The the Master Bedroom features a King Size, in-suite bathroom, air conditioned and a large closet.
The Guest room offers 1 King Size bed which can split in 2 single and air conditioned. Conveniently located next to this room, there is a bathroom with shower.
The kitchen has a toaster, blender, cook top, oven and everything needed for you to cook a gourmet dinner.
Living room features TV, cable, DVD and CD players. This home is a real treat and you will completly enjoy your time here. Puerto Vallarta is one of the jewels of the west coast of Mexico.
Condominio La Palapa also features a great rooftop pool and sundeck area, and the well known La Palapa Restaurant on the main floor, offering upscale casual open air dining and beach club service.
This lovely condo is available for short or long term rentals. It is located on one of the most popular beaches in Vallarta, Playa Los Muertos, and boasts beautiful views of Puerto Vallarta and the Banderas Bay. You will be situated within minutes of Downtown Vallarta and some of the most popular restaurants in town. Take a short walk to the Rio Cuale Island and Municipal Flea Market to enjoy a day of shopping. Or walk to the bus line which can take you anywhere in the city you might want to explore.
Please note: As you may know, Puerto Vallarta, in particular the Romantic Zone is a vibrant area with many attractions and new projects always underway. There is active construction in the neighborhood, and daytime noise may occur (typically Monday–Saturday, 9am–6pm).
These conditions are beyond our control and may include noise, dust, or temporary inconveniences.
No refunds, discounts, or credits can be issued due to construction-related disturbances.

Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta
Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.
Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

Property Policy
- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.
- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.
- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.
- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.
- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.
The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

ADDITIONAL FEE FOR CLIENTS ARRIVING BEFORE AND AFTER REGULAR WORKING HOURS
Please be advised that if you are driving or flying to Puerto Vallarta, you must ensure that you plan your travels well and expect to arrive at the rented property no later than 8 PM. on any given day. Clients who arrive after 8 p.m., will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD I.V.A Included which must be paid in cash. This will be collected upon check in. In addition, there is no check in time before 8 a.m. on any given day, otherwise, the same additional fee of $25.00 USD cash applies. Most of the properties allow a check in time of 3 p.m.

Comments About the Vacation Rental Unit:
A few issues at La Palapa 202. I suspect that perhaps no-one has bothered to report them.
The oven in the range will not turn on. This may be a faulty or clogged gas line, but this needs to be addressed. A gas oven that will not ignite ... Is the issue the pilot light or starter? Is the issue a clogged gas line? If accidentally left on, might this result in a gas leak and with all the hazards that accompany a gas leak?
There is an old disc player (LG ?) under the TV. This device will not turn on. It is likely of little value, and certainly not worth the cost of putting on a bench for analysis. That it remains, and in this inoperative condition, is a negative reflection on the owner, and on the property management team.
There is a premium Bose powered speaker under the TV. This device will not turn on. It is of sufficient value that it may be worth the cost of putting on a bench for analysis and repair. In the main bath-room, the switch which turns on the light over the tub does not also turn on the exhaust fan. The spare switch near the sink does not seem to operate anything. This should be addressed.
In the shower-room, the switch which turns on the light over the shower does turn on the exhaust fan and the light. The issue here is that there seems to be an electrical fault (a serious safety and liability issue when in a wet area). Install a new bulb and it will be burned out within two or three days. Replacing this light bulb twice in a week indicates a serious electrical fault, in itself a serious safety issue and if not corrected, could result in serious liability implications or claims.
