PVRPV Puerto Vallarta proudly presents its newest addition to our premium inventory of vacation properties, one and a half bath Condo, Aguacate 602 on the sixth floor at Aguacate 10-unit building.

Aguacate building, was completed on 2017, It is charmingly appointed and includes a rooftop terrace with Jacuzzi and dipping pool, from the terrace you are able to enjoy the fabulous views of the Sierra Madre mountains and the town of Puerto Vallarta. Located in the neighborhood of Romantic zone of Puerto Vallarta and nestled right alongside the river that flows through downtown of this city of Vallarta. You will feel like you are miles from town, but will only be a short 5-minute drive to all the action of Old Town Puerto Vallarta and feel the vibrant traditional Mexican neighborhood of Emiliano Zapata close to Los Muertos Beach and the so famous Basilio street for Restaurants, bars, stores.

Aguacate 602 Condo features a full-equipped kitchen; burner gas stove top, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker with granite counter. The dining table sits six comfortably, also there is a balcony with 2 chairs and a table. This unit is equipped with an additional half bathroom with a washer and dryer, air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet and Television in the living area.

This condo has a comfortable king size bed in the bedroom and adjoining ensuite bathroom with color tempered glass walls for privacy. The bedroom has sliding windows with access to a back balcony to enjoy the views to the Sierra Madre mountains and old town local neighborhood.

Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta

Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.

Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

Property Policy


- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.

- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.

- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.

- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.

- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.

The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

ADDITIONAL FEE FOR CLIENTS ARRIVING BEFORE AND AFTER REGULAR WORKING HOURS Please be advised that if you are driving or flying to Puerto Vallarta, you must ensure that you plan your travels well and expect to arrive at the rented property no later than 8 PM. on any given day. Clients who arrive after 8 p.m., will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD I.V.A Included which must be paid in cash. This will be collected upon check in. In addition, there is no check in time before 8 a.m. on any given day, otherwise, the same additional fee of $25.00 USD cash applies. Most of the properties allow a check in time of 3 p.m.

Comments About the Vacation Rental Unit:
ALL PVRPV staff members are and were exceptionally friendly and all provided top notch service with no exceptions. We love the condo unit we stayed in (602-183 Aquacate) and are already booked to return for 11-12 weeks in 2024. The only negative in the condo unit from our perspective is the couch/foldout bed in the living room. It is not comfortable to sit on for any length of time and it is very uncomfortable to sleep on when folded out to use as a bed. We don't use the fold out bed option very often but when we do it is not at all comfortable. to sleep on. We love the pool deck and would like to see the hot tub/whirlpool functioning. We have stayed in 602 for 11-12 weeks two years in a row (2022 and 2023) and will be returning again for 11-12 weeks in 2024. The hot tub/whirlpool had no water in it in 2022, had water in it in 2023, but it might as well have been dry as the water was always cold with no provision for us to change that and the jets were never operational , nor do we know how to make them operational. Having the hot tub/whirlpool fully functional on the pool deck would definitely enhance our experience staying in 602-183 Aquacate. The two before mentioned negative issues aside my wife and I love staying in 602-183 Aquacate and dealing with PVRPV and we will continue to work around the two issues if and as necessary See you in early January 2024..


Todos los miembros del personal de PVRPV son y fueron excepcionalmente amables y todos proporcionaron un servicio de primera clase sin excepciones. Nos encantó el apartamento en el que nos alojamos (602-183 Aquacate) y ya hemos reservado para volver durante 11-12 semanas en 2024. Lo único negativo en la unidad de condominio desde nuestra perspectiva es el sofá / cama plegable en la sala de estar. No es cómodo para sentarse en cualquier longitud de tiempo y es muy incómodo para dormir cuando se pliega a utilizar como una cama. No utilizamos la opción de cama plegable muy a menudo, pero cuando lo hacemos no es en absoluto cómodo dormir en ella. Nos encanta la cubierta de la piscina y nos gustaría ver la bañera de hidromasaje / jacuzzi en funcionamiento. Nos hemos alojado en 602 por 11-12 semanas dos años seguidos (2022 y 2023) y volveremos de nuevo por 11-12 semanas en 2024. El jacuzzi/bañera de hidromasaje no tenía agua en 2022, tenía agua en 2023, pero podría haber estado seco ya que el agua estaba siempre fría sin que pudiéramos cambiarla y los chorros nunca funcionaron, ni sabemos cómo hacerlos funcionar. Tener la bañera de hidromasaje totalmente funcional en la cubierta de la piscina sin duda mejoraría nuestra experiencia de estancia en 602-183 Aquacate. Aparte de las dos cuestiones negativas mencionadas anteriormente, a mi esposa y a mi nos encanta alojarnos en el 602-183 Aquacate y tratar con PVRPV y seguiremos trabajando para solucionar las dos cuestiones si es necesario. Nos vemos a principios de enero de 2024.
