PVRPV presents Agave Vallarta 9, a condominium centrally located in Puerto Vallarta’s Emiliano Zapata neighbourhood in the Basilio Hills, featuring contemporary design. The building is tucked into a hidden enclave overlooking Vallarta’s world-famous Romantic Zone, and offers a variety of vistas as far as the eye can see, with captivating ocean, river, city and mountain views. The perfect location leaves you within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the sparkling coastline. This neighbourhood is vibrant will with both traditional and up and coming restaurant and bar scene. This is the new PV which takes the famed Zona Romantica to a new level with much more adventure to be found.
The exceptional rooftop includes sunning areas and partially shaded lounge spaces under a wooden pergola, BBQ, and a large infinity-edge pool with 360-degree views.
Agave Vallarta 9, located on the 4th floor, is a beautiful, open space condo, with two spacious balconies (one east-facing and one west-facing) boast stunning ocean views on one side and amazing valley and mountain views on the other.
The lavish interior has an open floor plan which is evident on entering the condo. The kitchen dining and living room spaces are all open to each other and are flanked by the large balconies at either end. Breezes from the East make this space so bright and airy.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with the finest TEKA bran appliances including a wall oven, microwave, stove hood, dishwasher, French door fridge with water and ice dispenser, and garbage disposal. Granite counter tops add to the contemporary design of the kitchen and generous sized island with the 6 burner gas stove. Bar stools along the island make for a great place to visit while cooking activity goes on in the kitchen or for cocktails.
Living Room
The living room is on the west side of the space and opens to the oversized front balcony with outdoor dining. The furnishings including a sectional sofa, are bright, comfortable and contemporary. A 55” Smart TV is also ready for anything you would like to view.
Principal Bedroom
The principal bedroom is adjacent to the living room and features a king size bed, built-in storage and ensuite bathroom with double sink vanity and walk in glass shower. The room opens to the West balcony with ocean views. This is a beautiful and relaxing space with an amazing view.
Guest Bedroom
The guest bedroom is entered from the kitchen and has a queen bed, built in storage, and ensuite bathroom that is also shared with guests. It has a beautiful single sink and walk in glass shower. The bedroom opens to the east facing balcony making this another fresh space with a great jungle, river and valley view.
There is also in suite laundry with stackable washer and dryer.

Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta
Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.
Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

Property Policy
- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.
- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.
- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.
- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.
- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.

Comments About the Vacation Rental Unit:
We loved the place, spacious apartment with a terrace and excellent view and pool. The attention that Javier gave us was excellent, very friendly and cordial. The location near the romantic zone we could walk to. Without a doubt when I return to Vallarta this would be my first choice to stay!
Nos encantó el lugar, departamento amplio con una terraza y vista excelente y alberca. La atención que nos dio Javier fue excelente, muy amable y cordial. La ubicación cerca de la zona romántica que podíamos ir caminando. Sin duda cuando regrese a Vallarta este sería mi primera opción para quedarme!
