Puerto Vallarta is fast becoming such a popular hot spot that we are now experiencing a more than average increase in Construction Sites in the Romantic Zone. There are more then 14 new construction sites happening around the zone, as of 2017, for the next 2 years. The construction normally happens Monday to Saturday between working hours, but there is no guarantee. The construction will cause noise and dust. Since there are so many different new buildings, it is hard to get away from it during the day. We encourage our guests to visit the different beaches and different parts in and around Puerto Vallarta during the day. For more suggestions contact our Concierge department.

Great stay. thank you. Everything was perfect except wifi in unit didn\'t work well. Otherwise fantastic.

PVRPV management:
Thanks for taking the time to complete your survey. We will share your ratings and comments with the owner and the staff involved in your vacation. We look forward in seeing you again soon in Puerto Vallarta.

4.3/5.0

Ok. So initially I was very impressed with everything including timely response of the staff. We had a few minor issues all of which we're promptly addressed, one of which was bathroom plumbing. Then we had a second occurrence of a plumbing issue that was never resolved-- even as we prepare to depart. We have three bathrooms so it's not like we had no alternatives. My comment therefore brings the rating down because this plumbing issue remained unresolved.

Having to set a time during the day on our last day to re-read electricity and pay the difference was in my opinion stupid when someone is on vacation. Either read the meter and send a bill, or over charge on the initial tour and refund the deposit; or better yet just work the price of the average electricity into the rental cost. Having to take \"time-out\" on a vacation to be available only when the Electric maid reader is available made a great vacation seem non world class in the end.

Problem with the blind in the master bath (non-functioning) was slow to be fixed (reported on day one, repaired on day four). Once fixed, it malfunctioned again after one day.

Bathroom #2 - shower had hair on drain cover from previous tenants.

Believe the \"$100 electrical usage charge\" (required in cash upon arrival) is unnessasary.

Interaction with PVRPV staff from initial contact through payment, arrival, and handling the malfunctioning was excellent. We\'ll contact you again for our stays in PV. Thanks

I believe that the certain things have to be changed on this unit. It\'s not fair that we had to pay for use of electricity when other units offered 245 kwh and only the customer pay if exceed that measure and the owner and the agency have to take in consideration, that the maid use the washer/dryer a couple of time and the electric equipment have a customary use that have to be covered for the owner. Essential paper supplies, soaps, shampoo, etc., etc. have to be included like other units on MDA. The courtesy and friendship are very simple manner to show and make the customer feel good and comfortable at the time of arrival or departure (DO NOT SHOW A RUDE FACE). Every rental unit depends of customer like us and if you don\'t show good actitud, that can ruin any vacation and place a horrible comment against the unit rented.
As a frequent visitor on MDA, I don\'t pretend to return to this unit, where we have to pay for everything. Please, good manners!
The staff on MDA was, like always, excellents. Good intention to help out and excellent communication. Thanks.

We were initially disappointed by the miscommunication between PVRPV and the owner about the availability of the unit we wanted (#803). But other than that, everything about the unit and the service we received was perfect!

MDA is a beautiful property and the PVRPV staff is great!

But, the modem went out in our unit and we were without the wireless internet for a day. Friends who were also staying there were trying to do some work and had to download documents, so they bought about $100 of datatime on their phone plan so that they could keep working. The new modem worked fine when it was installed, but it caused an inconvenience and extrs $$s when it went out. Free internet was one of the bonuses that drew us to that property.

Also, we had to beg the maid to leave us more toilet paper. We were four people staying in the condo for 2 weeks, so we needed more than the initial 3 rolls of toilet paper provided. We got our own kleenex and paper towels, but were just surprised that it was a big deal to have more toilet paper left for us.

The TV was inoperable till Thursday and should have been addressed prior to our arrival instead of being fixed 1 day before check out.

I wanted to say that this is one of the best places that I ever stayed. All of the help from the time of purchase on the internet all the way to asking questions, upon arrival and departure everyone was very helpful and generous to us. I will for sure refer any of my friends your way, and I am looking at staying in this condo again next year.
Thank you all so much it was a great experience with everything.

Thank you again,

Robert

We had a great time and everything and everybody was terrific. A couple of suggestions on the condo - Maybe more towels. There was only one set of towels for each bathroom. It was plenty for us because there were only two of us in a three bedroom place but if it was full everyone would have only dirty towels after one shower. I'd also recommend little hotel size shampoos and body washes in the showers to make it more convenient on arrival as it's hard to carry them on the plane. The only other thing was the inside handle on the front door needs tightening as it felt like it was coming loose. But these are not criticisms, just suggestions. We loved the place and look forward to coming back.
