PVRPV has a firm CANCELLATION POLICY for all guests. We make every effort to work with our clients when a cancellation occurs as we understand situations happen. Property Policy

- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.

- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.

- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.

- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.

- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.

The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

NO SMOKING
No smoking inside the property, the unit, on the terraces / balconies, or common areas. ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING — this includes yards, terraces, and any outdoor spaces attached to or part of a Vacation Rental Property. If smoking takes place inside the property, you will be obligated to pay a $300 USD fine, and you may be evicted from the property.

OCCUPANCY POLICY
Maximum occupancy of 8 people in the unit.
The number of persons stipulated on the guest’s Booking and the Booking Confirmation email is the maximum number of people allowed to stay at the vacation property. If more guests arrive to stay/occupy than stated on the Booking Confirmation, they may be denied occupancy. In the event they are permitted to check-in an extra charge may apply.

All guests registered to stay in this unit are required by the administration of the complex to wear an arm bracelet during the entire time of their stay. The arm bracelet must be returned to the front desk at the time of check out. If a bracelet is lost or damaged there is a penalty of $500 pesos to be paid directly to harbor's administration.

FURNITURE USE AND OUTDOOR AREA POLICY
To help us keep the furniture in great condition for all guests, please follow these rules:
It is strictly prohibited to sit on any furniture (indoor or outdoor) while wet, whether from the pool, shower, or rain.
If deep cleaning is required due to moisture, stains, or odors, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
Do not remove the protective covers from the outdoor furniture during the rainy season. These covers are there to protect the furniture from water damage and humidity.
Any damage to the furniture caused by moisture, misuse, or neglect will result in an extra charge to cover repair or replacement costs.

VISITOR POLICY
As per regulations of Harbor 171, short term renters are unable to receive visitors during their stay that are not listed as registered guests on the reservation.
PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.

PET POLICY
Sorry, pets are not allowed in this unit.

NOISE RESTRICTIONS
NO HIGH VOLUME or NOISE between 10:00 pm until 8:00 am.
Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.

POOL AREA RULES

Pool Hours: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM

To maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for everyone, please observe the following rules:

GENERAL POOL RULES
Appropriate swimwear must be worn in the pool area.
Guests are encouraged to shower or rinse off before entering the pool.
Babies may only enter the pool while wearing swim diapers or water-resistant diapers specifically designed for pool use.
Children under the age of 12 must always be supervised by an adult.
Diving, jumping, rough play, aggressive games, and running around the pool are not permitted.
Only small pool floats are permitted. Large inflatables or objects that may obstruct the use of the pool are not allowed. Pool floats should have a maximum diameter of approximately 50 cm (20 inches).

TOWELS
To maintain a uniform appearance in the pool area, only white or light gray towels may be used.

FOOD AND BEVERAGES
Eating or drinking is not permitted inside the pool or jacuzzi, or in their immediate surrounding areas.
Food and beverages must be enjoyed only at the designated tables in the snack bar or market area.
Glass containers or items are strictly prohibited in the pool area, including bottles, glasses, cups, plates, or any other glass objects.
Alcoholic beverages may only be consumed by individuals 18 years of age or older and must be consumed responsibly and in moderation.
The use of the pool or other common areas while intoxicated or in any condition that may affect the safety, comfort, or peaceful enjoyment of others is not permitted.

MUSIC AND SOUND
Speakers and sound systems are not permitted in the pool area.
Loud music is prohibited.
If you wish to listen to music, please do so personally using headphones.

POOL FURNITURE
Moving, rearranging, or relocating furniture and equipment in the pool area is not permitted, including lounge chairs, umbrellas, tables, and chairs.
Reserving furniture by leaving towels, personal belongings, or other items unattended is not permitted.
Items left unattended for extended periods may be removed and taken to the security gate, where they may be collected later.

JACUZZI AND LAP POOL

Access to the jacuzzi and lap pool is permitted only for guests and residents over 16 years of age.

Showering before entering is required.
For medical and safety reasons, the maximum recommended use of the jacuzzi is 30 minutes per person.
Prolonged use may cause dizziness, heat exhaustion, or changes in blood pressure, especially for individuals consuming alcohol or taking certain medications.
Jewelry and other metallic objects are not permitted in the jacuzzi.
The maximum capacity of the jacuzzi is 10 people.

NO SMOKING

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the pool area and surrounding common areas.

COMMON AREAS AND GENERAL RULES
PROPERTY ACCESS

Throughout your stay, you must wear your access wristband visibly for identification while on the property. If your wristband becomes damaged, please present it at the reception desk to request a replacement.

When entering or leaving the property, Security may ask for your apartment number in order to maintain an accurate record of individuals accessing the condominium.

For access to certain common areas that require an access card, please contact your host.

Food delivery personnel and other delivery services are not permitted to enter the property. To collect food orders or other deliveries, you must personally go to the security gate.

LOBBY AND LUGGAGE

The condominium does not have a designated area for storing or holding luggage.

Any requests related to luggage, early arrival, or late departure must be coordinated directly with your host.

GATHERINGS AND EVENTS

Vacation guests are not permitted to organize events within the common areas or on the property.

GYM

Hours: 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM

The gym is available year-round during its established operating hours.

Use of the gym is permitted only for guests and residents over 15 years of age.
If you plan to train with a personal trainer, prior authorization from Condominium Management is required.
After using any equipment, please clean it and return it to its proper place.
Please help keep the area clean and respect other users.

MUSIC AND NOISE

To avoid disturbing other residents and guests:

Speakers and sound systems are not permitted in common areas, including the snack bar, terraces, and gym.
Music may only be listened to personally using headphones.
Inside your apartment, music and any other sound must be kept at a moderate volume and for your personal enjoyment only.
Please refrain from playing music or using any device at a volume that may disturb your neighbors.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS AND LOST ITEMS

Each resident, guest, or visitor is responsible for their personal belongings.

The condominium is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of items left unattended in common areas. Please keep your belongings under supervision at all times.

SECURITY

For the safety of everyone, the entry or possession of weapons, sharp objects, or any instrument that may cause injury to individuals or damage to property is prohibited.

Please follow all instructions provided by Security and Condominium Management at all times.

NO SMOKING

We are a smoke-free complex.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in:

Balconies and terraces.
Common areas.
Any other area where smoking is expressly prohibited.

PETS

Pets may only pass through the hallways and common areas necessary to enter or exit the condominium. Pets must remain under the control of their owner and, when applicable, on a leash.

Pets are not permitted to remain or be walked in the following areas:

Pool areas.
Gardens.
Recreational areas.
Private terraces.
Other common areas intended for the use and enjoyment of residents and guests.

Pet owners or those responsible for pets must ensure that their pets do not urinate, defecate, or create any mess in the common areas. If this occurs, they must clean it immediately and will be responsible for any resulting damage or expenses.

BALCONIES AND TERRACES

Hanging towels, swimsuits, clothing, or any other items from balcony or terrace railings is not permitted.

Please use the designated areas inside the apartment to dry or store your belongings.

TRASH

Leaving trash bags, garbage, waste, or other items in hallways, common areas, or any space not designated for waste disposal is strictly prohibited.

Please use only the designated trash disposal areas and containers.

KEY POLICY
This unit has a keyless entry. Upon arrival, you will be provided with a code to access the unit during your stay. Your concierge will explain how to operate the smart lock.

You will be issued with up to 6 Keycards to Access the North Tower, the Rooftop and the Gym. Keycards must be returned in the same condition as received at the time of CHECK OUT.

PLEASE NOTE: Should you lose a Keycard the cost is $25USD ($500 pesos) for each lost-unreturned or damaged key or set of keys. Please have this fee prepared to be collected by the concierge at the time of check-out. This Fee is NOT covered by the guest damage insurance.
