Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta

Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.

Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

Property Policy


- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.

- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.

- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.

- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.

- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.

The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

THIS IS A SMOKE FREE PROPERTY
No smoking inside the property, the unit, the unit’s terrace, on the terraces / balconies of the building, at the pool or in the common areas.

OCCUPANCY POLICY
Maximum occupancy of 2 people in the unit.

VISITOR POLICY
The number of persons stipulated on the guest’s Booking and the confirmation email is the maximum number of people allowed to stay at the vacation property. If more guests arrive to stay / occupy than stated on the Booking Confirmation, they may be denied occupancy. In the event they are permitted to check-in an extra charge may apply.
Only guests registered and confirmed in your booking are allowed to occupy the unit.
Visitors cannot use the common areas.
No overnight visitors are allowed.

PET POLICY
Sorry, no pets allowed in this unit.

NOISE RESTRICTIONS
NO HIGH VOLUME or NOISE AFTER 10:00 PM: Including Speakers, Music, Televisions, etc. inside of the unit.

POOL RULES

ENTERING THE POOL IS ALWAYS AT YOUR OWN RISK. FOR YOUR SAFETY, ALWAYS EXERCISE CAUTION. THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. SMOKING IS ONLY POSSIBLE IN THE BAR AREA.

1. Pool hours are from 10am to 10pm daily
2. Pool furniture may not be reserved or moved
3. Please shower before entering the pool (the shower is located at the back of elevator 3, close to the staircase)
4. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Infants without swimming diapers are not permitted in the pool.
5. Appropriate swimming attire must be worn at all times when using the pool. Nudity is prohibited.
6. No diving allowed.
7. It is strictly prohibited to go up to the rooftop with food or drinks; anyone caught will be denied access.
8. Absolutely no food in the pool. Glass or breakable objects are strictly prohibited on the rooftop.
9. Use of radios and other sound equipment may only be used with headphones.
10. Foul language and disruptive behaviours are strictly prohibited.
11. For safety reasons, inflatable mattresses, boats, etc., are not allowed in the pool.
12. Please dispose trash in waste containers provided in the area.
13. Please dry off prior to entering the halls and elevators.
14. Pets are not allowed on the rooftop.
15. Sexual or inappropriate physical contact prohibited in pool, common areas and bathrooms.
16. The use of drones in the pool and common areas is prohibited.
17. No outside food or drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) beverages are permitted anywhere on Pool - Rooftop level. All beverages must be purchased at the rooftop bar.

There are towels available in the Rooftop for your use, towels are EXCLUSIVE to be used in that area, please don't take them away. If you do, there is a charge of 750 pesos per towel by SOHO's Administration.

ABSOLUTELY, NOT ADHERING TO THE RULES SET FORTH IN THE CONDOMINIUM AND POOL REGULATIONS CAN LEAD TO SANCTIONS OR ECONOMIC PENALTIES.

COMMON AREA POLICY
Pick up your trash. If the area is not cleaned, there will be a fee of $500 pesos to have the maid clean.
Please be respectful of all guests. If you wish to use your phone, laptop and/or personal device for phone calls etc.
USE YOUR HEADPHONES.
Please leave the washrooms and/or pool showers clean and tidy. Do not leave towels in the common area.

GYM RULES

The operating hours of this gym are from 6 am to 9 pm, Monday through Sunday.
The use of this gym is restricted to owners and guests, hereinafter referred to as users. The management is not responsible for any injuries that users may suffer.
Healthy interaction is an integral part of this gym's culture. Avoid receiving warnings or being expelled due to behavior contrary to morals and good manners.
All users must wear sports attire such as shorts, pants, t-shirts, and sneakers. It is prohibited to wear casual shirts, denim shorts or pants, overly short shorts, and tank tops that do not cover the chest and back.
Please respect the established schedule.
Return the equipment you have used to its place (dumbbells, bars, mats, accessories, etc.).
The use of a clean white towel of appropriate size (40cm x 70cm) is mandatory.
It is essential to clean the machines and/or equipment after use with paper and sanitizer.
The entry of individuals who are not owners or guests is prohibited and will be penalized for each violation.
Users caught damaging the facilities, mistreating equipment, or dropping weights and/or accessories will be fined. Users are responsible for any damage they may cause to the facilities.
When entering the gym area, please put your cellphone on vibrate or silent mode in respect to other users.
If you need to take phone calls within the facilities, please maintain an appropriate volume.
The use of sound equipment is only allowed with headphones.
Profanity and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.
Consuming or bringing in food is not allowed. Beverages in uncovered containers are also prohibited.
Please clean up your trash and dispose of it in the available containers.
Smoking and the introduction of alcoholic beverages are prohibited in any area of the facilities.
Pets are not allowed in any part of the gym.
Inappropriate physical or sexual contact is prohibited in all gym facilities (training area, bathrooms, gardens, sauna).
Users caught consuming, selling, or providing any prohibited substances (drugs, steroids, narcotics, controlled substances) within the premises will be reported to the authorities and immediately expelled from the gym.
Minors are not allowed to train in the gym area, nor are they allowed to stay in any area of the facilities.
Due to safety and capacity reasons, visitors are not allowed to participate in any gym activities.
Each user is responsible for their belongings. Gym staff is not responsible for losses or theft.
Please concentrate your belongings (backpacks, work, bags) where the gym staff indicates.
The use of rings, earrings, bracelets, watches, or other valuable items that could be lost, cause injury, or harm another user during gym use is prohibited.
Personal training can only be done with the gym's designated floor instructor.
Please share gym equipment with other users when necessary.
The management reserves the right to deny admission to any user who damages the gym equipment or facilities in any way, automatically canceling their permission to enter and permanently denying access.

You will be issued 1 set of keys for every guest noted on the Booking Confirmation. Keys (inclusive of elevator magnetic keys) must be returned in the same condition as received at the time of CHECK OUT.

PLEASE NOTE: Should you lose a set of keys or magnetic key the cost is $50USD (1000pesos) for each lost -unreturned or damaged key or set of keys. Please have this fee prepared to be collected by the concierge at the time of check-out. This Fee is NOT covered by the guest damage insurance.

No smoking allowed in unit, or on the balcony.
No pets allowed.
No parties, no loud noise in unit.
Do not hang towels, clothes, rugs, etc. on the balconies.
Do not play music at a high volume. No music after 10pm.
Keep doors closed while AC is On.
Turn up the temperature on the AC above 77 F Degrees or more when not in the unit.
Do not drag the furniture.

Comments About the Vacation Rental Unit:
The building was nice and the unit new. The bed was comfortable. We did not like the multiple elevator process to reach the unit and while the rooftop was amazing, the pool was freezing cold and the drinks/food one is forced to buy there because outside drinks were nit allowed were over priced.

We understand that the unit is just getting set up and that we were the first renters. Our suggestions for improvement include:

1. Add soap dishes for each bathroom
2. Add small shelf or suction cup shelves for the showers for soap and shampoo so they’re not sitting on the floor
3. The bed needs two additional pillows.
4. Add a Washer and dryer - an absolute must and an expectation for a highly priced luxury rental. For us, An 8 day stay is too long to go without fresh towels or the ability to wash some clothes
5. Add garbage can for the small bathroom
6. Add Iron and ironing board
7. Add at least 4 more bath towels
8. Add a Television in the main living room - while we don't normally watch much TV while on vacation, we usually enjoy having it on in the background in the morning or as we get ready to go out. Additionally, the weather was terrible this past week and we would have enjoyed the ability to lounge in the apartment with a television.

El edificio era bonito y la unidad nueva. La cama era cómoda. No nos gustó el proceso de múltiples ascensores para llegar a la unidad y mientras que la azotea era increíble, la piscina estaba helada y las bebidas / comida que uno se ve obligado a comprar allí porque las bebidas fuera no estaban permitidos eran demasiado caros.

Entendemos que la unidad se acaba de configurar y que éramos los primeros inquilinos. Nuestras sugerencias para mejorar incluyen:

1. 1. Añadir jaboneras en cada baño
