CHECK IN and CHECK OUTS

CHECK IN time for all properties is 3:00pm and CHECK OUT time for all properties is 11:00am. If you require early CHECK IN or late CHECK OUT please contact your PVRPV concierge.

Please note if you require a CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 8am or after 8pm you will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD (tax included) or equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment, which must be paid in cash, and collected by concierge.

Remember that Puerto Vallarta is located in Central Time Zone (same as Mexico City, GMT-6).

You will be issued 1 set of keys for each person noted on the Booking Confirmation.

Important notes:

  • Cleaning Services: Our Standard Cleaning Services included are based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In the case where your rental is less than the time period indicated or you require additional services the cost per cleaning will be $25.00 *USD (tax included). This will be collected by Concierge on the day of the check in.
  • Damage insurance: Every client that makes a booking, is now required to pay an additional $35.00 *USD (tax included) which is for a non-refundable damage insurance. The $35.00 non-refundable damage insurance covers damages up to $500.00 *USD. For additional information please refer to our BOOKING CONFIRMATION POLICY.

Property Policy

This property has its own policies, please read carefull

Pool Rules:
• The pool is to be used by owners/residents and their overnight guests, if you have a guest for the day the owner/resident must be present at the pool with the day guest.
• Pool hours are 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. – Daily.
• No glass or breakable objects allowed in or near the pool.
• Foodandbeveragesisprohibitedinsidethepool,beveragesarejustallowedinthe
wet bar.
• No furniture is permitted to be placed in the Pool at any time (lounge chairs, etc.)
• Furniture and chaise lounge chairs are “first-come, first-serve”. – Please do not
“save” chairs by placing towels or other personal items on chairs.
• Please return Pool furniture and chaise lounge chairs to where you found them.
• Swimming attire must be worn at all times when using the pool. Street clothing is not
allowed.
• For safety reasons, inflatable mattresses, boats, tires, etc. are not allowed
• Please shower before entering the pool.
• No diving, running or horseplay in or around the Pool area is allowed.
• Only headphones are permitted at the pool to listen to music.
• Please dispose of all trash in the appropriate receptacle.
• Any damaged items will be repaired or replaced at Guest’s expense.
• An Adult must accompany children under 12 at all times.
• Children in diapers are not allowed in the pool at any time.
• No one is ever permitted to sit on or jump from the Pool bar counter at any time.
• The presence of pets is strictly forbidden at the condominium’s common areas. Their
passing through such areas shall be allowed when going to the owner’s apartment or when leaving. They must always be held on a leash. In case a pet would defecate or pee on areas appointed as common, its owner is bound to remove them and clean the affected area. We have a designated area for pets in Tower “C” level 3.
• The pool area has a non-smoking area designated.

Garbage
• Garbage collection is Monday to Sunday at 11:00pm.
• Garbage must be leaved outside of your unit next to the stairways.
• Please do not put liquids in your trash bags-the liquid spills from the bags and
causes stains and attracts unwanted critters.
• Please take the garbage out at night after 8:00 PM till 11:00 PM so it can be
collected. There is no garbage collection during the day; if you need to dispose of garbage during the day please take it to the containers on E2.

Gym Rules
• The gym is to be used only by owners, renters and guests of owners (residents) that are staying in the owners unit. If you have guests staying with you they can use the gym, if you have a guest visiting for the day, the guest cannot use the gym.
• Gym hours from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
• Use of the gym is at your own risk.
• No one under age 16 allowed unless accompanied by an adult.
• Always keep the doors closed to prevent condensation from the AC.
• Bring a towel to use during workout.
• Use a towel on seat back when working out.
• Wipe down the equipment with spray disinfectant after use.
• Return the weights to racks after use.
• Do not slam or drop weights.
• Keep free weights away from windows.
• 30 min limit on machines when people are waiting.
• Return the TV remote control to security and turn off TV and AC after finish.
• Report equipment problem to Security or Administration.

PARAMOUNT BAY RULES & REGULATIONS
• Music and other noise must be kept at a moderate level so as not to disturb other Owners/Guests. Guests and Owners shall refrain from excessive noise at ALL times.
• Your property manager will also be contacted if you receive an excessive noise warning.
• If you receive an excessive noise warning from the security staff please oblige and lower your volume so as not to disturb other residents. Upon receiving a first noise warning you will be informed that a second noise warning will result in you being asked to leave the premises.
• Guests shall under no circumstance, hang anything on the balconies or terraces or railings. This includes towels, clothes, lights and banners/flags; or lean cushions against railings.
• Under no circumstances shall Guests jump from or throw any objects from the rooftops, terraces or balconies.
• Guests are entitled to make use of the Common Areas and Common Properties. Such use shall not limit, interfere or negate the same use and enjoyment of other Owners and Occupants.
• Any damage to Common Areas and Common Properties will be repaired or replaced by Administration at Owner’s or Guest’s expense.
• Guests are obligated to take precaution to avoid theft of their private property. The employees working for the Condo Association or the Administrator are only responsible for the Common Areas and Common Properties and they will not be obligated to watch over the private property of any Owner or Guest.
• Guests are entitled to make use of their host’s Private Unit in an orderly and reasonably quiet fashion according to the principles of common decency and consideration for others and in a manner compliant with the provisions of the Paramount Bay Bylaws without endangering or affecting in any fashion the safety and health conditions of the Private Units of any Owners/Guests and the Common Areas.
• Guests are accountable to the Owner at all times and subject to the same obligations as the Owner.
• Guests inside and outside their Private Units shall behave in such a way as not to hinder the efficient operation of the Common Areas.
• A maximum of 6 (six) persons, including children, shall be allowed overnight accommodations in a Private Unit of 2 (two) bedrooms. A maximum of 8 (eight) persons, including children, shall be allowed in a Private Unit of 3 (three) bedrooms.
• The halls, corridors and stairways of the buildings where the Private Units are located shall not be used for any other purpose other than the provision of access to the Private Units.
• Guests shall maintain their Private Units in an orderly and sanitary condition, according to the decorum of the building.
• Guests are responsible for the actions of anyone they invite to their Private Units.

ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.


Inside security cameras

Some properties utilize cameras to improve security for owners, guests and staff. These cameras are generally located in areas where one would not normally have a reasonable expectation of privacy. This might include common hallways, pool and other entertainment spaces, and common laundry rooms to name some examples..

Security cameras inside vacation rentals are discouraged and considered off-limits for areas such as bedrooms, bathrooms and other areas that would be considered private.

Any cameras that are present are installed either by the building administration or unit owner and are not the property of PVRPV.

Building or Complex specific regulations for COVID19

Due to unforeseen circumstances, when or if deemed necessary to maintain healthy and safety protocols for COVID19, the building administration may introduce new guidelines for renters or common areas within the complex. Although PVRPV and team will make every effort to advise our guests of changes, we may not always be made aware of last minute changes or government guideline changes for a specific building. We cannot be liable or held responsible for these changes.

Cleaning & Maintenance

New sanitization processes and protocols have been implemented in an effort to combat COVID19. Our supplies and cleaning products are industry standards and do not pose any environmental concerns for the occupants of the unit or space.

In an effort, to maintain safe social distances for you and our team members, we will ask you to vacate your rental unit while they perform their cleaning duties. Should a major maintenance issue arise that will require our maintenance team to be in your space for a lengthy period of time, you maybe asked to leave while they complete their task. Please keep in mind, we will always do our best to accommodate a specific time or date you wish to have your rental unit cleaned, but may not be able to guarantee it. Our customer service team is here to help you facilitate any special requests you may have for cleaning or maintenance scheduling.

Cancellation Policy

At this time we do not have a specific COVID19 cancellation policy for future reservations. Our Booking Confirmation Policy would apply to all future bookings. For more details: Click here.

Puerto Vallarta is receiving guests. Some countries may offer travel advisories regarding future travel but no travel ban has been implemented. Should government changes be introduced, a policy will be implemented for those guests impacted by changes.

Date Change - Rescheduling Fees Waived

Should you make a future booking or have a future booking and at the time you are schedule to travel you are unable to travel due to COVID19 we will work with guests and property owners to allow a date changes. Currently all reservation / booking date change fees are being waived for guests with travel impacted by COVID19. ALL date changes are subject to availability and per night rate increases. The number of nights of the original booking will be the number of nights granted for a date change, additional nights will be subject to the nightly rate.

COVID19 Testing & Traveling

Canadian Government & the United States CDC require proof of testing prior to boarding an aircraft destined for Canada or the USA. Rest assured, there are many clinics and possibilities for testing.
