We had a fantastic stay at Alan's condo in Puerto Vallarta. The unit has an incredible view overlooking both the city and the ocean - photos don't do it justice. Alan greeted us when we arrived, gave us a tour of the property, and answered all of our questions about Puerto Vallarta and the condo, which made us feel very welcomed and informed from the
The place itself was spotless, comfortable, and very nicely set up. You can tell the host takes pride in providing a great experience. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.



Tuvimos una estancia fantástica en el apartamento de Alan en Puerto Vallarta. El apartamento tiene unas vistas increíbles tanto de la ciudad como del océano, las fotos no le hacen justicia. Comments About the Vacation Rental Unit:
The pool was in need of new tiles but didn’t hinder the use of the amenity. The maintenance person was very good throughout the entire property, so overall very clean and maintained.

Owners in Unit 8 has a dog , which we had to clean it up twice after it pooped on the rooftop. ( the urine left stains and the dog kept coming back to the corner to continue its business). We brought it to their attention when we saw them on the roof top and asked them to be mindful and clean up after their dog. They said that the maintenance person would take care of it. We took care of it. They seemed entitled to this and that it was our problem. As visitors we were extremely respectful of the property and as they were owners, they should be too!

Knives were a bit dull. Had to buy some other kitchen items- steamer and strainer. Location to the market was ideal. Hot water extremes were j not fun while showering but was told that was PV.
Filter in the fridge needs to be changed as the light showed to be replaced.

Se lo comentamos cuando los vimos en la azotea y les pedimos que tuvieran cuidado y limpiaran los excrementos de su perro. Nos dijeron que el encargado del mantenimiento se encargaría de ello. Nosotros nos encargamos. Parecían darlo por sentado y pensar que era nuestro problema. Como visitantes, fuimos muy respetuosos con la propiedad y, como propietarios, ¡ellos también deberían serlo!

Los cuchillos estaban un poco desafilados. Tuvimos que comprar otros utensilios de cocina, como una vaporera y un colador. La ubicación del mercado era ideal. Las temperaturas extremas del agua caliente no eran agradables al ducharse, pero nos dijeron que era PV.
Hay que cambiar el filtro de la nevera, ya que la luz indicaba que había que sustituirlo.




Comments, Praise or Recommendations for the PVRPV Team:
The website map is frustrating to see the location of the properties as it keeps shrinking after it was enlarged to see properties in the area wanted. Overall the rest is easy to navigate, just an issue with the map.

Might have been good to know that the streets up to the condo are relatively steep, but we still managed to walk them. I know PV is built around the mountains so not really an issue, just a matter of opinion.

Sleeping pillows were terrible on the king bed - soft and lumpy fill. Queen seemed to be fuller and better. An extra robe hook in the shower area would be helpful for a second towel to hang, rather than over the toilet.

And yes I/we would stay there again.

Kitchen utensils and knives: We appreciate the feedback and will be upgrading the knives and adding the additional utensils you noted.

Hot water fluctuations: This can indeed happen in some areas of PV, but we will still check the unit’s system to ensure everything is functioning properly.

Refrigerator filter: Thank you—this will be replaced promptly.

Website map: Your feedback is very valuable. We have shared this with our tech team to improve navigation and usability.

Hilly streets: Thank you for pointing this out. We will make sure future guests are informed so they can plan accordingly.

Pillows and towel hooks: We appreciate this suggestion and will add better pillows and an additional hook in the shower area.

Wonderful location with stunning views, a little noisy due to the location of the highway. Condo itself is wonderful , bright and well equipped , the owners were very responsive making our stay very comfortable. Only thing missing is a UV water purification system for drinking water - PVRPV was excellent is supplying bottle water as needed (at our cost). Note: the building access is a bit of a climb from street level (equivalent of 7 floors)…. But the reward are the wonderful views (and the free workout to burn off any excess calories.

We loved the place, spacious apartment with a terrace and excellent view and pool. The attention that Javier gave us was excellent, very friendly and cordial. The location near the romantic zone we could walk to. Without a doubt when I return to Vallarta this would be my first choice to stay!

Comments About the Vacation Rental Unit:
This place is *incredible*. It is beautiful, spotless, perfectly-located, has a stunning pool with incredible views of the ocean, mountains, and sunset, the kitchen is well-stocked and a joy to cook in, the AC is powerful, there is a ton to eat in easy walking distance, the host was an incredibly helpful and quick communicator...I could go on and on. We're already planning to come back next year.


Este lugar es * increíble *. Es hermoso, impecable, perfectamente situado, tiene una impresionante piscina con increíbles vistas del océano, las montañas y la puesta de sol, la cocina está bien equipada y una alegría para cocinar, el aire acondicionado es de gran alcance, hay muchos lugares para comer a poca distancia, el anfitrión fue increíblemente útil y rápido en su comunicación... Sebastian Hernandez was a pleasure to deal with. He could not have been more helpful. He contacted me a couple times during my stay to make sure everything was good. When I booked for next year he was very patient, listened to what I wanted and took me to see a particular property. When I decided to book I texted him and in a matter of minutes the booking was completed. He is an asset to the company.
