Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta
Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.
Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

PVRPV has a firm CANCELLATION POLICY for all guests. We make every effort to work with our clients when a cancellation occurs as we understand situations happen. Property Policy
- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.
- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.
- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.
- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.
- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.
The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.
This property has its own policies, please read carefull.
NO SMOKING
No smoking inside the property, the unit, on the terraces / balconies, or common areas. ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING — this includes yards, terraces, and any outdoor spaces attached to or part of a Vacation Rental Property. If smoking takes place inside the property, you will be obligated to pay a $300 USD fine, and you may be evicted from the property.
OCCUPANCY POLICY
Maximum occupancy of 4 people in the unit.
The number of persons stipulated on the guest’s Booking and the confirmation email is the maximum number of people allowed to stay at the vacation property. If more guests arrive to stay / occupy than stated on the Booking Confirmation, they may be denied occupancy. In the event they are permitted to check-in an extra charge may apply.
Clients shall not remove any item(s) from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.

VISITOR POLICY
Sorry, no visitors allowed.
PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.
PET POLICY
Sorry, pets are not allowed in this unit.
NOISE RESTRICTIONS
NO HIGH VOLUME or NOISE between 10:00 pm until 8:00 am, including Speakers, Music, Televisions, etc. inside of the unit.
Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.
POOL POLICY
Please refer to the section "VILLAMAR INNER REGULATIONS"
The use of the POOL is at your own RISK.
NO glassware in the pool or around the pool. PLASTIC glasses and stemware only.
NO Pool Parties.
NO Running around the pool area.
NO Urinating in the pool. Please use the washrooms in the room next to the pool.
PLEASE SHOWER or RINSE prior to using the pool.
COMMON AREA POLICY
Please refer to the section "VILLAMAR INNER REGULATIONS"
KEY POLICY
This unit has a keyless entry. Upon arrival, you will be provided with a code to access the unit during your stay. Your concierge will explain how to operate the smart lock.
You will also be given two access cards for common areas.
PLEASE NOTE: If the access cards are lost, damaged, or not returned, there will be a $50 USD ($1,000 pesos) fee for each lost access card. Please have this fee ready in cash at checkout directly to your concierge. This fee is NOT covered by damage insurance.
VILLAMAR INNER REGULATIONS
The Rules of use of the pool are the following:
a) The schedule for pool use is between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm 7 seven days a week.
b) The use of the pool is exclusive for the Condominium Occupants and their guests with the authorization of the Administration.
c) Only people with proper swimming attire (swimsuits) will be allowed access to the pool.
d) It is strictly prohibited to play with balls or any other objects.
e) It is strictly prohibited to eat or drink in the pool.
f) The use of glass objects such as glasses, plates or bottles is strictly prohibited in the pool area.
g) Children under 12 years old shall only be allowed at the pool when joined and supervised by a responsible adult that shall be in charge of their security.
h) The use of sound devices (radio, cellular, etc.) will be allowed, provided they are used at a moderate volume, without causing any inconvenience to the other Owners.
i) The number of people at the pool is limited to six people per unit. Exceptions must be approved by the Administrator or a Board member.
j) It is strictly prohibited to remove or damage any pool objects and equipment. If this occurs, the Owner/Occupant shall be directly responsible for the breaching of this rule by their family or guests, with the obligation to pay for the restitution or repair of any damages with a direct charge to their Condominium dues.
k) The Condominium will not be responsible for any accident or damage caused to the guests due to non-compliance with this Regulation.
Rent Regulations
The lease agreements entered into by the condominium owners with respect to their PRIVATIVE UNIT will be subject to the fulfillment the following requirements, which must be part of the lease agreement or granting of use.
a) The PRIVATIVE UNIT will be used exclusively for the purpose of a home, not for commercial purposes.
b) The renter agrees to comply with this Regulation, as well as future regulations, as determined by the Board as stated in the Condominium Bylaws.
c) The renter or user of a Condominium, agrees to pay any penalties as included in the By-laws of the Condominium.
The renter agrees that any failure or non-compliance with the provisions of the Regulation will be grounds for rescission of the rent or grant of use. The Administrator shall have the power to demand such rescission judicially.
The Administration of the Condominium is not responsible for the requirements of the renters during their stay in the Condominium. (The administration is not responsible for your keys, belongings, etc.).
