Property Policy

- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.

- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.

- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.

- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.

- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.

The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

This property has its own policies, please read carefull.

NO SMOKING
No smoking inside the property, the unit, on the terraces / balconies, or common areas. ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING — this includes yards, terraces, and any outdoor spaces attached to or part of a Vacation Rental Property. If smoking takes place inside the property, you will be obligated to pay a $300 USD fine, and you may be evicted from the property.

OCCUPANCY POLICY
Maximum occupancy of 8 people in the unit.
The number of persons stipulated on the guest’s Booking and the confirmation email is the maximum number of people allowed to stay at the vacation property. If more guests arrive to stay / occupy than stated on the Booking Confirmation, they may be denied occupancy. In the event they are permitted to check-in an extra charge may apply.

All guests registered to stay in this unit are required by the administration of the complex to wear an arm bracelet during the entire time of their stay. The arm bracelet must be returned to the front desk at the time of check out. If a bracelet is lost or damaged there is a penalty of $500 pesos to be paid directly to harbor's administration.

FURNITURE USE AND OUTDOOR AREA POLICY
To help us keep the furniture in great condition for all guests, please follow these rules:
It is strictly prohibited to sit on any furniture (indoor or outdoor) while wet, whether from the pool, shower, or rain.
If deep cleaning is required due to moisture, stains, or odors, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
Do not remove the protective covers from the outdoor furniture during the rainy season. These covers are there to protect the furniture from water damage and humidity.
Any damage to the furniture caused by moisture, misuse, or neglect will result in an extra charge to cover repair or replacement costs.

VISITOR POLICY
As per regulations of Harbor 171, short term renters are unable to receive visitors during their stay that are not listed as registered guests on the reservation.


PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.

PET POLICY
Sorry, pets are not allowed in this unit.

NOISE RESTRICTIONS
NO HIGH VOLUME or NOISE between 10:00 pm until 8:00 am.
Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.

POOL & TOWELS POLICY

When you go to the pool, jacuzzi or common areas, it is permitted only to use the white towels embroidered with “2503N"
The building only allows white towels in the pool area.
Never use the white bath towels in the pool area or for the beach.
They are not permitted to leave the unit.
Open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm

NO Pool Parties.
NO Running around the pool area.
NO Urinating in the pool. Please use the washrooms next to the pool.
PLEASE SHOWER or RINSE prior to using the pool.

KEY POLICY
This unit has a keyless entry. Upon arrival, you will be provided with a code to access the unit during your stay. Your concierge will explain how to operate the smart lock.

You will be issued 8 Keycards to Access the North Tower, the Rooftop and the Gym. Keycards must be returned in the same condition as received at the time of CHECK OUT.
PLEASE NOTE: Should you lose a Keycard the cost is $25USD ($500 pesos) for each lost-unreturned or damaged key or set of keys. Please have this fee prepared to be collected by the concierge at the time of check-out. This Fee is NOT covered by the guest damage insurance.

Comments About the Vacation Rental Unit:
Our group of 5 stayed 6 nights and the place was amazing! The three bedrooms each with a full bath was great for us. Beds super comfortable. A bonus was the washer/dryer. The view of Puerto Vallarta was incredible any time of day. We used the rooftop pool and those between building and beach. The kitchen had all the pots, pans you could need plus a good selection of appliances and water filtration tap at the sink. An Uber to Centro or ZR was very reasonable ($4-6 for a couple, $7-10 for all five in an Uber XL). The large market at the end of the drive, Soriana, had just about anything you’d need. Sebastian was the best! Great communication before and during our stay. Check-in very smooth. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Do not hesitate at all to stay here!!

We moved to this Airbnb on just 24 hours’ notice, and it exceeded all expectations. The unit was amazing—spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with incredible views. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made settling in easy. The location couldn’t be better: close to great restaurants and shopping, and just a short walk to the supermarket. We couldn’t have asked for a better place and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Nos mudamos a este Airbnb con solo 24 horas de antelación y superó todas nuestras expectativas. El alojamiento era increíble: espacioso, cómodo y muy bien cuidado, con unas vistas increíbles. La cocina estaba completamente equipada con todo lo que necesitábamos, lo que nos facilitó mucho la instalación. La ubicación no podía ser mejor: cerca de excelentes restaurantes y tiendas, y a pocos pasos del supermercado. This Airbnb was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. From the communication, welcome connect, tour to close off, everything was flawless. I want give a huge thank you the PVRPV team, from booking to checkout, everything was seamless and well-organized, Check-in instructions were clear and they even meet me there in person once we arrived. Sebastien and Alexandra met us at the lobby, took us to apartment, helped us with our luggage and gave us a personalized tour of the place. Their communication throughout the stay was professional, prompt, and helpful. As for the place itself, you can tell the owner cares about his place and his guests. From the small considerable details to being accommodating to guests - this place has it all : spacious living space, private bathroom for each bedroom, comfortable bedding, fully stocked kitchen to finally views for days! The best part of it is you can see Whales from balcony. We will for sure stay there again! My and my family Loved it!


Este Airbnb fue absolutamente excepcional de principio a fin. Desde la comunicación, la bienvenida, la visita guiada hasta la despedida, todo fue perfecto. Quiero dar las gracias al equipo de PVRPV, desde la reserva hasta la salida, todo fue perfecto y estaba bien organizado. Las instrucciones para el check-in eran claras e incluso nos recibieron en persona cuando llegamos. Sebastien y Alexandra nos recibieron en el vestíbulo, nos llevaron al apartamento, nos ayudaron con el equipaje y nos dieron un tour personalizado por el lugar. Su comunicación durante toda la estancia fue profesional, rápida y útil. En cuanto al lugar en sí, se nota que el propietario se preocupa por su propiedad y sus huéspedes. Desde los pequeños detalles hasta la atención a los huéspedes, este lugar lo tiene todo: una amplia sala de estar, baño privado para cada dormitorio, camas cómodas, cocina completamente equipada y, por último, ¡unas vistas increíbles! We had a fantastic stay! The home was exactly how described - clean, cozy, and through fully decorated! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What really stood out was the hospitality. Super responsive and made check in and communication a breeze! I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay again in the future!
