Welcome to Paramount Chickie, brought to you by PVRPV Puerto Vallarta Vacations. Located in the prestigious and luxurious Paramount Bay building, just a few minutes of Los Muertos Beach and from Olas Altas, also known as the Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta.
Paramount Bay is right in front of the historical Amapas beach, and just 10 minutes away from the Old Town, with offers many delicious dining options, fabulous galleries, boutiques and memorable nightclubs.
Paramount Chickie is a condo of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms which sleeps up to 6 guests and is located on the 8th floor of a gated complex with 24 hr. security, a large infinity pool with a fantastic views of the charming Puerto Vallarta city and Banderas Bay including beautiful lush gardens that blend into nature.
The gym is also available for guests! Paramount Bay gym facilities to guests is opened from 7am to 9pm.
The kitchen recently renewed features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, gas stove and oven, microwave, and refrigerator with water filtration system and ice maker. Other amenities include coffee maker, blender, toaster, as well as ceilings fans, alarm clocks, hair blowers, pool towels and individual air conditioning units with room controls, washer and dryer, and parking.
The large sitting area offers a flat screen Smart TV with Netflix access and wireless high speed internet.
The spacious dining room and living room are highlighted by floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that extend the space outdoors and opens completely to the large full length balcony overlooking the Bay of Banderas, the Romantic Zone and Los Muertos beach. The views from this 8th floor are incredible, and the balcony includes beautiful outdoor furniture with comfortable and colorful cushions, the perfect place for a cup of coffee in the morning, or a margarita while relaxing with friends in the evening, watching the fantastic sunsets, evening fireworks and the spectacular city lights of Puerto Vallarta.
This upscale Puerto Vallarta rental condo offers spacious areas finely designed and decorated, including modern custom designed furniture, and marble floors in all rooms that highlight the zen-like modern feel of the space.
The first master suite has a King size bed, private bathroom with shower and tub, walk in closet, ceiling fan, air conditioning, safe, a flat screen TV with Netflix access, and patio doors that lead out onto the balcony.

Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta
Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.
Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

PVRPV has a firm CANCELLATION POLICY for all guests. We make every effort to work with our clients when a cancellation occurs as we understand situations happen. Property Policy
- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.
- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.
- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.
- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.
- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.
The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.
This property has its own policies, please read carefull.
NO SMOKING
This is a COMPLETELY Non-Smoking unit. As a courtesy to all future renters, there is no smoking in the condo, no smoking on the terrace, and no cigarette/cigar butts in the garbage. Non-compliance will be firmed assessed a $200USD penalty to cover professional cleaning costs.
OCCUPANCY POLICY
Maximum occupancy of 6 people in the unit.
Minors above the age of 12+ are permitted.
NO Minors under the age of 12 are permitted.
VISITOR POLICY
Only guests registered and confirmed in your booking are allowed to occupy the unit.
The number of persons stipulated on the guest’s Booking and the confirmation email is the maximum number of people allowed to stay at the vacation property. If more guests arrive to stay / occupy than stated on the Booking Confirmation, they may be denied occupancy. In the event they are permitted to check-in an extra charge may apply.
Guest visitors must be registered with the Administration.
No overnight visitors are allowed.
Visitors cannot use the common areas.
PETS POLICY
No pets under any circumstances. If a renter ignores this rule, they will be assessed an automatic flat rate of $125.00 which will cover any additional deep cleaning, vacuuming and/or professional steam cleaning of sofas, chairs, cushions, lounge covers or any other fabric covered item that may have encountered any pet dander.
Any additional damages due to the existence of a pet in the property will be charged at the rate paid by the owner plus 15%. The knowledge of a pet in the property will be grounds for immediate eviction without refund to the renter.
NOISE RESTRICTIONS
NO HIGH VOLUME or NOISE AFTER 10:00 PM: Including Speakers, Music, Televisions, etc. inside of the unit.
POOL POLICIES
The pool is to be used by owners/residents and their overnight guests, if you have a guest for the day the owner/resident must be present at the pool with the day guest.
Pool hours are 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. Daily.
No glass or breakable objects allowed in or near the pool
Food is prohibited inside the pool.
No furniture is permitted to be placed in the Pool at any time (lounge chairs, etc.)
Furniture and chaise lounge chairs are first-come, first-serve ; Please do not save chairs by placing towels or other personal items on chairs.
Please return Pool furniture and chaise lounge chairs to where you found them.
Swimming attire must be worn at all times when using the pool. Street clothing is not allowed.
For safety reasons, inflatable mattresses, boats, tires, etc. are not allowed
Please shower before entering the pool.
No diving, running or horseplay in or around the Pool area is allowed.
Only headphones are permitted at the pool to listen to music.
Please dispose of all trash in the appropriate receptacle.
Any damaged items will be repaired or replaced at Guest's expense.
An Adult must accompany children under 12 at all times.
Children in diapers are not allowed in the pool at any time.
No one is ever permitted to sit on or jump from the Pool bar counter at any time.
GYM POLICY:
The gym is to be used only by owners, renters and guests of owners (residents) that are staying in the owners unit. If you have guests staying with you they can use the gym, if you have a guest visiting for the day, the guest cannot use the gym.
Gym hours from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Use of the gym is at your own risk.
No one under age 16 allowed unless accompanied by an adult.
Always keep the doors closed to prevent condensation from the AC.
Bring a towel to use during workout.
Use a towel on seat back when working out.
Wipe down the equipment with spray disinfectant after use.
Return the weights to racks after use.
Do not slam or drop weights.
Keep free weights away from windows.
30 min limit on machines when people are waiting.
Return the TV remote control to security and turn off TV and AC after finish.
Report equipment problem to Security or Administration.
GUEST KEYS
You will be issued 1 set of keys for each person noted on the Booking Confirmation. Keys must be returned in the same condition as received at the time of CHECK OUT.
PLEASE NOTE: Should you lose a set of keys the cost is $50USD ($1,000 pesos) for each lost-unreturned or damaged key or set of keys. Please have this fee prepared to be collected by the concierge at the time of check-out. This Fee is NOT covered by the guest damage insurance.
PARAMOUNT RULES AND REGULATIONS

Dear Owners, Property Managers and Rental Agents:
Please review this message with updated Rules and Regulations pertaining to all rentals.
All rentals of an apartment must be under an agreement that includes the following
clause ANY BREACH OF THE CONDOMINIUM'S REGULATIONS, ITS ARTICLES OF
ORGANIZATION OR THE LAW SHALL BE CAUSE OF IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION AND THE
ADMINISTRATOR SHALL BE ABLE TO ASK THAT THE UNIT BE VACATED BY THE OFFENDERS.
A signed acknowledgement that the renter has received a copy of the rules and regulations is
also a requirement.
None withstanding the above, the joint owner(s) shall continue to be personally responsible of
all the obligations established in the regulations, the articles of organization and the
applicable law.
GARBAGE
Garbage collection is Monday to Sunday at 11:00pm.
Garbage must be left outside of your unit next to the stairways.
Please do not put liquids in your trash bags-the liquid spills from the bags and causes stains and attracts unwanted critters.
Please take the garbage out at night after 8:00 PM till 11:00 PM so it can be collected.
There is no garbage collection during the day; if you need to dispose of garbage during the day please take it to the containers on E2.
FINES FOR RULES VIOLATIONS
First violation: verbal admonishment by Security/Administration
Second violation: a fine of $5,000 MXN
Third violation: a fine of $10,000 MXN
Each additional violation: a fine of $10,000 MXN
Note: failure or refusal to adhere to a verbal admonishment shall constitute a second violation.

Comments About the Vacation Rental Unit:
Fantastic stay—will definitely try to book again when we return to PV. Javier was a great host and check-in was so smooth. They also came by to clean the apartment twice which was great. The apartment itself is lovely with amazing views of PV and the entire coast, and everything is walkable. If you don’t like hills or steep climbs up flights of steps or walking along that highway for 10 minutes into town, it’s still cheap and quick to call an uber or taxi.
Una estancia fantástica, sin duda volveremos a reservar cuando regresemos a PV. Javier fue un anfitrión estupendo y el registro fue muy sencillo. También vinieron a limpiar el apartamento dos veces, lo cual fue genial. El apartamento en sí es precioso, con unas vistas increíbles de PV y de toda la costa, y se puede ir andando a todas partes. Si no te gustan las cuestas o subir escaleras empinadas o caminar 10 minutos por la autopista hasta la ciudad, sigue siendo barato y rápido llamar a un Uber o un taxi.
