This bedroom is very bright but also has electric blinds for privacy. This room features a large walkthrough wardrobe closet that leads to the ensuite bathroom with a beautiful shower and bathroom fixtures.

Guest Bedroom
This room is near the entrance to the condo, well separated from the principal bedroom and living areas. This room has two large windows offering a mountain and city view. Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta

Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.

Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

Property Policy


- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.

- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.

- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.

- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.

- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.

The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

Building Policies

A. Clothes hanging
Refrain from hanging or "hanging out" clothes, towels, sheets, bathing suits, shoes, or similar objects on rooftops, balconies, terraces, windows, parapets, railings and/or any other place from which such objects are visible from the outside of the unit to the naked eye, no large toys, bicycles, cleaning equipment, boxes or any other items that are not pleasing to the eye, will be allowed on the terraces. Refrain from shaking carpets or upholstery in common areas of the condominium. Refrain from sweeping, spilling substances in the corridors, patios, terraces, elevator bucket or parking lot, perimeter and surroundings of the condominium.

B. Smoking
The common areas of the Condominium shall permit the stay of smokers in certain designated accesses.

C. Rooftop Rules
We do not have lifeguards, all those who use the pool or Jacuzzi on the terrace are at their own risk.
Condominium D`esire is not responsible for injuries, death, or theft of personal items while using the terrace.
Pool and Jacuzzi hours are open from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Smoking is not allowed in the terrace area.
Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult always.
Everybody must shower before entering the pool and/or Jacuzzi.
Wear appropriate clothing for the use of the Pool and/or Jacuzzi.
Glass or any other breakable object is not allowed in the pool and/or Jacuzzi area.
It is not allowed to eat or drink inside the pool and/or Jacuzzi.
Smoking is not allowed inside the pool and/or Jacuzzi.
It is not allowed to put furniture inside the Pool and/or Jacuzzi.
Diving, running or roughhousing on the terrace is not allowed.
Loud noises or loud music are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed inside the Pool and/or Jacuzzi.
No type of inflatable is allowed inside the Pool and/or Jacuzzi.
Swimming straw is allowed for children.
Swimming under the influence of alcohol, drugs, dangerous sports or other actions is strictlyprohibited.
Anyone in diapers or with an open cut or sore will not be allowed access to the pool and/or Jacuzzi.
The terrace furniture, Balinese beds or loungers, are assigned in order of arrival, it is NOT allowed to set them aside with towels or other personal items.
Clean the space after using it
Deposit garbage where it belongs.
Please dry your body before using the elevator and/or stairs.
Any damage caused on the terrace, including the pool, jacuzzi or bar and/or its contents will be repaired or discarded by the administration at the expense of the owner of the unit.
Unit Owners will be responsible for the actions of their guests and/or renters and may be fined for violating the rules.
The pool heating is turned on from November 1st to March 31st.

D. Noise
Reasonable care shall be taken to avoid disturbing or emitting loud noises and shall refrain from operating audio and/or video equipment at sound levels greater than SIXTY DECIBELS during the daytime. Between 23 twenty-three hours past the meridian and 8 eight hours before the meridian, the maximum permitted level will be FORTY DECIBELS inside the private units, likewise the operation of the terrace bar with music will be permitted on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays until 1:00 a.m. (one in the morning) with the possibility of extending the sound decibels up to SEVENTY DECIBELS.

E. Pets
The presence of pets is strictly prohibited in the common areas of the condominium; they shall only be allowed to circulate in such areas when they are passing through the condominium owner's apartment or when leaving it. Pets must always be kept on a leash. In the event that a pet defecates or urinates in the designated common areas, its owner is obligated to remove and clean the affected area. The number of pets allowed per apartment is 2 and they must be small or medium-sized. These pets must be kept by their owners within their private unit, and may not be left on the balconies of their units when Residents are not in the building. Pets must not produce audible noise outside the unit, nor roam freely in common areas. In addition, they must be registered with management. In such a case, pets may not be brought into the building by day or overnight guests. –

F. Minors
Minors, regardless of age, must be supervised by an adult while in the common areas.

G. Ball games.
Baseball, soccer or any other ball game shall be prohibited in the common areas. Throwing the ball against walls is not allowed. Damage caused by the aforementioned activities shall be the responsibility of the person(s) involved in the damage.

H. Garbage Collection
The occupants of each condominium must deposit the garbage produced in polyethylene bags, which must be tightly sealed. Under no circumstances may garbage be placed in the corridors or entrances.

On each level of the building, there is a storage that is located in between the elevators where you can see garbage cans (organic and inorganic). In the case of glass and cardboard, they can be put aside, ensuring that the bottles are completely empty to avoid liquid spillage. Garbage can be deposited in the storage from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm, after which the building maintenance and cleaning staff will collect the garbage during their working hours and clean the garbage collection storage.

I. Gym Regulations
Use the facilities and equipment of the gym at your own risk, use the equipment as indicated on each device and with caution.
Bring your own towel to use the gym "IT IS MANDATORY" for hygiene and respect for other owners.
Each owner is required to use wet towels and clean the equipment after use: benches, tables and integrated weights at the end of their exercise.
Respect other owners around you, don't talk loudly when talking on the cell phone.
The use of profanity or hitting the floor with dumbbells and barbells is not allowed.
Please do not enter the exercise area with food and drinks must be in closed bottles.
The gym hours will be from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.
For the safety of all users, the access code will be changed every month and the administrator will send the access code via email 5 days before the end of the month.
The gym is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables.
To enter the gym you must wear sportswear and tennis, the use of sandals, or swimsuit is prohibited.
It is the responsibility of all users to place dumbbells and plates in their racks after use.
Children under 14 years old must always be accompanied by an adult.

Comments About the Vacation Rental Unit:
This was the nicest place we have ever stayed at in Puerto Vallarta. It was close to everything and the door man was very sweet and kind (and VERY cute). If it was available again we would book there again. Sadly, however, y’all are no longer renting that place.
