Welcome to Torre Malibu 004, brought to you by PVRPV Puerto Vallarta Vacations. This is a 1 bedroom with loft and 2 bathrooms, located on the pool level of the complex Torre Malibu. This building is just a few steps from Los Muertos Beach!

Torre Malibu is an adults-only condo resort in the Romantic Zone, with a perfect location, easy walk to everywhere. The building has ground-level access from the Mismaloya highway (where there is an elevator to reach the condo) or a lower door closer to the beach from Amapas Street (from this entrance, there are 25 steps to reach the pool level condo)

Torre Malibu is located above the blue-chairs and green-chairs areas of Los Muertos beach, the famous LGBTQ beach of Puerto Vallarta, and only a few minutes walk to fantastic restaurants, bars, art galleries, culture, and nightlife. A 10 to 15-minute walk takes you anywhere in the Centro area, with even more restaurants, nightlife, and the popular Malecon for strolls along the ocean day or night. The building also has one of the largest heated swimming pools in the area.

This condo offers a well-equipped kitchen with bar that comes with 3 stools. The unit includes a fridge, 4 burners cooktop with oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishes and pans to make dinner for you and your guests.

Next to the kitchen is the living room with a comfortable seating area and a terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast overlooking the pool.

The Bedroom Includes: King Size mattress closet with extra linens, towels and electronic safe; en-suite bathroom with shower. Flat scream tv, air conditioner and ceiling fan; an additional entrance to the unit.

Torre Malibu 004 is a one-bedroom plus loft self-contained with two king size beds.

This unit does not have a washer and dryer, ask to your concierge for the PVRPV pick up laundry service.

Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta

Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.

Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

Property Policy


- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.

- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.

- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.

- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.

- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.

The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

PET POLICY
Pets are not allowed on this unit.

THIS IS A SMOKE FREE PROPERTY
No smoking inside the property, the unit, on the terraces / balconies, at the pool or in the common areas
Smoking is permitted outside the main door / gate

OCCUPANCY POLICY
This is an adults only Building; NO Children under the age of 18

Please respect the following building rules:

1) Please enjoy the condo without disrupting the tranquility of others and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 pm.
2)For condo rentals, the following rules apply:
a)Only adults are allowed (18+).
b)No pets allowed.
c)Maximum two (2) renters per unit.
3)It is forbidden to give the entrances codes of the building to others for everyone's security.
4)Due to the structure of the building and pool area, the noise carries to all units easily; as of respect to others, please control the noise around the pool, hallways and entrance area.
5)No parties are allowed in common areas.
6)If you wish to listen to music at the pool, you must use earphones.
7)No clothes or towels are allowed hanging on the balconies.
8)No Barbecue grills are allowed on balconies (charcoal, gas, electric or any other kind.)
9) Any breach of the regulations is punishable by a fine.
10) Swimming Pool Rules
a)The pool is reserved for the exclusive use of the guests of Torre Malibu.
b)Pets are not allowed
c)The swimming pool is open between 9:00AM and 10:00PM.
d)The bathing suit is mandatory (no nudity).
e)It is forbidden to eat, drink, or smoke in the pool.
f)Plastic bottles or glasses must be used in the pool and terrace area (no glass bottles or glasses).
g)Please shower before entering the pool.
h)Out of respect for all the guests of the hotel, please keep the noise to a minimum.
i)Parties and music are not allowed.
j)The consumption of narcotics or drugs is forbidden.
k)No lifeguard service is provided; use of the pool is at your own risk

Comments About the Vacation Rental Unit:
Our unit was very spacious and well stocked. However the unit was quite dark and had no distance view as it was on the pool level. The pool was great. The owner next door was very helpful.
We were concerned to find we could not unlock the back exit from our bedroom. This would be a fire hazard.

Nuestra unidad era muy espaciosa y bien equipada. Sin embargo, la unidad estaba bastante oscura y no tenía vista a distancia, ya que estaba en el nivel de la piscina. La piscina era genial. El dueño de al lado fue muy servicial.
Estábamos preocupados al descubrir que no podíamos desbloquear la salida trasera de nuestra habitación. Esto sería un peligro de incendio.
