Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta

Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.

Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

PVRPV has a firm CANCELLATION POLICY for all guests. We make every effort to work with our clients when a cancellation occurs as we understand situations happen. Property Policy


- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.

- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.

- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.

- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.

- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.

The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

THIS IS A SMOKE FREE PROPERTY
No smoking inside the property, the unit, the unit’s terrace, on the terraces / balconies of the building, at the pool or in the common areas
Smoking is permitted only outside the main door / gate of the building

OCCUPANCY POLICY
4 guests maximum.
Parking space: there is a fee of $25 USD per night.

VISITOR POLICY
Only guests registered and confirmed in your booking are allowed to occupy the unit.
No overnight visitors are allowed.

The number of persons stipulated on the guest’s Booking and the confirmation email is the maximum number of people allowed to stay at the vacation property. If more guests arrive to stay / occupy than stated on the Booking Confirmation, they may be denied occupancy. In the event they are permitted to check-in an extra charge may apply.

PET POLICY
Pets under 12kg are welcomed in the unit, please consider a $500 USD deposit (CASH) is required upon arrival and returned upon check-out after an inspection and no damage in the unit.
Pets are not allowed in common areas.

NOISE RESTRICTIONS
NO HIGH VOLUME or NOISE AFTER 10:00 PM: Including Radios, Stereos, Music, Televisions inside of the units. No noise in common areas at 10PM.

POOL & ROOFTOP HOURS 09:00AM TO 10:00PM

Do not reserve chairs/ lounge chairs.
No pets allowed in common areas.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the terrace except in the designated area.
No glass, food or drinks area allowed in or around the pool area.
Do not leave trash or litter in unassigned areas.
To Keep the pool in good condition, the use of a shower is suggested before entering.
No jumping, diving or running around the pool area.
Do not enter the elevator with dripping swimsuit. Please dry off before entering.
Sofa cushions and pillows may not be removed or used for any other purpose.
Pool floats, loungers or inflatable toys are not allowed in the pool.
Personal music devices are not allowed without the use of headphones that may be a bother to others.
It is mandatory to use a swimsuit.
Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Please ensure that all rules are understood and followed at all times. Violations can lead to fines and possible removal from the property.

COMMON AREA RULES
Pick up your trash. If the area is not cleaned, there will be a fee of $500 pesos to have the maid clean.
Please be respectful of all guests. If you wish to use your phone, laptop and/or personal device for phone calls etc.
USE YOUR HEADPHONES.
Please leave the washrooms and/or pool showers clean and tidy. Do not leave towels in the common area.

GUEST KEYS
You will be issued 1 set of keys for every guest noted on the Booking Confirmation. Keys (inclusive of elevator magnetic keys) must be returned in the same condition as received at the time of CHECK OUT.

PLEASE NOTE: Should you lose a set of keys or magnetic key the cost is $50USD (1000pesos) for each lost -unreturned or damaged key or set of keys. Please have this fee prepared to be collected by the concierge at the time of check-out. This Fee is NOT covered by the guest damage insurance.
