PM. will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD I.V.A Included which must be paid in cash. This will be collected upon check in. In addition, there is no check in time before 8 AM. on any given day, otherwise, the same additional fee of $25.00 USD cash applies. Most of the properties allow a check in time of 3 PM.

Important notes:

  • Cleaning Services: The services included is based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In case your rental is less than this or require additional services the cost will be $25.00 USD per day
  • Damage Deposit: $ 35.00 USD - Damage deposit is now mandatory for all clients. The deposit provides coverage to travelers in the event that damages occur during your stay. It also protects you from having to pay additional costs if any accidental damages happens during your stay to a property of up to $500.00 US Dollars. For additional information please refer to our Vacation Service Reservation Policy and Agreement.

Angel, Thank you for taking good care of us with all of the problems that came up in the condo. Never saw a maid, so couldn\'t say much about that! The condo could use more towels in general and there is a definite electrical issue, you can pass on to the owner. It was a pleasure meeting you and I definitely want to come back!

The property had very few towels and took the property owner almost a day to get the towels we needed.

We had a fine stay, and have enjoyed PVRPV properties for many years with friends. This property was an issue for us because of a strange guest list policy that prohibited us from being able to add guests or change names once we arrived. The pool closing at 5:00 was also an unpleasant surprise. Finally, the garbage disposal never worked. So, I can\'t say we will be staying in Molina Rivera again.

We were asked which day we preferred maid service by the PVRPV representative greeting us, we provided a date and either the maid did not show up, or the job was performed poorly (meaning, it is assumed the unit was not cleaned while we were there). We requested assistance with TV reception and other appliance issues, and did not receive prompt responses. At check-out, we agreed to a specific time to hand-over keys and the representative did not show. We were told he was at least 30 minutes late, as other relatives still in town had to make arrangements to check-out on our behalf. Due to our flight schedule, we were not able to stay late to accommodate PRVPV.

Ya he rentado en varias ocasiones y en estas el trato que se le da a los dueños y a los que rentamos no viene especificado, en la página... se mencionan cosas que solo puede disfrutar un dueño... Esto es incomodo pues aunque se paga por un servicio.... Se tiene una sensación de discriminación... Ojalá se avise de estas diferencias antes... para así tomar la decisión y tomar una propiedad que pueda estar uno más cómodo ...

As always the service with PVRPV was amazing! There were concerns with the maintenance of the property and it was clearly not cleaned in a great deal of time. We didn\'t have a proper tour because we needed to leave the unit so it could be cleaned, however we were met in time for check in /out. We did receive a prompt response to our concerns. Unfortunately we feel the maid (who was incredibly lovely) felt rushed to rectify the cleaning concerns and did not address the many areas that were an issue. We\'d suggest this property be removed from the PVRPV website as we do not believe it represents the caliber of property we have stayed in before. With all that said, the many other experiences we\'ve had with PVRPV have been wonderful so we will continue consider renting with the agency in the future.

Each time one of the toilets is flushed the pipes bang loudly.
The toilet in the two-bed bedroom bath leaks around the base caulk.
There were not enough bath towels provided for 6 guests, so we had to buy our own.
The unit had not a single picture or other decoration on any wall. Very depressing.
We needed to install black-out paper over the windows facing the interior hallway, because when people wall down the hall at night, the lights in the hall come on and shine into the bedrooms, waking up the occupants.
There were only small rugs provided in the bathrooms, and none in the kitchen or any other areas of the condo.
One of the two chairs on the balcony is broken, and has been that way for over a year.
When we arrived 7 light bulbs were burned out. After we complained, 5 of them were replaced a week later, and two of them were never replaced.
The kitchen is very minimally stocked with utensils, plates, bowls, glasses. We had to buy our own.
The ice maker in the refrigerator is broken, and has been that way for several years. However, we never received a clear answer about whether the piped-in water was safe to drink, so we had to get our own water for drinking, and buy our own ice.
We noticed that towels, washcloths, pillowcases etc disappeared after each visit by the cleaning service, which came weekly. We wrote notes to the cleaners, and asked them not to change any sheets or towels, because we had to buy more of them to replace the ones that went missing. Consequently we ended up washing our own sheets and towels.

There were 2 minor problems that were not addressed.

Upon arrival, it was noticed that there was no light in the laundry room. Two days later, I emailed PVRPV to say that this problem still existed and that the ice-maker didn't work, but these issues were not addressed during our stay.
\\not a big deal, i used the flashlight on my phone to do laundry and I bought a bag of ice.

Otherwise, the stay was as perfect as ever.

When I booked online I didn\'t realize that the property was rented through PVRPV but not managed by PVRPV. You did take care of our concerns but we would have liked a property managed by PVRPV.

Property was furnished quite sparsely. Kitchen utensils, pots/pans, equipment and condiments availability was poor. We purchased pots and pans to leave with the unit. We also had to even purchase a can opener. Dishwasher leaked so had to hand wash. Clean towels etc were not left and had to be called for on a repeat basis. All in all, still a very positive experience. Appreciated Angel\'s efforts.

Honestly, this was the best vacation I\'ve had in many years (and that includes a 3-week cruise to Europe). The condo was exactly as you described it - large, comfortable, and luxurious. - and very affordable. The city of Puerto Vallarta was an excellent holiday destination: great beaches, wonderful food, and most of all, really nice people. Everywhere we went, we found helpful, friendly people who were interesting to meet and when necessary, were happy to tell us where things were and how to best get there. I will definitely be back to Puerto Vallarta and PVRPV!

We added several items to the kitchen. Still missing are a can opener and a pair of scissors. Some of the sheets and towels should be replaced. Also, the duvet on the bed in the master bedroom is coming apart. Blackout blinds on the bedrooms facing the hallway would be nice. In the third bathroom, there is one towel hook but no towel bars or ring. Also, some artwork would make the condo more attractive. However, we were quite satisfied with our accommodation and really enjoyed our stay in PV.

It would be nice if the owner had more cooking utensils, ie. baking dishes, cookie sheets, and repair ice maker. Also. we miss a bit that the condo was only builders grade, no decor, pictures,etc. FYI, There must be plugged dryer vent for all the units that use this vent system, when others use dryer, all hot air and moisture comes back into this condo and I\'m sure when we use this dryer is blows into their condos.
Overall, a pleasant stay.

Property Policy

This property has its own policies, please read carefull

A. General.
1. Condominiums Rivera Molino is a private residential building that i home to many of its residents and should not be construed to be a resort or hotel. The Staff is not available for private or guest rental services during their work shcedule.
2. There rules incorpórate the regulations as detailed in the bylaws of Rivera Molino. This document is not all-inclusive. For additional information, please contact your rental agencym or the owner.
3. Noise within the unit and all common areas must be kept to a mínimum level, especially between the hours of 9:00 pm and 8:00 AM. Please be aware that loud conversation and slamming gates/doors carries along corridors and between floors.
4. Moral behavior and respect for others is expected at all times.
5. Rivera Molino is not responsible for damage or loss of personal property.
6. The number of non-owner occupants residing in a unit is limited to 4 people in a one-bedroom condo, 6 people in a two-bedroom unit, and 8 people in a three-bedroom unit. Overnight guests beyond those liste don the rental agreement are not permitted.
7. Non-owner occupant must register with security upton their arrival by prioviding full names of all occupants. Visitors are allowed with proper ID and must be cleared beforehand. Security staff can deny Access if this or other requirements are not satisfied.
B. Pool. (Please see the pool rules for complete regulations regarding pool use.)
1. Towels, clothing and other articles hanging on balcony railings is prohibited.
2. Nothing breakable that could be a danger is allowed in the pool área.
3. Saving chairs or tables for others not present in the pool área is not permitted.
4. Diving and other unsafe behavior is prohibited.
C. Parking
1. IF a guest renter has received permission to park a vehicle in the garaje, the vehicle must be parked in the designated space of occupied condo unit and kept in operable condition.
2. Security personnel must be informed of the make/model, color, and license number of all vehicles parked in the garage.
3. Non-owners may not allow others to use their designated space. Unauthorized vehicle may be towed at the expense of the the owner/renter.
D. Pets
1. Pets must be on a leash and under the control of owners at all times. Pets are not allowed beyond the elevators.
2. Pet waste must be picked up inmmediately and disposed of property.
E. Enforcement and Penalties
1. Non-Compliance with the above and the bylaws will be dealt with in the manner provided in the bylaws and may result in financial penalties levied against the owner. Any damages to common areas or furniture by an owner’s guest will be repaired or replaced by the administration at the owner’s expense.
