PVRPV has a firm CANCELLATION POLICY for all guests. We make every effort to work with our clients when a cancellation occurs as we understand situations happen. Property Policy

- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.

- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.

- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.

- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.

- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.

The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

THIS IS A SMOKE FREE PROPERTY
No smoking inside the property, the unit, on the terraces / balconies.

OCCUPANCY POLICY
Avoid making noise (music, scandals, etc.) inside the condominium.
It is forbidden to hang clothes, towels, or any other object on the balconies and/or railings.
Do not shout, play, or run in the hallways, stairways, or common areas.
Trash must be placed in the trash cans or shutters located in the hallways. Please read the notices of the items that can be disposed of in the chutes as they are not allowed to be used to dispose of certain items such as bottles or glass items among others and the bags you deposit must be securely tied.

VISITOR POLICY
Visiting hours are from 9:00 am to 11:00 p.m. A maximum of two visitors is allowed in one-bedroom apartments.
Photo identification must be left at the front desk and returned upon departure.

Pets not allowed

NOISE RESTRICTIONS
NO HIGH VOLUME or NOISE AFTER 10:00 PM: Including Speakers, Music, Televisions, etc., inside of the unit.

The hours of use of the pools are from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm.
The beds should not be reserved, if this is observed, the objects will be taken to security where you must go through them.
Smoking is only allowed where the ashtrays are located, around the water mirror. It is forbidden anywhere else.
Please take a shower before entering the pool.
The use of headphones is mandatory when using portable audio devices.
It is not allowed to jump, run, or jump into or around the pool.
Please clean the area you use in this area.
It is not allowed to move the furniture of the area (furniture, chairs, umbrellas, tables, lounge chairs, etc. ....).
It is not allowed to bring food into the pools.
No glass object of any kind are allowed in the roof top area. Just plastic bottles or aluminum cans.
Inflatables are not allowed in the pools.
Minors must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult. If the child wears a diaper, it must be a special pool diaper, otherwise he/she should not enter in the pool.
Do not use the pools if you have any exposed wounds.
Do not stand, sit or climb on the edge of the infinity pools.
Only the use of appropriate pools cream or suncream is permitted.
Please dry yourself properly before using elevators or ladders.
Pets are not allowed in the entire roof area, including Gym, Reading Room, Swimming Pools Etc...
The use of the pools will be at your own risk. Nayri Life & Spa does not have lifeguards, so it is not responsible for accidents or injuries.

Barbecue Rules and Regulations.
If you wish to use the barbecue, you must schedule its use with the administration. The use of the grill has a fee of 250 pesos
Before leaving, you must clean all the area you used and deposit the garbage in the designated area, tying the bag or bags perfectly and refraining from depositing glass articles. If the grill is clean, your deposit will be returned to you, otherwise, it will be used as a bonus for the cleaning staff to do that work.


Gym Regulations:
Hours of use are from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Wear appropriate clothing and athletic shoes when using the equipment.
Minors are not allowed to use the gymnasium.
Use of the gym is at your own risk. Nayri Luxury & Spa is not responsible for accidents or injuries.
It is your responsibility to know your current state of health and ability to use the gym.
You may not remove any equipment from inside the gym.
Audio devices with loudspeakers are prohibited, you may only use equipment or devices with headphones. 8. Do not drop equipment, such as dumbbells, for example, on the floor.
At the end of your session, thoroughly clean each piece of equipment you used with the wipes provided and the disinfectant.

GUEST KEYS
You will be issued 1 set of keys for each person noted on the Booking Confirmation. Keys must be returned in the same condition as received at the time of CHECK OUT.
PLEASE NOTE: Should you lose a set of keys the cost is $50USD ($1000pesos) for each lost-unreturned or damaged key or set of keys. Please have this fee prepared to be collected by the concierge at the time of check-out. This Fee is NOT covered by the guest damage insurance.
