Casa Gilruja is situated in a friendly community named Las Moradas. with its warm sense of community, only 20 minutes away from the action of the vibrant city of Puerto Vallarta the shops, restaurants and galleries, but removed enough to enjoy the tropical oasis with the sights and sound of the jungle surrounding you, plus the 3 pools that are part of the common areas.

On the first floor, enjoy gathering in the generously-sized living/dining area with huge windows, high ceilings and sliding doors that opens up to a spacious front patio. Well equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and plentiful counter space is clad with premium finishes and fixtures including custom grey color cabinets.

The bedroom located on the first floor has its own private bathroom, king size bed, smart TV, ceiling fan and A/C.

Upstairs the Master bedroom, complete with walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. Smart TV, ceiling fan and A/C the room ensures private space where you can enjoy the views on the balcony.

Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta

Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.

Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

Property Policy


- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.

- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.

- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.

- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.

- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.

The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

Cleaning Fee: $50 USD

House Rules:
- No parties or events
- No smoking
- No Pets for short term rentals, long term may be discussed
- Please, DO NOT water the plants
- Strip used bedding prior to departure and place in hamper
- Toilet paper may be flushed, but other paper or sanitary products must go in waste bin
- No drugs on premises
- Please respect other tenants in regards to noise levels and activities, both in unit and in public spaces
- No additional guests
- All plastic dishware needs to be hand washed, as they will melt if placed in dishwasher
- Do not leave AC running when not in room or not necessary. Condensation from excess use will cause water damage to the property
- Any unused appliances need to be turned off when not in use

Pool Rules:
- Open from 10am - 11pm
- No glassware by the pool. Plastic options supplied in unit
- No lifeguard on duty, swim at own risk
- Please close umbrellas if you have opened them before leaving pool

Comments, Praise or Recommendations for the PVRPV Team:
There was no communication for check out. Had to leave the keys and property open hoping someone from PVRPV would eventually arrive after I sent a message. Also, agent should have checked that there were no supplies or bottled water, of FOB for the gate and parking spot. Due to construction there was no parking available outside the gate so that was a necessity. The front end communication was good.

No hubo comunicación para el check out. Tuve que dejar las llaves y la propiedad abierta con la esperanza de que alguien de PVRPV llegaría eventualmente después de que envié un mensaje. Además, el agente debería haber comprobado que no había suministros o agua embotellada, de FOB para la puerta y plaza de aparcamiento. Debido a la construcción no había aparcamiento disponible fuera de la puerta por lo que era una necesidad. La comunicación con el cliente fue buena.
