Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta
Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.
Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

Property Policy
- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.
- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.
- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.
- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.
- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.
The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

NO SMOKING
No smoking inside the property, the unit, on the terraces / balconies or any common area of Orchid.
OCCUPANCY POLICY
Adults above the age of 18+ are permitted.
NO Minors under the age of 18 are permitted.
Maximum occupancy of 4 people in the unit.
Each guest registered on the Booking Confirmation must have a QR code generated by PVRPV in order to access to Orchid. If there is no QR code registered, access may be denied.
VISITOR POLICY
Only guests registered and confirmed in your booking are allowed to occupy the unit.
Visitors shall never exceed the maximum occupancy of the unit.
Visitors are subject to authorization of Orchid Administration authorization according percentages of occupancy. Visitors must have a valid QR code authorized and provided by PVRPV if visitors were authorized. There is a $20USD fee per person for the use of common areas.
No overnight visitors are allowed.
PET POLICY
Sorry, no pets allowed.
NOISE RESTRICTIONS
NO HIGH VOLUME or NOISE AFTER 10:00 PM: Including Speakers, Music, Televisions, etc. inside of the unit.
POOL AND JACUZZI RULES
1. Hours of operation: 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.
2. The pool, jacuzzi and Orchid facilities are for exclusive use of Owners and Renters.
3. The pools are meant for swimming, floating, standing, and relaxing. There are no games, floating devices, running, jumping, diving, yelling, etc. allowed. Orchid’s bar has approved floating devices which can be provided.
4. Loungers, tables, and chairs cannot be reserved with books, towels, or cell phones. All unattended items left in common areas will be stored by security in our lost and found storage.
5. Food & Beverage services are provided by our rooftop restaurant Bloom. You may NOT bring your own food and beverages to the rooftop.
6. Food is NOT allowed in the pool or jacuzzi. Glass, ceramic objects, or any other type of material that may break are NOT allowed in the pool or jacuzzi. The cost associated with any violation resulting in the need to drain and clean the pool/jacuzzi is billed to the condo owner, in addition to a fine imposed on the renter.
7. Smoking, vaping, use of e-cigarettes, or any other tobacco products is NOT permitted.
8. Please rinse off before entering the pool or jacuzzi. Showers are conveniently located in the rooftop
bathrooms.
9. Pets are NOT allowed in the pool or jacuzzi area.
10. People with skin infections, severe skin burns, eyes infections, open wounds, patches of any kind including bandages, or any other contagious illness cannot use the pool or jacuzzi.
11. It is prohibited to hang garments, towels, or any other object from the railings around the pool and surrounding areas.
12.Guests cannot use the pool or jacuzzi for exclusive use or organize parties without the authorization of the administration.
13.Swimwear is always required, regardless of age in all common areas.
14. Children under the age of 12 years must be always supervised by an adult.

If you are leaving early in the morning, we request your kindness in doing your check-out one day before. Administration is open every day from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Welcome to Orchid, Puerto Vallarta’s modern private residences with soaring views of the Banderas Bay. Thank you for choosing our property nestled between the ocean and the jungle for your stay. Orchid is a residential condo complex and thus would like to ensure your visit is harmonious with our residents.
Our vibe is based on optimizing tranquility and relaxation. We want our residents and guests to Rest, Relax, and Revive! Please read these rules and guidelines as your renter agreement acknowledges your compliance.
Welcome!
PAYMENTS
All room charges must be paid at check-out, you will be provided a receipt for any order you place. You may writea tip in to the check or tip in cash if you like. To clear food and beverage bills you can meet us at administration, bills cannot be paid in cash. There is a 3.5% bank fee which is applied to all bills at check out. We accept VISA and MasterCard only.
GENERAL RULES
1. We ask you to please keep TV volume levels at a level that do not disrupt neighbors or others.
2. Volume of voices in common areas (pools, lobby, halls, etc.) must be kept at a level that is not disrupting to others. Please remember your voice can echo in the halls and lobby area.
3. Renters are not allowed to have overnight guests. Only the people on the registration form are allowed overnight.
4. Renter’s may have day guests if they are registered at security. The number of day guests may be limited by the Administration at any time and are subject to a $20 fee per day for use of the common areas.
5. Personal music in common areas is only allowed via personal headphones or earphones.
6. Intoxicated and indecent behavior is not acceptable.
7. You may be removed from the common areas or the building if staff determines your behavior is disruptive or dangerous or you fail to follow directions from staff.
8. Parties are strictly prohibited unless approval from owner and administration is granted.
9. Our restaurant is private and does not have the resources of a normal restaurant. If ordering for more than 8 people, we ask that you coordinate such requests ahead of time so we can do our best to accommodate.
10. Pets are not allowed in the rooftop area or to sleep or lay on Orchids common area furniture.
11. Smoking, vaping, use of e-cigarettes, or any other tobacco products is NOT permitted in the common areas.

GYM RULES
1. Gym use is at your own risk, and you must bring your own towel and clean all equipment after use.
2. All gym users must wear appropriate clothing and carry their own towel. Swimsuits, street clothes & street shoes are NOT ALLOWED. Shirts and shorts must be worn at all times.
3. Gym is only to be used for weight training or cardio purposes with the equipment provided.
4. Gym use is available for guests 17 years of age or older.
5. Animals are not allowed in the gym.
6. Headphones are required.
7. Gym users should refrain from talking loudly or indulge in noisy activities that may distract other users (e.g. dropping weights forcefully) or any other form of conduct that is deemed inappropriate.
8. Smoking, vaping, use of e-cigarettes, or any other tobacco products is NOT permitted.
9. Alcohol is NOT permitted.
10. It is forbidden to play with the equipment, behave outrageously or make unnecessary noises in the gym. The noise level must not exceed normal conversation.
11. A guest responsible for damage caused by misuse of equipment, furniture or facilities will be charged the cost of the respective repairs or replacements.
12. It is strictly forbidden to profit or generate income from the use of the gym.
13. A maximum use time of 30 minutes per machine is enforced when more than one user is present in the gym.
14. Any agent of Orchid has the authority to enforce these regulations, as well as remove any guest from the gym for not complying with these rules.
15. Personal trainers must register with security and must always be accompanied by the guest. The personal trainer may NOT use other amenities of the building.
MASSAGE ROOM RULES
1. Hours of operation: 7:00 am to 8:00 pm.
2. Reservation with building administration is required.
3. Reservations will accommodate 1-hour blocks of time.
4. Use is limited to persons 17 years of age and older.
5. Animals are NOT permitted.
6. Smoking, vaping, use of e-cigarettes, or any other tobacco products is NOT permitted.
7. Alcohol is NOT permitted.
8. Supplies are not provided. Guest must supply their own towels and sheets.
9. Scandalous behavior and loud noises are prohibited.
10. Use of the massage room is at your own risk.
11. Guests responsible for damage caused by misuse of equipment, furniture or facilities will be charged the cost of the respective repairs or replacements.
12. It is strictly forbidden to profit from the use of the room.
13. Any agent of Orchid has the authority to enforce these regulations, as well as remove any guest for failure to comply with these rules.
14. Massage therapists must register with security and must always be accompanied by the guest. The therapist/masseuse may NOT use other amenities of the building.
15. Orchid and its administration are not responsible for lost or forgotten items.
16. Guest of the room must clean after use and leave it better than you found it. Please respect those who use the room after your use and ensure it is clean and ready for the next guest.
