About Terrazas Amapas Unit 2

PVRPV Puerto Vallarta Vacation Proudly presents, the NEWLY RENOVATED, Terrazas Amapas Unit 2. Enjoy the generous space spanning the entire 3rd floor with stunning views and with the privacy that comes from a hillside condo located in Amapas. The elevator opens directly into the unit, where you will immediately relax as the flowing space directs you to gorgeous views of Banderas Bay from the floor-to-ceiling glass panel walls/doors in every room. This condo is furnished with custom made furnishings where mid-century modern decor takes on a traditional Mexican aesthetic.

Step out onto the oversized 970 sq foot (90 sq meters) terrace and feel the ocean breeze as you gaze at the full expanse of the Bay, with mountains to the left and the old town, hotel zone, and Nuevo Vallarta to the right. Curl up on the couch with a good book, take a dip in the private plunge pool, enjoy sunset cocktails in the Acapulco chairs, and dine outdoors with the city lights twinkling below and evening fireworks exploding above. The ample umbrella and a remote controlled awning will provide shade when you want it.

The prime location allows walking or taxi access to down town and visit the boutiques, galleries, restaurants, night clubs and beaches.

The spacious open floor plan condo provides many spaces for relaxing and entertaining. Cook in the well-appointed kitchen with a 4-burner cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, cutlery, glassware and everything you need to make a meal complete, while friends sip cocktails at the countertop bar. Enjoy breakfast at the indoor dining table and move to the outdoor dining table for lunch or dinner al fresco.

Stretch out on the sofa in the living room and watch a movie. With large smart TV equipped with apple tv, you can sign into apps to watch your favorite shows or stream them from your device. Sink into one of the slung back chairs of the reading nook to catch up on that novel--or just take in the views.

Primary Bedroom offers a king-size bed with beautiful linens. A large en-suite bathroom with soaking tub with showerhead and vanity with double sinks. There is plenty of space for your clothes and other belongings in the dresser and walk-in closet, then you will find an electronic safe to save your values, iron, extra linens, towels and pillows. There is a sliding door that brings you out to the terrace if you want to step out to hear the birdsong before your morning coffee.

The guest bedroom offers a queen size bed with colorful linens and pillows. This bedroom is bigger than the primary bedroom and has an en-suite bathroom with a sunlit shower. There is a sofa/daybed that can be used by another guest or 2. Dresser and armoire for clothing and belongings with extra towels and linens. Also has fantastic views with floor-to-ceiling double doors out to the terrace.

This oasis is a great place for remote work, with a desk in each bedroom and strong Wifi delivered via a fiber network throughout, along with Google speakers equipped with bluetooth pairing.

There is air conditioning and ceiling fans with separate controls for each room. There is reverse osmosis water filtration system in the kitchen. Private laundry room with washer/dryer, iron board and cleaning supplies.

CHECK IN and CHECK OUTS

CHECK IN time for all properties is 3:00pm and CHECK OUT time for all properties is 11:00am. If you require early CHECK IN or late CHECK OUT please contact your PVRPV concierge.

Please note if you require a CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 8am or after 8pm you will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD (tax included) or equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment, which must be paid in cash, and collected by concierge.

Remember that Puerto Vallarta is located in Central Time Zone (same as Mexico City, GMT-6).

You will be issued 1 set of keys for each person noted on the Booking Confirmation.

Important notes:

  • Cleaning Services: Our Standard Cleaning Services included are based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In the case where your rental is less than the time period indicated or you require additional services the cost per cleaning will be $25.00 *USD (tax included). This will be collected by Concierge on the day of the check in.
  • Damage insurance: Every client that makes a booking, is now required to pay an additional $35.00 *USD (tax included) which is for a non-refundable damage insurance. The $35.00 non-refundable damage insurance covers damages up to $500.00 *USD. For additional information please refer to our BOOKING CONFIRMATION POLICY.
    *USD or equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the pesos on the date of your payment.

Comments About the Vacation Rental Unit:
The condo rental was very nice, however I could not reach the safe because it was too high on the shelves. I suggest adding a step stool so everyone can use this amenity.

Comments About the Vacation Rental Unit:
The door in the master bedroom closet will not stay shut!

There is noticeable cracking and the settlement between the bedroom and the closet area.

There is obviously a leak with the air conditioning in the wall has not been repaired in the master bedroom and the floor trim tiles Are missing In the master bedroom!

The leaves were a major problem on the terrace I need to be clean daily with only a broom would recommend purchasing a small electric charge blower that could be used to blow it off daily!

The Weber barbecue was a godsend and we enjoyed it greatly!

¡La puerta del armario del dormitorio principal no permanecerá cerrada!

Hay grietas notables y el asentamiento entre el dormitorio y el área del armario.

¡Obviamente hay una fuga con el aire acondicionado en la pared que no ha sido reparada en el dormitorio principal y faltan las baldosas del piso en el dormitorio principal!

Las hojas eran un problema importante en la terraza. Necesito limpiarla todos los días con solo una escoba. ¡Recomendaría comprar un pequeño soplador de carga eléctrica que podría usarse para limpiarlas todos los días!

¡La barbacoa Weber fue un regalo del cielo y la disfrutamos mucho!

Beautiful condo. Walk to beach much farther than described. It’s across a busy highway which is hard to cross with traffic when walking. Hot water did not work well. Otherwise a very nice condo.

Hermoso condominio. Camine a la playa mucho más lejos de lo descrito. Está al otro lado de una carretera muy transitada que es difícil de cruzar con el tráfico al caminar. El agua caliente no funcionaba bien. De lo contrario, un condominio muy agradable.

Property Policy

This property has its own policies, please read carefull

-No children allowed under 8.
-Building and neighborhood quiet. No large parties (Building quiet hours are 10 PM - 8 AM)
-No smoking inside the property.
-No loud amplified music, and none at all during quiet hours.
-No overnight unregistered guests.


Inside security cameras

Some properties utilize cameras to improve security for owners, guests and staff. These cameras are generally located in areas where one would not normally have a reasonable expectation of privacy. This might include common hallways, pool and other entertainment spaces, and common laundry rooms to name some examples..

Security cameras inside vacation rentals are discouraged and considered off-limits for areas such as bedrooms, bathrooms and other areas that would be considered private.

Any cameras that are present are installed either by the building administration or unit owner and are not the property of PVRPV.

Building or Complex specific regulations for COVID19

Due to unforeseen circumstances, when or if deemed necessary to maintain healthy and safety protocols for COVID19, the building administration may introduce new guidelines for renters or common areas within the complex. Although PVRPV and team will make every effort to advise our guests of changes, we may not always be made aware of last minute changes or government guideline changes for a specific building. We cannot be liable or held responsible for these changes.

Cleaning & Maintenance

New sanitization processes and protocols have been implemented in an effort to combat COVID19. Our supplies and cleaning products are industry standards and do not pose any environmental concerns for the occupants of the unit or space.

In an effort, to maintain safe social distances for you and our team members, we will ask you to vacate your rental unit while they perform their cleaning duties. Should a major maintenance issue arise that will require our maintenance team to be in your space for a lengthy period of time, you maybe asked to leave while they complete their task. Please keep in mind, we will always do our best to accommodate a specific time or date you wish to have your rental unit cleaned, but may not be able to guarantee it. Our customer service team is here to help you facilitate any special requests you may have for cleaning or maintenance scheduling.

Cancellation Policy

At this time we do not have a specific COVID19 cancellation policy for future reservations. Our Booking Confirmation Policy would apply to all future bookings. For more details: Click here.

Puerto Vallarta is receiving guests. Some countries may offer travel advisories regarding future travel but no travel ban has been implemented. Should government changes be introduced, a policy will be implemented for those guests impacted by changes.

Date Change - Rescheduling Fees Waived

Should you make a future booking or have a future booking and at the time you are schedule to travel you are unable to travel due to COVID19 we will work with guests and property owners to allow a date changes. Currently all reservation / booking date change fees are being waived for guests with travel impacted by COVID19. ALL date changes are subject to availability and per night rate increases. The number of nights of the original booking will be the number of nights granted for a date change, additional nights will be subject to the nightly rate.

COVID19 Testing & Traveling

Canadian Government & the United States CDC require proof of testing prior to boarding an aircraft destined for Canada or the USA. Rest assured, there are many clinics and possibilities for testing.
