PVRPV is proud to present Costa de Oro PB-A, this amazing, two bedroom, two bathroom condominium located in the wonderfully upscale neighborhood of Conchas Chinas. It is just 15 minutes walking from the Old Town and only 5 minutes from the famous Conchas Chinas beach. There are two delicious restaurants across the street, a taxi stand and bus pickup.
This charming, traditional Mexican 1700 sq ft two bedroom, two bathroom condo is nestled in a quiet and peaceful residential building with only 28 units on a quaint cobblestone street in upper Conchas Chinas. Situated on the front of a 100 foot cliff with amazing unobstructed Western views, its perfect for relaxing on the private terrace overlooking the ocean as the sun melts into the distant horizon, leaving all your cares and worries behind.
A large terrace with an amazing ocean view encompasses the entire front of the unit including the master suite. Sweeping ocean views are captured by all the rooms including the kitchen.
After the sun sets, the pool illumination and garden lights give the feeling of sitting above a private courtyard, it's as beautiful at night as in the day. With only two units on this level, the pool hours provide guests with ample privacy
The unit is fully furnished and very well equipped, Air Conditioning at the bedrooms only. One king size bed and two double size bed each having their own private access to the bathroom. It opens onto a beautiful terrace with breathtaking bay views, perfect for a morning cup of coffee.
An upgraded granite kitchen fully equipped with a large stainless steel fridge, 6 burner gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. An abundance of cooking and serving items are also provided. A separate back room houses the full size washer and dryer as well as a pantry for linens, bathroom and pool towels is located right off the kitchen. This charming condo also features a large, flat-screen TV and CD/DVD player in the living room with an assortment of DVDs. The living area opens up to a large terrace with a dining table to enjoy the gorgeous view of the bay.
The heated swimming pool overlooking the ocean is well maintained and has plenty of lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas available for your days in the sun or evenings under the stars. This is one of the only units where Wi-Fi will work at the pool as the condo is located on the same level as the pool, been the first floor of the Condominium.
There is 24 hour guard service in the gated building, with surveillance cameras for extra security. An entire room in the complex is devoted to water purification for the building.
Taxi service can pick up at the building entrance or a quick walk down the private steps to the taxi stand or bus stop. It's a mere few minute ride to town. The beautiful Conchas Chinas Beach is just down the stairs and across the road, from there it is about a 15 minute walk down the beach into old town. There is also street side parking next to guard house. There are two delicious restaurants across the street as well as a small store for your convenience.

CHECK IN and CHECK OUTS
CHECK IN time for all properties is 3:00pm and CHECK OUT time for all properties is 11:00am. If you require early CHECK IN or late CHECK OUT please contact your PVRPV concierge.
Please note if you require a CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 8am or after 8pm you will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD (tax included) or equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment, which must be paid in cash, and collected by concierge.
Remember that Puerto Vallarta is located in Central Time Zone (same as Mexico City, GMT-6).
You will be issued 1 set of keys for each person noted on the Booking Confirmation.
- Cleaning Services: Our Standard Cleaning Services included are based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In the case where your rental is less than the time period indicated or you require additional services the cost per cleaning will be $25.00 *USD (tax included). This will be collected by Concierge on the day of the check in.
- Damage insurance: Every client that makes a booking, is now required to pay an additional $35.00 *USD (tax included) which is for a non-refundable damage insurance. The $35.00 non-refundable damage insurance covers damages up to $500.00 *USD. For additional information please refer to our BOOKING CONFIRMATION POLICY.

ADDITIONAL FEE FOR CLIENTS ARRIVING BEFORE AND AFTER REGULAR WORKING HOURS
Please be advised that if you are driving or flying to Puerto Vallarta, you must ensure that you plan your travels well and expect to arrive at the rented property no later than 8 PM. on any given day. Clients who arrive after 8 p.m., will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD I.V.A Included which must be paid in cash. This will be collected upon check in. In addition, there is no check in time before 8 a.m. on any given day, otherwise, the same additional fee of $25.00 USD cash applies. Most of the properties allow a check in time of 3 p.m.
CONDOMINIO COSTA DE ORO RULES AND REGULATIONS
Homeowners and Non-owner Occupants are required to acknowledge receipt of these Rules and Regulations and pertinent By-Laws and accept responsibility for their actions and conduct while on Costa de Oro property. Violations will be fined at $1,500 pesos per day or per incident.
1 Non-owner Occupants and maids of Homeowners must contact the Homeowner or their agent for any problem in the unit. The Operations Manager will assist only in case an emergency.
2 The Operations Manager supplies gate cards only to Homeowners.
3 No smoking is allowed in the building or around the pool.
4 No towels or laundry are to be hung over the balcony railings nor displayed in any manner that is visible from the exterior.
5 Use of the hallways, stairs or other common areas for play is prohibited. Noise must be kept to a minimum in these areas at all times.
6 Children under age 12 years of age are not allowed in common areas, including the elevator, without adult supervision.
7 Non-owner Occupants are not allowed to have pets overnight.
8 Cars and taxis may be allowed to enter the parking garage to drop off or pick up people with disabilities and / or baggage.
9 Security Guards do not assist Non-Owner Occupants with their baggage, groceries or other personal items.
10 Maintenance staff are not to be asked for assistance except in case of emergencies.
11 Any suspected illegal activity will be reported to the police.
1 Swimmers use the pool at their own risk as there is NO LIFEGUARD on duty.
2 No diving, running, jumping or roughhousing.
3 Pool hours are 10 AM to 10 PM.
4 Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult over 18 years of age at all times.
5 No pets are allowed on the pool deck or in the pool.
6 No glass is allowed on the pool deck or in the pool.
7 o rowdy behavior or excess noise is permitted.
8 No audio equipment with external speakers is allowed.
9 Do not enter the elevators or the building with wet feet.
10 Pool toys and floating devices are not to be stored or left in the pool area.
11 Pool furniture may not be “reserved” in advance by placing personal items on the lounges or chairs.
Inside security cameras
When cameras move inside, things get a little more complicated. Again, cameras are only allowed in areas where one does not have a reasonable expectation of privacy. Thus, store security cameras used to prevent shoplifting are generally okay. But, what happens when the camera is situated someplace where one expects privacy but that is also an ideal location for one to conceal store merchandise?
Similarly, other areas like rented rooms, hotel rooms, and locker rooms are generally off limits for security cameras. Again, the expectation in these places are for complete privacy, and one should feel comfortable undressing in these locations without having to worry about someone watching or broadcasting the footage.
Building or Complex specific regulations for COVID19
Due to unforeseen circumstances, when or if deemed necessary to maintain healthy and safety protocols for COVID19, the building administration may introduce new guidelines for renters or common areas within the complex. Although PVRPV and team will make every effort to advise our guests of changes, we may not always be made aware of last minute changes or government guideline changes for a specific building. We cannot be liable or held responsible for these changes.
Cleaning & Maintenance
New sanitization processes and protocols have been implemented in an effort to combat COVID19. Our supplies and cleaning products are industry standards and do not pose any environmental concerns for the occupants of the unit or space.
In an effort, to maintain safe social distances for you and our team members, we will ask you to vacate your rental unit while they perform their cleaning duties. Should a major maintenance issue arise that will require our maintenance team to be in your space for a lengthy period of time, you maybe asked to leave while they complete their task. Please keep in mind, we will always do our best to accommodate a specific time or date you wish to have your rental unit cleaned, but may not be able to guarantee it. Our customer service team is here to help you facilitate any special requests you may have for cleaning or maintenance scheduling.

Puerto Vallarta is receiving guests. Some countries may offer travel advisories regarding future travel but no travel ban has been implemented. Should government changes be introduced, a policy will be implemented for those guests impacted by changes.
Date Change - Rescheduling Fees Waived
Should you make a future booking or have a future booking and at the time you are schedule to travel you are unable to travel due to COVID19 we will work with guests and property owners to allow a date changes. Currently all reservation / booking date change fees are being waived for guests with travel impacted by COVID19. ALL date changes are subject to availability and per night rate increases. The number of nights of the original booking will be the number of nights granted for a date change, additional nights will be subject to the nightly rate.
COVID19 Testing & Traveling
Canadian Government & the United States CDC require proof of testing prior to boarding an aircraft destined for Canada or the USA. Rest assured, there are many clinics and possibilities for testing.
