Comments About the Vacation Rental Unit:
As usual, the property of the Molino de Agua was extremely clean and well-maintained. I think the food and drink service by the pool could be a little smoother. I'm not sure whether they were understaffed, or a lot of people were trying to get served and pay for their food/drink at the same time. But there were long intervals when it was hard to get the attention of the pool staff to make requests. The quality of the food and the drinks however was excellent, better than many of the nearby restaurants.
Because of the tankless hot water system in Casa Cobre, the supply of hot water was sometimes uneven. Sometimes the water would suddenly get hot or cold, but it wasn't too difficult to deal with. I can imagine that some people might find that awkward but it didn't bother us too much.

Comments, Praise or Recommendations for the PVRPV Team:
We dealt mostly with Pablo this year, and in 2023 as well. He is fantastic! Not only was he responsive with questions about our initial booking, and the second booking for this year, but he immediately responded to our queries about services, and even often dining tips. We had a business emergency, and Pablo immediately invited us to use the PVRPV facilities to print a document. Pablo is efficient and charming, and was great to work with! When we have a better idea about our plans for next year, I will definitely contact PVRPV, and Pablo for assistance.
