You are in close proximity to city bus routes that offer daily service from 6 a.m. until 11 p.m., which provide easy access to downtown destinations and the surrounding areas. You are also in easy walking distance to a vibrant entertainment district in the evenings you may hear music from nearby bars and clubs, and the sounds of people enjoying these late night/early morning venues..

Puerto Vallarta is a safe, moderately large, bustling city with plenty of old world Mexican charm, with all the sights, sounds and flavors that come with that. Enjoy daily walks along the Malecon (boardwalk), visit the beach, fine galleries, amazing restaurants, outstanding stage shows and nightspots. You are just steps away from all the excitement..

Construction Notice

Puerto Vallarta is fast becoming a popular vacation hot spot and is currently experiencing rapid growth. As of late 2018 there has been a noticeable increase in construction areas within the Romantic Zone. Construction usually occurs Monday to Saturday during working hours, and may cause some noise and dust. Since there are numerous new construction sites, it is sometime difficult to get away from the additional activity during the day. We encourage our guests to take advantage of the various beaches and the other parts of Puerto Vallarta and surrounding areas. For more suggestions contact our Concierge department..


CHECK IN and CHECK OUT

CHECK IN time for all properties is 3:00pm and CHECK OUT time for all properties is 11:00am. If you require early CHECK IN or late CHECK OUT please contact your PVRPV concierge.

Please note if you require a CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 8am or after 8pm you will incur an additional charge of $500.00 MXN tax included which must be paid in cash, and collected by concierge..

Remember that Puerto Vallarta is located in Central Time zone (same as Mexico City, GMT-6).

You will be issued 1 set of keys per person for the property you are visiting.

Important notes:

  • Cleaning Services: The services included is based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In case your rental is less than this or require additional services the cost will be $500.00 MXN per day
  • Damage insurance: $ 705.60 MXN - Damage insurance non refundable is now mandatory for all clients. The deposit provides coverage to travelers in the event that damages occur during your stay. It also protects you from having to pay additional costs if any accidental damages happens during your stay to a property of up to $10,000.00 MXN. As always a pleasure booking with PVRPV, Loft 268 is a great building, and 504 is a beautiful apartment and love how all the rooms open out onto the balcony. Only back two weeks and miss PV already. The only drawback I could see someone having is if they are not used to being in an urban environment is the street/club noise .

Como siempre es un placer reservar con PVRPV, Loft 268 es un gran edificio, y 504 es un hermoso apartamento y me encanta cómo todas las habitaciones se abren al balcón. Solo retrocede dos semanas y ya se pierda el PV. El único inconveniente que puedo ver de alguien es que si no están acostumbrados a estar en un entorno urbano es el ruido de la calle / club.

Security guards were very friendly and helpful. The property was well maintained. Only issue I had was the communication between myself and the concierge. My issues were not fixed in a timely manner which made it very frustrating.

Fantastic building, fantastic unit. Would not hesitate to rent it again. But it VERY noisy with the buses going by all day long. Very noisy.

Our only concerns with the cleanliness of the unit when we arrived were the following:

1. Old coffee grounds still in coffee machine
2. Glasses in both bathrooms (for toothbrush or whatever) had not been cleaned.

When the maid service was done while we were here both issues were resolved.

There are some issues with the temperature of the water while showering. Temperature in the main bathroom is not consistent during shower. Will all of a sudden get scalding hot. Could not get hot water from the right hand tap in the second washroom sink, even after running for a long period of time.

Overall the unit is beautiful. Several nights we were woken by the noise from the surrounding clubs --- but this issue is out of your control.

Nuestra única preocupación con la limpieza de la unidad cuando llegamos era la siguiente: 1. Los posos de café viejos aún en la máquina de café 2. Los vasos en ambos baños (para el cepillo de dientes o lo que sea) no se habían limpiado. Cuando se hizo el servicio de limpieza mientras estábamos aquí, ambos problemas se resolvieron. Hay algunos problemas con la temperatura del agua durante la ducha. La temperatura en el baño principal no es consistente durante la ducha. ¿De repente se pondrá hirviendo? No se pudo obtener agua caliente del grifo de la mano derecha en el segundo lavabo del baño, incluso después de correr por un largo período de tiempo. En general, la unidad es hermosa. Nice apartment overall but lots of traffic noise. Only 1 TV and no cable/satellite, strange.

Ps. Very cheap and limited kitchen accessories for basic meal preparation.

We had arranged Airport (PVR) pickup from the airport with your Concierge Service. There were terrible flight problems this year but the Concierge Service was non-existent. We followed instructions and sent information yet no one ever showed. We called upon arrival multiple times and the phone just rang and rang. At the end of all that mess travelling and getting to PV 48 hours late, we were so looking forward to an easy beginning of the vacation once we landed. We got NADA from the concierge service and will never attempt to use the service again.
Habíamos organizado la recogida en el aeropuerto (PVR) con su servicio de conserjería. Hubo terribles problemas de vuelo este año, pero el Servicio de Concierge no existía. Seguimos las instrucciones y enviamos información, pero nadie lo mostró. Llamamos al llegar varias veces y el teléfono sonó y sonó. Al final de todo ese desorden viajando y llegando a PV 48 horas tarde, estábamos tan ansiosos por un comienzo fácil de las vacaciones una vez que aterrizamos. POOL REGULATION
ARTICLE FORTIETH. - In the use of the POOL, the following provisions must be observed, which may be modified by the Administration if necessary:

5. Do not introduce food to the area, if you need a drink; put it in a plastic container. ?
6. Do not play or run inside the area. ?
7. Respect and take care of the area and times. ?
8. Access to the children's gym area is not allowed. ?
9. Each one will be responsible for accidents or injuries due to the misuse of the equipment and economic consequences because of them.
10. To be able to use the gym, it is your responsibility to know and verify your health status, which will indicate if you are fit to practice it.
11. You cannot take or move equipment from the gym. ?
12. The use of a recorder is not allowed, equipment with hearing aids will have to be ?use. ?
At the end of your routine, you will have to clean the equipment with the towels or ?utensils provided by the administration for the purpose and, if necessary, notify the administration and/or the security personnel in charge in turn, to turn off the air conditioning if necessary


Inside security cameras

When cameras move inside, things get a little more complicated. Again, cameras are only allowed in areas where one does not have a reasonable expectation of privacy. Thus, store security cameras used to prevent shoplifting are generally okay. But, what happens when the camera is situated someplace where one expects privacy but that is also an ideal location for one to conceal store merchandise?

Similarly, other areas like rented rooms, hotel rooms, and locker rooms are generally off limits for security cameras. Again, the expectation in these places are for complete privacy, and one should feel comfortable undressing in these locations without having to worry about someone watching or broadcasting the footage.
