Scala residences is a newly renovated urban style building in the heart of Puerto Vallarta. Located a few blocks from bars, restaurants, galleries, and the malecón. Only about 10 min walking distance from the infamous Los Muertos Beach, this building is in one of the most sought after areas in Puerto Vallarta, a few blocks from El Centro and the Romantic Zone. The principal bedroom features a King size bed that opens to a private terrace. The ensuite bathroom features both a walk-in shower and soaker tub all with a spa-like, fresh feel. A full length wall wardrobe closet makes this room the perfect principal bedroom. A 42" smart tv is in this room for cozy bed time viewing.

Guest Bedroom
The oversized guest bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, built-in wardrobe and ample area for seating. A 42" built-in smart TV is ready for you.

Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta

Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.

Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

Property Policy


- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.

- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.

- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.

- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.

- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.

The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

The following are policies of Scala Residences:

1. No one is permitted to operate devices with high sound volumes that exceed 60 decibels at 8:00 AM to 9:59 p.m. and forty exceeding 40 decibels from 22:00 hours to 7:59 A.M. or produce fumes and smells that come to disturb the environment and disturb the occupants of other units or common areas.

2. Keep animals other than domestic (meaning pets only species of dogs, cats, birds and other mammals of not more than one kilo of weight) and threatening or disturb the occupants of the "CONDOMINIUM".

3. All pets must be registered at the condominium Administration for identification and acceptance.

4. Pets are not permitted in common areas without straps or attachments that allow them to walk free, avoiding any dirt to produce, taking responsibility for these actions when appropriate cleansing occurs. Any animal that is loose inside the “COMMON AREAS" or to disturb the tranquility of others or attempt to attack any person, may be expelled from condominium by the Administrator.

5. All people must at all times, maintain a socially appropriate behavior, behaving with integrity and respect for others, always keeping, as mentioned, a behavior accordingly to the rules of morality and
decency.

Comments About the Vacation Rental Unit:
The condo was good and if it was located somewhere else I would go back repeatedly but the noise is a problem. For a day or two it would be okay but for a long stay it’s a bit much.

El condominio estaba bien y si estuviera ubicado en otro lugar volvería varias veces pero el ruido es un problema. Para un día o dos estaría bien pero para una estancia larga es demasiado.

Comments, Praise or Recommendations for the PVRPV Team:
The main gate should be repaired so it doesn’t slam shut and a posting asking people to not let the gate slam would be helpful.

La puerta principal debe ser reparada para que no se cierre de golpe y poner un anuncio pidiendo a la gente que no deje que la puerta se cierre de golpe sería útil.
