Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta
Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.
Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

Property Policy
- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.
- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.
- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.
- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.
- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.
The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

THIS IS A SMOKE FREE PROPERTY
No smoking inside the unit, on the terraces / balconies or common areas.
OCCUPANCY POLICY
Maximum occupancy of 6 people in the unit.
A wristband will be placed to every person who is not a Homeowner (guest, family member or rentier) at the time of registration at the reception, the wristband must be worn throughout their entire stay in the condominium. At the end of their stay, the guest must return the wristband to reception, otherwise they will be liable for a fine; each bracelet lost or not returned to reception has a cost of $ 500.00 MXN. (Five hundred pesos); this payment must be made at the reception.
VISITOR POLICY
The Peninsula Tower 1 Regulations do not NOT allow Vacation Renters to have Visitors during their stay.
Only guests registered and confirmed in your booking are allowed to occupy the unit.
The number of persons stipulated on the guest’s Booking and the confirmation email is the maximum number of people allowed to stay at the vacation property. If more guests arrive to stay / occupy than stated on the Booking Confirmation, they may be denied occupancy. In the event they are permitted to check-in an extra charge may apply.
PET POLICY
Sorry, pets are now allowed.
NOISE RESTRICTIONS
NO HIGH VOLUME or NOISE between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., inside of the unit.
POOL POLICY:
The use of the pool is under your own risk.
No reserve pool chairs or beds.
No glass in the area: bottles, glasses, dishes, etc (in the whole area); It is not allowed to enter with drinks inside the pool.
In the pool and beach area, only personal headphones are allowed to be used with music players; NO musical instruments are allowed to be used; and the use of speakers are not allowed with any music player (this includes blue-tooth type speakers, cell phones, tablets, computers or iPads, etc.)
Not to introduce big inflatable or large tables. It is not allowed to throw any type of ball or object.
Just the Jacuzzi next to the exterior pool can be used by Short Term Renters.
JACUZZI AREA inside the complex is exclusive for condominium owners of tower 1 and Long Term stays (Over 3 months).
Please refer to the section "Peninsula Vallarta - Rules and regulations"
Short Term Renters are not allowed to use the Gym.
GUEST KEYS POLICY
You will be issued 1 set of keys (1 Key and 1 Keycard) for each person noted on the Booking Confirmation. Keys must be returned in the same condition as received at the time of Check-Out.
PLEASE NOTE: Should you lose, damage or not return a set of keys the cost is $1,000 pesos for each key. Please have this fee prepared to be collected by the concierge at the time of check-out (CASH ONLY). This Fee is NOT covered by the guest damage insurance.
Peninsula Vallarta - Rules and Regulations
*5-night minimum stay according to Condominium regulations*
The jacuzzi and gym are only available to long-stay guests.
- Specific Residential Condominium: Peninsula Tower I is a Residential Condominium and not a Temporary Lodging Resort. Upon entering the property, everyone accepts the responsibility to behave as a guest of a private home and not as a hotel guest.
- Tower I is completely independent in terms of security, policies, and management from Tower II and Tower III, the other two towers at Peninsula Vallarta.
- The Civil Code of the State of Jalisco authorizes the building's management to prohibit entry, ban, or remove from the Condominium any person who displays aggressive, irresponsible, or uncivilized behavior. In this way, the safety and comfort of each of the building's residents will be protected.
- Any promises made or unexplained rules when renting or selling a private unit in Tower I have no influence on the application and enforcement of the rules in this Condominium. It is the responsibility and obligation of each tenant to read and sign these rules before entering the Condominium. These rules supersede any representation made by the owner or lessee of any unit.
- Only owners may use the gym, spa, and home theater, and may have guests in the Condominium. Vacation Rental Owners are NOT permitted to do any of the above.
- Tenants may not receive visitors or guests during their stay in this condominium. To use the amenities (gym, spa, and home theater), they must prove they are the successors in title to the owners through a lease agreement. Tenants staying three or more months in the building may use the amenities (bar, gym, spa, and home theater) and may have visitors, provided their visits are duly registered at the Front Desk and they present official photo identification. The number of tenants plus their visitors may not exceed the maximum occupancy per unit.
- A wristband will be placed on each person who is not an Owner (guest, family member, or tenant) upon check-in at the front desk. The wristband must be worn throughout their stay. At the end of their stay, guests must return the wristband to the front desk, otherwise they will be subject to a fine. Each lost or unreturned wristband will cost $500.00 MXN (Five Hundred Pesos); this payment must be made at the front desk.
- Each tenant is counted, regardless of age (including infants and employees).
- Tenants and Guests will not be allowed access to the Condominium if the Owner or Manager of the rented unit is not present at the complex to greet them.
- Immediate legal action will be taken against those attempting to use a counterfeit wristband or ID. Those using a unit associated with a counterfeit wristband or ID will be evicted from the premises.
- This Condominium has 24/7 surveillance. Videos, sounds, and images are automatically saved on an online server.
- The sole criteria for rules and regulations to be used in Tower I are those expressed annually by the Owners' Assembly. Decisions and actions of Management and the Security Department will be based solely on the Condominium Bylaws. Exceptions cannot and will not be applied.
- Guests and Visitors must leave the premises once they have left the unit in the presence of the Owner or Property Manager.
- Cleaning, Management, Security, and Maintenance of the Private Units are not provided by Peninsula Tower I, but are provided only by the Owner or Property Manager.
- In the pool and beach areas, only personal headphones are allowed with music players; musical instruments are NOT allowed; and the use of speakers with any music player is not allowed (this includes Bluetooth speakers, cell phones, tablets, computers, or iPads, etc.).
- For safety and security reasons, the use of glass bottles, cups, and glass-like objects is not allowed in the pool and beach areas.
- Babies must always wear special swim and wading diapers while using any of the pools and splash pools. Regular diapers and naked babies are not allowed in the common areas in and around the pools.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this property.and from the moment we arrived , we were impressed.The location was absolutely perfect , close to everything we needed yet still feeling peaceful and private . The Property itself was spotless and beautifully maintained with a luxurious feel that made our stay extra special. What really stood out was the kindness and professionalism of the staff .. Everyone we interacted with was warm , welcoming, and went out if their way to make sure we were comfortable . And The View it was simply heavenly . Waking up to it each morning was a dream . We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would return in a Heartbeat .Highly Recommend.
