Property Policy

- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.

- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.

- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.

- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.

- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.

The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

This property has its own policies, please read carefull.

NO SMOKING
No smoking inside the property, the unit, on the terraces / balconies, or common areas. ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING — this includes yards, terraces, and any outdoor spaces attached to or part of a Vacation Rental Property. If smoking takes place inside the property, you will be obligated to pay a $300 USD fine, and you may be evicted from the property.

OCCUPANCY POLICY
Maximum occupancy of 8 people in the unit.
The number of persons stipulated on the guest’s Booking and the confirmation email is the maximum number of people allowed to stay at the vacation property. If more guests arrive to stay / occupy than stated on the Booking Confirmation, they may be denied occupancy. In the event they are permitted to check-in an extra charge may apply.

All guests registered to stay in this unit are required by the administration of the complex to wear an arm bracelet during the entire time of their stay. The arm bracelet must be returned to the front desk at the time of check out. If a bracelet is lost or damaged there is a penalty of $500 pesos to be paid directly to harbor's administration.

Clients shall not remove any item(s) from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.

FURNITURE USE AND OUTDOOR AREA POLICY
To help us keep the furniture in great condition for all guests, please follow these rules:
It is strictly prohibited to sit on any furniture (indoor or outdoor) while wet, whether from the pool, shower, or rain.
If deep cleaning is required due to moisture, stains, or odors, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
Do not remove the protective covers from the outdoor furniture during the rainy season. These covers are there to protect the furniture from water damage and humidity.
Any damage to the furniture caused by moisture, misuse, or neglect will result in an extra charge to cover repair or replacement costs.

VISITOR POLICY
As per regulations of Harbor 171, short term renters are unable to receive visitors during their stay that are not listed as registered guests on the reservation.

PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.

PET POLICY
Sorry, pets are not allowed in this unit.

NOISE RESTRICTIONS
NO HIGH VOLUME or NOISE between 10:00 pm until 8:00 am, including Speakers, Music, Televisions, Washer/Dryer, etc. inside of the unit.
Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.

POOL & TOWELS POLICY

When you go to the pool, jacuzzi or common areas, it is permitted only to use the white towels embroidered with “203N”.
The building only allows white towels in the pool area.
Never use the white bath towels in the pool area or for the beach.
They are not permitted to leave the unit.

Please return the towels to the unit, every towel has a cost of $50 USD if lost/damaged.
The use of the POOL is at your own RISK.
Children under 12 years old are not allowed in the pool or jacuzzi area without direct adult supervision.
NO glassware in the pool or around the pool. PLASTIC or metal drinkware only.
NO Pool Parties.
NO Running around the pool area.
NO Urinating in the pool. Please use the washrooms in the room next to the pool.
PLEASE SHOWER or RINSE prior to using the pool.

KEY POLICY
This unit has a keyless entry. Upon arrival, you will be provided with a code to access the unit during your stay. Your concierge will explain how to operate the smart lock.

You will be issued 4 Keycards to Access the North Tower, the Rooftop and the Gym. Keycards must be returned in the same condition as received at the time of CHECK OUT.
PLEASE NOTE: Should you lose a Keycard the cost is $25USD ($500 pesos) for each lost-unreturned or damaged key or set of keys. Please have this fee prepared to be collected by the concierge at the time of check-out. This Fee is NOT covered by the guest damage insurance.

Comments About the Vacation Rental Unit:
The wrist band requirement is annoying and seemingly not monitored. I would avoid this property again based on that.
The access road is atrocious. Unpaved and not illuminated.
Received negative comments from owners regarding our young grandchildren playing in the pool. Particularly the roof top. Not appreciated.
Three bedroom unit should have multiple safe boxes or one larger one.

The team helped arrange a van to pick up me and my 4 guests at the airport with large luggage. We had a warm welcome at reception and a rep met us to walk us up to our property and give us the highlights and quick review of appliances so we were comfortable right away! The apartment is beautiful, bright, spotless and filled with all the kitchen appliances and dishes you need for a comfortable stay. I love to cook so it was great to have new clean kitchen to play in. The area is quiet and the pools were mellow. Very relaxing and vendors on the beach were respectful. Must try - Luisa and Laura, Massage Therapists on the beach right in front of pools. Best massage I have had in a long time and best price on the beach! The team was quick to respond, kind and great to deal with. Fun live music walking distance at Cafe Roma and a large shopping and grocery center 5min walk for all your basic needs. I would stay again and recommend this property. Thank you for a great vacation!


El equipo nos ayudó a organizar una furgoneta para que nos recogiera a mí y a mis cuatro invitados en el aeropuerto con nuestro voluminoso equipaje. Nos dieron una cálida bienvenida en recepción y un representante nos acompañó hasta nuestro alojamiento y nos explicó las características más destacadas y nos hizo un rápido repaso de los electrodomésticos para que nos sintiéramos cómodos desde el primer momento. El apartamento es precioso, luminoso, impecable y está equipado con todos los electrodomésticos y vajilla necesarios para una estancia cómoda. Me encanta cocinar, así que fue estupendo tener una cocina nueva y limpia para disfrutar. La zona es tranquila y las piscinas eran agradables. Muy relajante y los vendedores de la playa eran respetuosos. No te lo pierdas: Luisa y Laura, masajistas en la playa justo enfrente de las piscinas. ¡El mejor masaje que he recibido en mucho tiempo y al mejor precio de la playa! El equipo fue rápido en responder, amable y estupendo en el trato. Hay música en directo a poca distancia, en el Café Roma, y un gran centro comercial y de alimentación a 5 minutos a pie para todas tus necesidades básicas. Volvería a alojarme aquí y recomiendo este establecimiento. ¡Gracias por unas vacaciones estupendas!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The view was spectacular from the balcony. The pools and gym were amazing!! We walked everywhere from the condo: local basketball courts, Centro, ZONA romantica and explored local neighborhoods and restaurants. The hosts responded promptly to our questions and were very accommodating for our checkout.


Nuestra familia disfrutó muchísimo de nuestra estancia en este apartamento. Las vistas desde el balcón eran espectaculares. ¡Las piscinas y el gimnasio eran increíbles! Fuimos andando a todos lados desde el apartamento: a las canchas de baloncesto locales, al Centro, a la Zona Romántica, y exploramos los barrios y restaurantes locales. Los anfitriones respondieron rápidamente a nuestras preguntas y fueron muy serviciales con nuestra salida.

Perfectas condiciones, excelente ubicación, los anfitriones de lo mejor y una respuesta rapidísima a cualquier tema. Instalaciones nuevas y en excelente estado. Solo la calle de acceso está en pésimas condiciones y es la única forma de accesar al complejo. Adicional tienen una regla que no me agradó, la cual es que no puedes escuchar música ni con un celular en ninguna parte del complejo, solo en tu habitación. Para escuchar música tiene que ser con audífonos.


Perfect conditions, excellent location, the best hosts, and a very quick response to any issue. New facilities in excellent condition. Only the access road is in poor condition, and it is the only way to access the complex. Additionally, they have a rule that I did not like, which is that you cannot listen to music on your cell phone anywhere in the complex, only in your room. To listen to music, you must use headphones.

We had a great time. This place is so beautiful and clean. The Airbnb offers incredible views and amazing amenities—the view from the gym is breathtaking. The place is beautiful with many pools, beach area, and front desk assistance 24 hours. The only thing that I did not like was the outside road is in bad conditions and the buses park on the road and it there is no guess allow to visit.

El departamento es increíble, mi familia y yo disfrutamos al máximo de las albercas y amenidades de los departamentos. Las camas y sábanas están deliciosas! La playa es muy bonita y no tiene mucha piedra, está genial que cada huésped puede llevar de tomar a la alberca lo que quiere! Eso si, los guardias de seguridad de las albercas son un poco exigentes. Pero definitivamente volveremos a hospedarnos en este apartamento!

The apartment is amazing, my family and I enjoyed the pools and apartment amenities to the fullest. The beds and linens are delicious! The beach is very nice and doesn't have a lot of rocks, it's great that each guest can bring whatever they want to the pool! The security guards at the pools are a bit demanding. But we will definitely stay in this apartment again!

Beautiful condo, just as described in the pictures. Beautiful view from the balcony. We even got to see whales every day we were there! The property is brand new. The quality of all the linens, dishes, cookware, appliances, etc. is first class. And we were thankful for all the additional amenities included like shampoo, soap, detergent, napkins, etc. It was great not to have to worry about having to go out to buy such things after a long travel day. The location is nice, close to the downtown area, with many restaurant and shopping options. The pools are beautiful with nice, warm water. And the views from the rooftop were spectacular. The only issue was that because the building is so new, the elevators were slow. There is also no food or beverages available for purchase near the pool areas or in the building, but there is a store nearby. Communication with Salvador was excellent! We would definitely go back.


Hermoso condominio, tal como se describe en las fotos. Hermosa vista desde el balcón. ¡Incluso llegamos a ver ballenas todos los días que estuvimos allí! La propiedad es nueva. La calidad de toda la ropa de cama, vajilla, utensilios de cocina, electrodomésticos, etc es de primera clase. Y nos quedamos agradecidos por todos los servicios adicionales incluidos como champú, jabón, detergente, servilletas, etc. Fue genial no tener que preocuparse por tener que salir a comprar esas cosas después de un largo día de viaje. La ubicación es buena, cerca del centro, con muchos restaurantes y tiendas. Las piscinas son preciosas, con agua caliente y agradable. Y las vistas desde la azotea eran espectaculares. El único problema fue que, como el edificio es tan nuevo, los ascensores eran lentos. Tampoco hay comida o bebidas disponibles para comprar cerca de las zonas de piscina o en el edificio, pero hay una tienda cerca. La comunicación con Salvador fue excelente. Definitivamente volveríamos.

This is a gorgeous apartment with the most beautiful views. Spectacular sunsets and fireworks every night from the “pirate ship”! Sebastian was very quick to respond and always available if we had questions. The suite had everything we needed for our stay and was immaculate. We are definitely planning another stay here in the future.

This apartment is beautiful and my family and I had an amazing time. There were some small issues we had due to the building being new (I.e elevator was down one day, limited pool chairs, short term renters upstairs were rowdy til 4am etc.) which we only noticed because we were traveling with our 7 month old. There were no issues that massively affected our trip. Amazing views, balcony, and beds were extremely comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Este apartamento es precioso y mi familia y yo lo pasamos genial. Tuvimos algunos pequeños problemas debido a que el edificio es nuevo (por ejemplo, el ascensor no funcionó un día, las sillas de la piscina eran limitadas, los inquilinos a corto plazo del piso de arriba eran ruidosos hasta las 4 de la mañana, etc.) que solo notamos porque viajábamos con nuestro hijo de 7 meses. No hubo problemas que afectaron masivamente nuestro viaje. Vistas increíbles, balcón, y las camas eran muy cómodas. ¡Definitivamente lo recomiendo!

Our stay was perfect! From the moment we met with Sebastian to walk the unit to the very end with our farewell. The home was pristine with the most amazing views of the beach, mountains, and the sunset. The beds were very comfortable with the unit appointed perfectly with everything we could possible need. Had an amazing trip and hoping to return in the near future.

Beautiful condo! Looks just like the pictures. Easy access to the pools and the beach. Had all the amenities needed. The beach was sand instead of pebbles like many other places. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to rest and have a relaxed time.

Hermoso condominio! Se parece a las imágenes. Fácil acceso a las piscinas y la playa. Tenía todas las comodidades necesarias. La playa era de arena en lugar de guijarros como en muchos otros lugares. Lo recomiendo mucho si buscas un lugar para descansar y pasar un rato relajado.
