PVRPV Puerto Vallarta Vacations presents V177 Studio - 308 added to our inventory of vacation location. This Studio is located in one of the newest buildings V177 Condominiums, 24 hour security and controlled access. right in old town of Puerto Vallarta in the Romantic Zone and one just one block from the famous beach Los Muertos.

V177 Studio is beautifully furnished and it offers all the amenities you would expect and it has a fully equipped kitchen, purified water system, king size bed, flat screen TV with cable service, wireless internet, balcony with ocean view to make your vacation more enjoyable. Maid services is included once a week.

Although there is a washer/dryer, could be tricky to use, but PVRPV's laundry service will take care of pick-up and delivery for you, all you have to do is to contact PVRPV concierge.

The laundry services with PVRPV is included in your reservation for free for 10kg per week.

V177 Building has an exceptional rooftop terrace beautifully decorated rock, gardens with plenty of plants, flowers and trees, has a spectacular view to the bay and mountains. It invites you to take a dip in the spacious heated infinity pool. includes a gym, a kitchen area with BBQ grill, a very spaced out lounging area, where you can enjoy the sun, or sit in the shaded areas with your family and friends while enjoying an evening cocktail and watch the world's famous Puerto Vallarta sunsets and of the Sierra Madre Mountains.

Only steps away from the nightlife, really great restaurants, fabulous attractions, weekly farmer's markets and more. This unit will bring you the comfort of home while you enjoy your vacation.


CHECK IN and CHECK OUTS

CHECK IN time for all properties is 3:00pm and CHECK OUT time for all properties is 11:00am. If you require early CHECK IN or late CHECK OUT please contact your PVRPV concierge.

Please note if you require a CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 8am or after 8pm you will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD (tax included) or equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment, which must be paid in cash, and collected by concierge.

Remember that Puerto Vallarta is located in Central Time Zone (same as Mexico City, GMT-6).

You will be issued 1 set of keys for each person noted on the Booking Confirmation.

Important notes:

  • Cleaning Services: Our Standard Cleaning Services included are based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In the case where your rental is less than the time period indicated or you require additional services the cost per cleaning will be $25.00 *USD (tax included). This will be collected by Concierge on the day of the check in.
  • Damage insurance: Every client that makes a booking, is now required to pay an additional $35.00 *USD (tax included) which is for a non-refundable damage insurance. The $35.00 non-refundable damage insurance covers damages up to $500.00 *USD. For additional information please refer to our BOOKING CONFIRMATION POLICY.
    *USD or equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the pesos on the date of your payment.

This property has its own policies, please read carefull

V177 Rules and Regulations

PROHIBITIONS
Using sound devices, TVs, or videos with excessive volume, especially after 10:00 PM and/or before 8:00AM.
Hanging clothing or materials of any kind from railings, windows, balconies, etc.

Any indecent or sexual act, visible to neighbors through open windows.

Laughing, crying or talking outrageously or using offensive language.

Using service equipment such as, washers, dryers, etc after 10:00PM and/or before 8:00AM.

Any form of nudity, exhibitionism and attitudes involving erotic acts as the offender will be reported to the authorities immediately.

Entering the water with clothes, shorts or shirts, everyone is obligated to wear a bathing suit.

Making use of the facilities after the permitted hours 8:00 am to 10pm Monday through Thursday and 8:00 am to 12 midnight Friday through Sunday.

Taking foods or drinks into the water.

Using of objects of glass in the water. Use plastic only.

Leaving floating objects or toys in the water.

Smoking is not permitted in the common areas.

REQUIREMENTS for using the pool or Jacuzzi:
a) Every owner must keep in mind that they are directly responsible
for the conduct of guests and that they respect that the V177
Condominium is a family residence and not a resort.
b) That for their own safety, avoid walking through the halls,
bathrooms or use other facilities and elevators, while being wet. All
users of the pool should be dry when they leave.
c) For proper hygiene, use the shower on the terrace, before entering the pool.
d) The maximum stay per person - owner and guests, is 6 people and will be restricted from 45 to 60 minutes, when there is a request by another owner to use the Jacuzzi. Otherwise, stay may be extended until someone else requests it.

e) Under no circumstances may another person enter the Jacuzzi when it is occupied in advance, unless the user in turn permits it.

Rooftop Common area
a) Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

b) The BBQ must be reserved with administration. All parties and gatherings in common areas must be approved by administration.
Gatherings of more than 7 people require approval from the administrative council.

Gym
a) Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
b) The gym may be used between the hours of 7 AM and 10 PM
every day of the week.

PARKING
No visitor will have access to parking lots.

Security Staff IS Allowed To:
Accompany property managers when new renters arrive in order to assist with luggage.
Exit the building, but not leave the building perimeter, to secure a taxi for departing renters.
Assist renters with their luggage upon departure.
Assist in unit “emergencies" that threaten the safety of others in the building or impacts other units in the building; for example no hot water, a broken pipe, a toilet overflow.

Security Staff IS NOT Allowed To:
Allow entry to the building by newly arrived renters, or any person, without the presence of the applicable property manager.
Distribute keys to anyone other than an apartment owner; in other words, NOT to a property manager and NOT to a renter.
Receive keys from anyone, at any time, especially at the departure of renters.
Assist in unit “non-emergencies" that DO NOT threaten the safety of others in the building or impact other units in the building; for example washer/dryer/dishwasher malfunctioning, cable TV not working, phone out of order.
Note: In an emergency situation where a renter must depart unexpectedly, he/she/they should leave the keys in the apartment and immediately notify the property manager. This is not a reason to leave the keys with security staff.

It is imperative that these behaviors be followed by each of our security staff, without exception. Any breach will definitely be observed by others in the building and reported.

ADDITIONAL FEE FOR CLIENTS ARRIVING BEFORE AND AFTER REGULAR WORKING HOURS
Please be advised that if you are driving or flying to Puerto Vallarta, you must ensure that you plan your travels well and expect to arrive at the rented property no later than 8 PM. on any given day. Clients who arrive after 8 p.m., will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD I.V.A Included which must be paid in cash. This will be collected upon check in. In addition, there is no check in time before 8 a.m. on any given day, otherwise, the same additional fee of $25.00 USD cash applies. Most of the properties allow a check in time of 3 p.m.


Inside security cameras

Some properties utilize cameras to improve security for owners, guests and staff. These cameras are generally located in areas where one would not normally have a reasonable expectation of privacy. This might include common hallways, pool and other entertainment spaces, and common laundry rooms to name some examples..

Security cameras inside vacation rentals are discouraged and considered off-limits for areas such as bedrooms, bathrooms and other areas that would be considered private.

Any cameras that are present are installed either by the building administration or unit owner and are not the property of PVRPV.

Building or Complex specific regulations for COVID19

Due to unforeseen circumstances, when or if deemed necessary to maintain healthy and safety protocols for COVID19, the building administration may introduce new guidelines for renters or common areas within the complex. Although PVRPV and team will make every effort to advise our guests of changes, we may not always be made aware of last minute changes or government guideline changes for a specific building. We cannot be liable or held responsible for these changes.

Cleaning & Maintenance

New sanitization processes and protocols have been implemented in an effort to combat COVID19. Our supplies and cleaning products are industry standards and do not pose any environmental concerns for the occupants of the unit or space.

In an effort, to maintain safe social distances for you and our team members, we will ask you to vacate your rental unit while they perform their cleaning duties. Should a major maintenance issue arise that will require our maintenance team to be in your space for a lengthy period of time, you maybe asked to leave while they complete their task. Please keep in mind, we will always do our best to accommodate a specific time or date you wish to have your rental unit cleaned, but may not be able to guarantee it. Our customer service team is here to help you facilitate any special requests you may have for cleaning or maintenance scheduling.

Cancellation Policy

At this time we do not have a specific COVID19 cancellation policy for future reservations. Our Booking Confirmation Policy would apply to all future bookings. For more details: Click here.

Puerto Vallarta is receiving guests. Some countries may offer travel advisories regarding future travel but no travel ban has been implemented. Should government changes be introduced, a policy will be implemented for those guests impacted by changes.

Date Change - Rescheduling Fees Waived

Should you make a future booking or have a future booking and at the time you are schedule to travel you are unable to travel due to COVID19 we will work with guests and property owners to allow a date changes. Currently all reservation / booking date change fees are being waived for guests with travel impacted by COVID19. ALL date changes are subject to availability and per night rate increases. The number of nights of the original booking will be the number of nights granted for a date change, additional nights will be subject to the nightly rate.

COVID19 Testing & Traveling

Canadian Government & the United States CDC require proof of testing prior to boarding an aircraft destined for Canada or the USA. Rest assured, there are many clinics and possibilities for testing.
