Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta

Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.

Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

Property Policy


- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.

- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.

- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.

- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.

- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.

The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

NO SMOKING
No smoking inside the property, the unit, on the terraces / balconies.

OCCUPANCY POLICY
Maximum occupancy of 2 Adults in the unit even that per building regulations allows 4. No exceptions.
Minors above the age of 12+ are permitted.
NO Minors under the age of 12 are permitted.

VISITOR POLICY
Only guests registered and confirmed in your booking are allowed to occupy the unit.
Guest visitors must be registered with the Administration.
Renters may host a maximum of two guests, while in attendance, in the common areas.
No overnight visitors are allowed.
The number of persons stipulated on the guest’s Booking and the confirmation email is the maximum number of people allowed to stay at the vacation property. If more guests arrive to stay / occupy than stated on the Booking Confirmation, they may be denied occupancy. In the event they are permitted to check-in an extra charge may apply.
Visitors cannot use the common areas if the owner of the unit is not present.

PET POLICY
Service dogs of 20 lbs or less w/ papers permitted, with previous authorization from the owner.

NOISE RESTRICTIONS
NO HIGH VOLUME or NOISE AFTER 10:00 PM and until 8:00 AM: Including Speakers, Music, Televisions, etc. inside of the unit.

POOL POLICY
The use of the POOL is at your own RISK.
NO glassware in the pool or around the pool. PLASTIC glasses and stemware only.
NO Pool Parties.
NO Running around the pool area.
NO Urinating in the pool. Please use the washrooms in the room next to the pool.
PLEASE SHOWER or RINSE prior to using the pool.

COMMON AREA POLICY
Please refer to the section "Rules and Regulations for Non-Owners"

KEY POLICY
This unit has a keyless entry. Upon arrival, you will be provided with a code to access the unit during your stay. Your concierge will explain how to operate the smart lock.

Rules Pool, Hot Tub and BBQ area.

Schedule
Monday to Thrusday 8 AM –10 PM
Friday to Sunday 8 AM – 12 PM

• Please use the shower before entering the pool or Hot tub.
• The use of bathing suit is required in the pool or Hot tub.
• Limiting usage of the Hot tub is 60 minutes, if others are waiting to use it.
• Please, dry off before going to the hallways or using the elevators.
• Music and audio equipment, may only be used at a reasonable volume so as not to disturb. others in the Pool Area or nearby condo Units. .
• Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
• Please deposit trash in the waste basket.
• For using the BBQ area for a party of 6 or more people, must require a reservation from the administration.
• The maximum number of guests per condominium on the pool, deck level is 6 persons. Parties of 6 or more people require approval from the administration.
What is prohibited:
1. Entering the swimming pool or Hot tub with food or beverage.
2. Please use plastic containers at the pool deck level not glass.
3. Pets are not allowed on the pool deck level.
4. Please be courteous to your neighbors and guest in the pool deck level. Loud and offensive language is prohibited.
5. Obscene, profane, or abusive language or actions will not be tolerated.
6. Nudity or exhibitionism.
7. The use of the swimming pool or hot tub while intoxicated is prohibited.
8. Please refrain from Smoking on the pool deck level and chewing gum in the swimming pool or Hot tub.
9. Reserve Lounge chairs, chairs and tables by placing objects on them for more than 20 minutes or more is prohibited if the user is not in the area.

GYM rules

Schedule
Monday to Sunday 7:00 am to 10:00 pm

• Anyone under the age of 18 is prohibited from using the gym unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• V Estrella and its employees are not responsible for any items lost or stolen in the gym.
• V Estrella and its employees are not liable for any injuries incurred while using the gym.
• Appropriate workout attire must be worn. In addition to shorts, shoes and shirts must be worn at all times. If you are not in appropriate clothes, you will be asked to leave the gym.
• You should bring a towel for personal use during your workout.
• Please report any damages that you see to the administrator.
• Equipment must be wiped down after use, using the supplies provided. Report the lack of available supplies to the administrator.
• Free weights and workout benches must be used only in the protected floor area.
• All equipment must be returned to the appropriate place when your workout is completed.
• Eating in the gym is not allowed. Consume all food outside of the gym.
• Spitting is not allowed.
• Offensive vocabulary is not allowed.
• Avoid leaving water on the floor. Use the supplies provided to dry any spills.
• Headphones should be used to listen to your personal choice of music.
• If used, the television should be at a reasonable volume so as not to disturb others in the gym.
• In general, conduct yourself respectfully so that the gym and its facilities can be enjoyed by all individual.
