PVRPV proudly introduce Loft 268 ! A new complex built at the heart of the romantic Zone. Surrounded by the different amenities that Puerto Vallarta can offer like bars, restaurants, night clubs, beaches, and the world famous Malecon. The indoor waterfall make Loft 268 a building one of his kind.

The unit 402 is a one bedroom (queen bed) and full bathroom unit, equipped with AC the unit invite you to relax and enjoy the best time on Vallarta. A full equipped kitchen, a queen bed on the bedroom, a laundry room with washer and dryer, wi fi connectivity and smart tvs where you can watch your favorite series with your Netflix personal account. All that you may need for the perfect vacation is at one place.

Loft 268 offers amazing high ended common areas, with one of the biggest pools on the roof; you can spend the sunsets at the jacuzzi or even if you like doing exercises at the morning you can train at the gym (AC equipped) but also you have the option to meet new friends at the bar watching your favorite videos or sports tournament or .... playing at his pool table!

Please note that the condo is located in an area of Puerto Vallarta that is busy. During the day, you will be hear buses going by, starting 6 a.m. until 11 p.m. , regular street noise, and during the evening, as you are located in an area of night clubs, you will hear noises from the bars, music, which are opened in some areas until 6 a.m. There are some clubs that are completely closed off, where you cannot hear the sound, however, some bars are not noise proof, and we wanted you to be aware.

The condo is located in the heart of Vibrant Old Town / Zona Romantica. Puerto Vallarta is a bustling city with Old World Mexican charm, and the sights, sounds and flavors that come with that. With ease of access to the beach and the finest galleries, restaurants and nightspotIs. You are just steps away from all the excitement. The condo is located on a city bus route providing ease of access to downtown and the surrounding areas.

Constructions Notice

Puerto Vallarta is fast becoming such a popular hot spot that we are now experiencing a more than average increase in Construction Sites in the Romantic Zone. There are more then 14 new construction sites happening around the zone, as of 2017, for the next 2 years. The construction normally happens Monday to Saturday between working hours, but there is no guarantee. The construction will cause noise and dust. Since there are so many different new buildings, it is hard to get away from it during the day. We encourage our guests to visit the different beaches and different parts in and around Puerto Vallarta during the day. For more suggestions contact our Concierge department.



ADDITIONAL FEE FOR CLIENTS ARRIVING BEFORE AND AFTER REGULAR WORKING HOURS
Please be advised that if you are driving or flying to Puerto Vallarta, you must ensure that you plan your travels well and expect to arrive at the rented property no later than 8 PM. on any given day. Clients who arrive after 8 PM. will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD I.V.A Included which must be paid in cash. This will be collected upon check in. In addition, there is no check in time before 8 AM. on any given day, otherwise, the same additional fee of $25.00 USD cash applies. Most of the properties allow a check in time of 3 PM.

Important notes:

  • Cleaning Services: The services included is based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In case your rental is less than this or require additional services the cost will be $25.00 USD per day
  • Damage insurance: $ 35.00 USD - Damage insurance non refundable is now mandatory for all clients. The deposit provides coverage to travelers in the event that damages occur during your stay. It also protects you from having to pay additional costs if any accidental damages happens during your stay to a property of up to $500.00 US Dollars. For additional information please refer to our Vacation Service Reservation Policy and Agreement.

Decorative concrete (water feature?)
in the lobby/atrium was being worked on with a roto-hammer each day during my visit. Exceedingly noisy.

The place is beautiful, very well equipped and a perfect location. Access to wifi on the roof and bedroom would be nice but not a problem. We were very pleased with our stay.

Property Policy

This property has its own policies, please read carefull

POOL REGULATION ARTICLE FORTIETH. - In the use of the POOL, the following provisions must be observed, which may be modified by the Administration if necessary: White towels must be used at this area 1. The general pool schedule will be from Tuesday to Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Monday will be close for maintenance until 3:00 p.m. 2. Parties in the pool area are totally forbidden. Only family and friends gathering of condominium owners and their visits are allowing. This get together may only be 3. 4. 5. 6. extent on Fridays and Saturdays until 12 a.m. without music or sound. In this extended time, the use of the pool is not authorized. Respecting thus the schedule marked in point 1. Mandatory use of swimwear in the pool. (No shorts, no pants, no shirts, no t-shirts and no diapers). There are no lifeguards, so the use of the pool is under your responsibility and risk. ) Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Do not introduce furniture, food, glass containers or alcoholic beverages or any kind of drink inside or on the edge of the pool. 7. 8. 9. . Do not move the furniture of your place. . Maintain good behavior and abstain from moral misconduct. Prohibited swimming during thunderstorms. ? Pets are not allowed inside the pool facilities at any time. Give priority to minors.?It is mandatory to take a shower before entering the pool. . No bicycles, skateboards, skates and the like within the area. . Not diving . The administration is not responsible for forgotten items, or for injuries or accidents in the pool area. . You must take a shower prior to entering the pool. Smokers are required to deposit their ashes and butts in the containers intended for this purpose. GYM RULES ARTICLE FORTIETH-ONE. - In the use of the GYM, the following provisions must be observed, which may be modified by the Administration if necessary: 1. GYM hours Monday to Sunday from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. 2. You must wear appropriate sports clothing and footwear when entering. 3. It is mandatory to use of hand towel for sweat. 4. You cannot enter or remain in the gym area without shirt, under no ?circumstances. 5. Do not introduce food to the area, if you need a drink; put it in a plastic container. 6. Do not play or run inside the area. 7. Respect and take care of the area and times. 8. Access to the children's gym area is not allowed. ? 9. Each one will be responsible for accidents or injuries due to the misuse of the equipment and economic consequences because of them. 10. To be able to use the gym, it is your responsibility to know and verify your health status, which will indicate if you are fit to practice it. 11. You cannot take or move equipment from the gym. 12. The use of a recorder is not allowed, equipment with hearing aids will have to be use. At the end of your routine, you will have to clean the equipment with the towels or utensils provided by the administration for the purpose and, if necessary, notify the administration and/or the security personnel in charge in turn, to turn off the air conditioning if necessary


Inside security cameras

When cameras move inside, things get a little more complicated. Again, cameras are only allowed in areas where one does not have a reasonable expectation of privacy. Thus, store security cameras used to prevent shoplifting are generally okay. But, what happens when the camera is situated someplace where one expects privacy but that is also an ideal location for one to conceal store merchandise?

Similarly, other areas like rented rooms, hotel rooms, and locker rooms are generally off limits for security cameras. Again, the expectation in these places are for complete privacy, and one should feel comfortable undressing in these locations without having to worry about someone watching or broadcasting the footage.
