Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta
Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.
Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

Property Policy
- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.
- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.
- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.
- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.
- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.
The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.
This property has its own policies, please read carefull.
NO SMOKING
No smoking inside the property, the unit, on the terraces / balconies, or common areas. ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING — this includes yards, terraces, and any outdoor spaces attached to or part of a Vacation Rental Property. If smoking takes place inside the property, you will be obligated to pay a $300 USD fine, and you may be evicted from the property.

Maximum occupancy of 4 people in the unit.
The number of persons stipulated on the guest’s Booking and the confirmation email is the maximum number of people allowed to stay at the vacation property. If more guests arrive to stay / occupy than stated on the Booking Confirmation, they may be denied occupancy. In the event they are permitted to check-in an extra charge may apply.
Clients shall not remove any item(s) from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.

VISITOR POLICY
Only guests registered and confirmed in your booking are allowed to occupy the unit.

Guest visitors must be registered with the Administration.
No overnight visitors are allowed.
Visitors cannot use the common areas.
PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.
PET POLICY
Sorry, no pets allowed in this unit.
NOISE RESTRICTIONS
NO HIGH VOLUME or NOISE AFTER 10:00 PM: Including Speakers, Music, Televisions, etc. inside of the unit.
Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.
POOL POLICY
The use of the POOL is at your own RISK.
NO glassware in the pool or around the pool. PLASTIC glasses and stemware only.
NO Pool Parties.
Children under 12 years old are not allowed in the pool or jacuzzi area without direct adult supervision.
NO Running around the pool area.
NO Urinating in the pool. Please use the washrooms in the room next to the pool.
PLEASE SHOWER or RINSE prior to using the pool.
SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY FOR GUESTS UNDER 25 YEARS OLD
To ensure a safe and respectful environment for all guests and neighbors, a refundable security deposit of $500 USD is required at check-in for all guests under the age of 25.
• This deposit must be paid in cash upon arrival.
• The deposit will be refunded in full within 72 hours after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property and house rules have been followed.
FURNITURE USE AND OUTDOOR AREA POLICY
To help us keep the furniture in great condition for all guests, please follow these rules:
It is strictly prohibited to sit on any furniture (indoor or outdoor) while wet, whether from the pool, shower, or rain.
If deep cleaning is required due to moisture, stains, or odors, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
Do not remove the protective covers from the outdoor furniture during the rainy season. These covers are there to protect the furniture from water damage and humidity.
Any damage to the furniture caused by moisture, misuse, or neglect will result in an extra charge to cover repair or replacement costs.
GUEST KEYS
You will be issued 1 set of keys for each person noted on the Booking Confirmation. Keys must be returned in the same condition as received at the time of CHECK OUT.
PLEASE NOTE: Should you lose a set of keys the cost is $50USD ($1,000 pesos) for each lost-unreturned or damaged key or set of keys. Please have this fee prepared to be collected by the concierge at the time of check-out. This Fee is NOT covered by the guest damage insurance.
MANYARA GENERAL REGULATIONS.
1. The pools and terraces are available from 10 am to 10 pm Monday through Sunday, and may be used after 8 am as long as their use does not interfere with daily cleaning and maintenance.
2. Behave socially in an appropriate manner; with respect for others and moral rules.
3. Use appropriate bathing clothes and baby diapers.
4. Rinse to remove suntan lotion and oils before using the pools.
5. It is forbidden to use the pools if you have any skin disease, deep or open wounds and contagious diseases.
6. Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
7. No diving, jumping, wrestling or rough games are allowed in the area.
8. Dry off properly before leaving the area.
9. Pets are not allowed in the terrace and pool area.
10. It is not allowed to reserve the furniture.
11. It is not allowed to smoke any type of substance or ingest narcotics in the condominium areas.
12. It is not allowed to bring any type of beverages, containers or glassware into the pool area or surrounding areas.
13. It is not allowed to use the pools during thunderstorms or lightning storms.
14. The condominium does not have lifeguards, so the use of these areas is completely under the user's responsibility.
15. It is not allowed to play with balls in any area of the condominium.
16. It is not allowed to enter the pools with inflatables with excessive measures that may cause discomfort to other users.
17. The use of loud music is not allowed in the terrace and pool areas (50 decibels maximum).
18. The maximum number of people per private unit is 8 people.
19. It is not allowed to use the faucets in the common areas for any reason, this is only for activities that correspond to the condominium.
20. For everyone's safety, the ideal speed when driving in the parking lot is 20 KM/H.
21. It is not allowed to use the condominium staff for any personal activity within their working hours, if you wish to do so you must inform the administration and/or the security team, you must register as any other supplier at the main entrance. Neither the administration nor the condominium will be responsible for any situation that may occur.
22. It is not permitted to use the elevator while wet or dripping any type of liquid.
23. Pets must be on a leash at all times while in the condominium.
24. Pets are not allowed to enter the terraces and pool area for any reason.
25. It is mandatory to pick up pet waste immediately.
26. Visiting hours are from 8 am to 11 pm Monday through Sunday, you must give notice to security before your arrival to provide access and must provide identification for registration.
Outside of these hours for condominium security the resident must go directly to the main entrance for their visit which must be registered with security.
