Upon entering to the Penthouse, you will discover a cozy living space and a dining area that can accommodate six people, providing you with even more room to relax and socialize with your guests. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen and a private balcony with stunning views.
There are two bedrooms: the first one features a luxurious King bed, and the second offers a comfortable Queen bed. The carefully selected decoration and design details will make you feel at home from the moment you set foot in these rooms. Additionally, you will have access to a laundry area, making your stay even more comfortable and worry-free.
Don't forget to enjoy the shared pool, dive in and refresh yourself on the sunny days of Puerto Vallarta.
The rooftop is the highlight of this house. Here, you will find a fantastic outdoor entertainment area with a fully equipped grill, perfect for hosting barbecues and enjoying delicious outdoor meals. Furthermore, the spacious terrace will offer panoramic views and an additional space for outdoor relaxation, allowing you to enjoy the warm climate of Puerto Vallarta. PETS
Dogs under 12kg are welcomed in the unit, please consider a $500 USD deposit (CASH) is required upon arrival and returned upon check-out after an inspection and no damage in the unit.
Pets are not allowed in common areas.
CHECK IN and CHECK OUTS
CHECK IN time for all properties is 3:00pm and CHECK OUT time for all properties is 11:00am. If you require early CHECK IN or late CHECK OUT please contact your PVRPV concierge.

Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta
Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.
Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

Property Policy
- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.
- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.
- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.
- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.
- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.
The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

THIS IS A SMOKE FREE RESIDENCE
It is not allowed to smoke in any of the areas of the residence.
OCCUPANCY POLICY
Maximum occupancy of 4 people.
VISITOR POLICY
Only guests registered and confirmed in your booking are allowed to occupy the unit.
The number of persons stipulated on the guest’s Booking and the confirmation email is the maximum number of people allowed to stay at the vacation property. If more guests arrive to stay / occupy than stated on the Booking Confirmation, they may be denied occupancy. In the event they are permitted to check-in an extra charge may apply.
No overnight visitors are allowed.
PET POLICY

NOISE RESTRICTIONS
NO HIGH VOLUME or NOISE AFTER 10:30 PM: Including Radios, Stereos, Music, Televisions etc.
POOL POLICY
The use of the POOL is at your own RISK.
NO glassware in the pool or around the pool. PLASTIC glasses and stemware only.
NO Pool Parties.
NO Running around the pool area.
NO Urinating in the pool. Please use the washrooms in the room next to the pool.
PLEASE SHOWER or RINSE prior to using the pool.
COMMON AREAS POLICIES
The BBQ grill is for the use of all guests. Please check with the Concierge for availability
PLEASE clean after using the BBQ, dining area and/or common areas once you are complete. Pick up your trash. If the area is not cleaned, there will be a fee of $500 pesos to have the maid clean.
Please be respectful of all guests. If you wish to use your phone, laptop and/or personal device for phone calls etc.
USE YOUR HEADPHONES.
Please leave the washrooms and/or pool showers clean and tidy. Do not leave towels in the common area.
GUEST KEYS POLICY
You will be issued 1 set of keys for each 2 people noted on the Booking Confirmation. Keys must be returned in the same condition as received at the time of Check-Out.
PLEASE NOTE: Should you lose, damage or not return a set of keys the cost is $1,000 pesos for each key. Please have this fee prepared to be collected by the concierge at the time of check-out (CASH ONLY). This Fee is NOT covered by the guest damage insurance.

Comments About the Vacation Rental Unit:
We especially loved the view from the top floor Palapa room and used it a lot for games and a party. In addition to that, the large kitchen was also a plus. The biggest plus was our maid Cris, who was caring in every way which included wanting to make me soup. When I was feeling sick. She did everything with a huge smile and wonderful laugh. She anticipated our every need.
Nos encantó especialmente la vista desde la habitación Palapa en el último piso y la usamos mucho para juegos y una fiesta. Además de eso, la gran cocina era también una ventaja. La mayor ventaja fue nuestra camarista Cris, que era el cuidado en todos los sentidos que incluía querer hacerme sopa. Cuando me encontraba mal. Ella hizo todo con una gran sonrisa y risa maravillosa. Se anticipó a todas nuestras necesidades.

Joshua was my contact person and through every part of our booking conversations and whenever I had questions came through like a champ!! This included him having to notify us of an earthquake that took place on February 5th and did damage to the plumbing of our original booking site and he was able to find others sites for us to make a choice for with pictures and prices and we were able to find the beautiful place we stayed at, at the original price of booking. It made us very happy seeing that we had other friends that woud be joining us. We will recomend him and everyone at your company. Thank you!!!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
