Property Policy

- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.

- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.

- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.

- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.

- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.

The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

This property has its own policies, please read carefull.

NO SMOKING
No smoking inside the property, the unit, on the terraces / balconies, or common areas. ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING — this includes yards, terraces, and any outdoor spaces attached to or part of a Vacation Rental Property. If smoking takes place inside the property, you will be obligated to pay a $300 USD fine, and you may be evicted from the property.

OCCUPANCY POLICY
Maximum occupancy of 3 people in the unit.
The number of persons stipulated on the guest’s Booking and the confirmation email is the maximum number of people allowed to stay at the vacation property. If more guests arrive to stay / occupy than stated on the Booking Confirmation, they may be denied occupancy. In the event they are permitted to check-in an extra charge may apply.

All guests registered to stay in this unit are required by the administration of the complex to wear an arm bracelet during the entire time of their stay. The arm bracelet must be returned to the front desk at the time of check out. If a bracelet is lost or damaged there is a penalty of $500 pesos to be paid directly to harbor's administration.

VISITOR POLICY
As per regulations of Harbor 171, short term renters are unable to receive visitors during their stay that are not listed as registered guests on the reservation.


PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.

PET POLICY
Sorry, pets are not allowed in this unit.

NOISE RESTRICTIONS
NO HIGH VOLUME or NOISE between 10:00 pm until 8:00 am, including Speakers, Music, Televisions, Washer/Dryer, etc. inside of the unit.
Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.

POOL & TOWELS POLICY

When you go to the pool, jacuzzi or common areas, it is permitted only to use the white towels embroidered with “PG5".
The building only allows white towels in the pool area.
Never use the white bath towels in the pool area or for the beach.
They are not permitted to leave the unit.

Please return the towels to the unit, every towel has a cost of $50 USD if lost/damaged.
The use of the POOL is at your own RISK.
Children under 12 years old are not allowed in the pool or jacuzzi area without direct adult supervision.
NO glassware in the pool or around the pool. PLASTIC or metal drinkware only.
NO Pool Parties.
NO Running around the pool area.
NO Urinating in the pool. Please use the washrooms in the room next to the pool.
PLEASE SHOWER or RINSE prior to using the pool.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY FOR GUESTS UNDER 25 YEARS OLD
To ensure a safe and respectful environment for all guests and neighbors, a refundable security deposit of $500 USD is required at check-in for all guests under the age of 25.
• This deposit must be paid in cash upon arrival.
• The deposit will be refunded in full within 72 hours after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property and house rules have been followed.


FURNITURE USE AND OUTDOOR AREA POLICY
To help us keep the furniture in great condition for all guests, please follow these rules:
It is strictly prohibited to sit on any furniture (indoor or outdoor) while wet, whether from the pool, shower, or rain.
If deep cleaning is required due to moisture, stains, or odors, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
Do not remove the protective covers from the outdoor furniture during the rainy season. These covers are there to protect the furniture from water damage and humidity.
Any damage to the furniture caused by moisture, misuse, or neglect will result in an extra charge to cover repair or replacement costs.

KEY POLICY
This unit has a keyless entry. Upon arrival, you will be provided with a code to access the unit during your stay. Your concierge will explain how to operate the smart lock.

You will be issued 2 Keycards to Access the North Tower, the Rooftop and the Gym. Keycards must be returned in the same condition as received at the time of CHECK OUT.
PLEASE NOTE: Should you lose a Keycard the cost is $25USD ($500 pesos) for each lost-unreturned or damaged key or set of keys. Please have this fee prepared to be collected by the concierge at the time of check-out. This Fee is NOT covered by the guest damage insurance.

I had a fabulous stay. The unit is beautiful, clean, and very well equipped. Plenty of towels, laundry detergent, olive oil, some spices, and all of the kitchen things you might need. The bed is very comfortable, and temperature control in the into is great. The location is awesome, complete with a beautiful view of the pools and ocean, very quick access to the pools and entrance, and an easy walk to the Versaille neighborhood, with a pretty easy Uber ride to Zona Romantica, the Marina, and the airport. The pools are glorious. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. I would love to stay here again.


Tuve una estancia fabulosa. El apartamento es precioso, limpio y está muy bien equipado. Hay muchas toallas, detergente para la ropa, aceite de oliva, algunas especias y todo lo que puedas necesitar en la cocina. La cama es muy cómoda y el control de temperatura en el interior es estupendo. La ubicación es increíble, con unas vistas preciosas a las piscinas y al océano, muy cerca de las piscinas y la entrada, y a un paseo del barrio de Versaille, con un trayecto muy fácil en Uber a la Zona Romántica, el puerto deportivo y el aeropuerto. Las piscinas son magníficas. Los anfitriones son muy atentos y amables. Me encantaría volver a alojarme aquí.

El condominio es igual a lo que se ve en las fotos. Es muy cómodo y ordenado. Las albercas son bastante atractivas. Lo unico es que la playa tiene muchas piedras y el acceso al edificio no cuenta con pavimentación.

The condominium is exactly as it appears in the photos. It is very comfortable and tidy. The pools are quite attractive. The only thing is that the beach has many rocks and the access to the building is not paved.

Muchas gracias por la atención, estuvimos muy cómodos en nuestra estancia, es una lugar bastante ordenado, moderno y limpio. Solo quería comentarle el incidente que tuvimos, las rendijas de la alberca deberian tener algún tipo de protección para que no pueda atorarse una mano de un niño, y tener un mejor protocolo de emergencia en caso de accidente. Tuvimos suerte, pero si esto le pasa a un niño más pequeño puede haber terminado muy mal, comentalo con la administración del condominio. Agradecemos las facilidades de los check in y out.

Thank you very much for your attention. We were very comfortable during our stay. It is a very tidy, modern, and clean place. I just wanted to mention the incident we had. The pool grates should have some kind of protection so that a child's hand cannot get stuck, and there should be a better emergency protocol in case of an accident. We were lucky, but if this had happened to a smaller child, it could have ended very badly. Please discuss this with the condominium management. We appreciate the ease of check-in and check-out.

Our stay at this place completely exceeded our expectations. Everything was spotless, well kept and with details that really made a difference. The complex is wonderful, it has pools in excellent condition, clean and pleasant, which became a fundamental part of our vacation. It was difficult to decide whether to go for a walk or stay there, because both the apartment and the building's facilities were so comfortable that you really wanted to spend the whole day enjoying them.

We especially want to highlight the hosts, who were extraordinarily kind. From the beginning, they were flexible with the schedules, always attentive, clear in all the indications and willing to answer any questions. That close and friendly attention made our experience even more enjoyable and we felt confident at all times. We liked it so much that we hope to return soon to stay at this wonderful place.

Nuestra estancia en este lugar superó con creces nuestras expectativas. Todo estaba impecable, bien cuidado y con detalles que realmente marcaron la diferencia. Comments About the Vacation Rental Unit:
The pools were undoubtedly a major selling point for us. The room was spacious, but the layout was a bit unconventional, with our bed positioned right next to the front door. Additionally, the hallway could be quite noisy at night. As well as our ceiling fan squeaking constantly through the night. Getting around the area was relatively easy. We took the bus to go shopping, and there was a store just a seven-minute walk away. Ubers were also conveniently accessible. One of the positive aspects of the room was the presence of a washer and dryer, which was a great convenience for us. Also all the dish wear & appliances that you would need in a kitchen were great! The front desk was helpful but if you lack in Spanish speaking it can get hard to navigate or translate what you are asking for. Other than that we had a great stay & really enjoyed our time in Puerto Vallarta!

Las piscinas fueron, sin duda, un punto de venta importante para nosotros. La habitación era espaciosa, pero la distribución era un poco poco convencional, con nuestra cama situada justo al lado de la puerta principal. Además, el pasillo podía ser bastante ruidoso por la noche. Y el ventilador de techo también chirriaba constantemente durante la noche. Desplazarse por la zona fue relativamente fácil. Tomamos el autobús para ir de compras, y había una tienda a solo siete minutos a pie. Los Ubers también eran accesibles de manera conveniente. Uno de los aspectos positivos de la habitación fue la presencia de una lavadora y secadora, lo cual fue una gran comodidad para nosotros. ¡También todos los utensilios y electrodomésticos que necesitarías en una cocina eran geniales! La recepción fue útil, pero si no hablas español, puede ser difícil navegar o traducir lo que estás pidiendo. Aparte de eso, ¡tuvimos una gran estancia y realmente disfrutamos nuestro tiempo en Puerto Vallarta!

Lovely place to stay. However was disappointed with no parking availability nor option to purchase parking for my stay. Had to park at a muddy street very limited space on the street as well. No snacks nor bar at pool area.

The condo is spotless, nicely decorated and very clean. The bed is comfortable and there are plenty of towels. We received cleaning services in the middle of the week unexpectedly, which was nice. We were also able to communicate very easily with Sebastian. Very accommodating and responded quickly. Rules associated by the condo complex company and this includes no holding chairs with towels for more than 30 minutes and no glass allowed outside, understandably. Bring your plastic cups for coffee, plenty of fancy plastic cups and plenty of Tupperware on hand for outdoor snacks in the condo itself. Otherwise, the kitchen is very well equipped. Pools and outdoor area are cleaned every morning. Rooftop pool for those who don't mind the 28 level heights, the views are amazing. Bring some ear plugs for those people who get little sleep as you hear people in the hallway. Initially had security concerns on the main floor. Totally unfounded and appreciated not having to use elevators. For those who don't mind condos, it's fine.

We stayed 2 weeks , greeted with such delight from managing team . Always a quick response , ready to make our experience unforgettable !!! The unit on the ground floor was perfect for quick access to the pool . The Unit was small but set up like an Ikea showroom with beautiful decor. Perfect for 2 people !! The pools area very well maintained and secure . There are no bars or food available at the pool therefore coolers and bringing food is a must . . Things that are out of the owners and managers hands are the road into this resort is not finished , very old with dusty road and empty lot next door which houses chicken and undesirable sights ( until the new resort is built ) however besides getting dusty feet when you walk out very very safe . Also if you enjoy getting up every morning early to enjoy the waves , you can set up your chair for the day but the process leaves a little bit of a rush game taste in your mouth . No saving chairs whatsoever .....8:00am open !! We loved it !



Estuvimos 2 semanas , recibidos con mucho gusto por el equipo directivo . ¡Siempre una respuesta rápida, listo para hacer que nuestra experiencia sea inolvidable! La unidad en la planta baja era perfecto para un acceso rápido a la piscina. La unidad era pequeña, pero establecido como una sala de exposición de Ikea con una hermosa decoración. ¡Perfecto para 2 personas! Las piscinas están muy bien cuidadas y son seguras. No hay bares ni comida disponible en la piscina, por lo que es necesario llevar neveras y comida... Cosas que no están en manos de los propietarios ni de los gerentes: la carretera que lleva a este complejo no está terminada, es muy vieja y polvorienta, y al lado hay un terreno vacío que alberga gallinas y lugares indeseables (hasta que se construya el nuevo complejo). Si te gusta levantarte temprano por la mañana para disfrutar de las olas, puedes instalar tu silla para el dia, pero el proceso deja un poco de sabor a juego en la boca. ¡¡¡No hay sillas de ahorro en absoluto .....8:00am abierto !!! Nos encantó.

We absolutely loved the place, right on the ocean. Got to watch the beautiful whales in the morning and sunset. The host was super welcoming, instructions were provided and even included a cleaning mid week. Super clean, extra towels and everything else you need! We highly recommend this place.

Tim and Sebastian were friendly and responsive for the whole trip, and the location was great from our perspective. We had a beautiful view from the condo, and an easy walk to get to the pools. The kitchen was nice, great for a quick meal. The restaurants are all great, but are a min 10 minute walk away. The challenges were the noise. The bedroom is right next to the hallway and situated over a service vehicle ramp entering building. All hours of night, trucks backing up, security raising and lowering a guard rail by hand. We were consistently woken up (even wearing earplugs) Add in the roosters in the am, we didn't get a good night sleep. We liked the location, pools, view, and restaurants nearby, and have debated returning. If we were to get a room in this building again, we would not get this one, as the noise was just too much.

Tim y Sebastian fueron amables y receptivos durante todo el viaje, y la ubicación fue excelente desde nuestra perspectiva. The room is the newest and the best view. On the first floor but the view is gorgeous you can see the swimming pool connecting to the beach. The place was opened this month and everything is new. Host is very responsive and friendly.

Rosa & I are also AirBNB hosts here in the San Francisco Bay area and have been Superhosts since shortly after the category was first started. We take pride in having our unit be just right. I walked around here in awe, it was hard to believe what all I saw that our host had provided. When I opened a drawer in the bathroom, where I was now just being nosey to see what else I could find and saw 5 neatly folded, soft, jet-black make-up remover wash clothes, I knew I had met more than my match.
