PVRPV Puerto Vallarta Vacation proudly presents Lofts Delfines 6B a Luxury vacation destination of 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, situated in the 6th floor of Lofts Delfines complex in the heart of Upper Conchas Chinas in Puerto Vallarta. This unit provides peacefulness, excellent amenities, custom furnishings and interior design by CRATE Interiors.

Lofts Delfines complex offers a large pool in the common areas, located in the first floor. Additionally there are lounge chairs and tables with chairs to enjoy the sunsets.

This ocean view condo offers a fully equipped kitchen and bar with a big fridge/freezer, cooktop with oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishes and pans to make dinner for you and your guests while enjoying an incredible view from the balcony.

Next to the kitchen is a luxurious decorated living room. For your entertainment this unit has a Sonos sound system, WIFI and Smart TV’s.

The Main Bedroom Includes: Premium King Size mattress with luxury linens, towels, patio door with a view of the ocean. The en-suite bathroom has a shower and walk-in closet with electronic safe for you. Sonos sound system and Smart TV are some of the amenities this property offers.

Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta

Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.

Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

Property Policy


- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.

- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.

- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.

- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.

- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.

The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

THIS IS A SMOKE FREE PROPERTY
-No smoking inside the property, the unit, on the terraces / balconies, at the pool or in the common areas.
-Smoking is permitted outside the main door / gate.

OCCUPANCY POLICY
-Studio Units - 2 Guests Maximum .
-2 Bedroom Units - 4 Guests Maximum.

VISITOR POLICY
-Only guests registered and confirmed in your booking are allowed to occupy the unit.
-Guests visitors are permitted but are limited to 1 visitor per studio unit and 2 visitors per 2 bedroom unit.
-Guest visitors must be registered with the property manager (day visitors or overnight visitors).
-Guest visitors are NOT permitted to use the pool or common area without permission from the property manager.

PET POLICY
-On a case by case basis, the property owner or property manager may approve a pet to stay in this unit. Small dogs under 15 pounds will be consider. A Cash Pet damage deposit of $500USD will be required at the time of check in and will be reimbursed at the time of check out should there be no damage to the unit, the furniture or require additional cleaning.

NOISE RESTRICTIONS
-NO HIGH VOLUME or NOISE AFTER 11:00 PM: Including Radios, Stereos, Music, Televisions inside of the units. No noise in common areas at 11PM.
-When entering and exiting the complex after 11PM remember other guests may be sleeping.
Please be respectful of ALL guests.

POOL POLICY
-The use of the POOL is at your own RISK. The pool is NOT supervised by a pool attendant or lifeguard.
-NO Children are allowed in the pool unattended.
-Pool is for GUEST USE, should you wish to request to have a visitor use the pool, permission must be requested 24 hours prior to using the pool.
-NO glassware in the pool or around the pool. PLASTIC glasses and stemware only.
-NO Pool Parties.
-NO loud music or music played on portable sound systems at the pool or in the common areas.
-POOL HOURS 9AM to 10PM (promptly).
-NO Pets allowed in the pool.
-NO Running around the pool area.
-NO Urinating in the pool. Please use the washrooms in the common area.
-PLEASE SHOWER or RINSE prior to using the pool. Showers are located on the same level as the pool.

COMMON AREA RULES
-Pick up your trash. If the area is not cleaned, there will be a fee of $500 pesos to have the maid clean.
-Please be respectful of all guests. If you wish to use your phone, laptop and/or personal device for phone calls etc. USE YOUR HEADPHONES.
-Please leave the washrooms and/or pool showers clean and tidy. Do not leave towels in the common area.

Comments About the Vacation Rental Unit:
We love the location just a quick walk up the hill from the main road. The views are incredible and the complex is quiet so it was often like we had a huge private pool to ourselves. The condo is modern and new, everything works and the showers are great. The PVRPV team was very responsive to any communication and we felt well taken care of. Muchas Gracias!

Nos encanta la ubicación a sólo un rápido paseo por la colina desde la carretera principal. Las vistas son increíbles y el complejo es tranquilo, así que a menudo era como si tuviéramos una enorme piscina privada para nosotros.
