Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta
Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.
Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

Property Policy
- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.
- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.
- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.
- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.
- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.
The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

GENERAL RULES
1. All adults (over 18 years of age) must read and accept the written regulations in order to be allowed to enter the development.
2. Occupancy is limited to a maximum of 2 people in unit 204.
3. Users and/or guests who are not on the list sent by the owner of the unit won’t have access to the property.
4. Users/tenants should not have guests unless the owner has given them his/her permission and notified The Colonial Management office in advance.
5. Excessively loud music is not allowed at any time. Devices must be turned off at 11:00 p.m.
6. It is forbidden to hang clothes, rugs and other objects on the railings of the interior and exterior balconies; Likewise, it’s forbidden to throw and/or throw things on the balconies as they could cause some damage to the condominium and/or people below.
7. Garbage must be placed in the garbage chutes located on the service stairs. All garbage must be contained in adequate bags in terms of resistance and that not
exceed the dimensions of the garbage ducts. It is forbidden to throw boxes, cartons, bottles, glass or any other object that could stuck within the garbage chute.
8. Pets are not allowed in unit 204. It is forbidden for pets to be in the common areas. 9. It is strictly prohibited to market residential units under the system known as "timeshare" or "Condo-Hotel".
10. Please take care of the furniture in the common areas including (and not limited) to the entrance, patio, basement, rooftop, barbecue area, bathrooms and gym.
11. For the use of pool furniture (sun loungers) it is necessary to use towels on the Fabric.
POOL RULES AND COURTESIES
1. The Colonial is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or lost items. 2. The pool and rooftop area is for owners registered guests only
3. Please respect the neighbors and the staff working at The Colonial.
ROOFTOP AREA RULES
1. The pool and jacuzzi are open from 8:00 am - 11:00 pm
2. Smoking is not allowed in the common areas.
3. The use of glass in the pool, Jacuzzi or in the pool area is not allowed.
4. Broken glass is a major hazard and may require the pool to be drained and
cleaned by the responsible unit.
5. No food or drink is allowed in the pool or Jacuzzi.
6. Children under 8 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the common areas and pools.
7. Skating, bicycling, etc. are not permitted around the pool area. It is also prohibited to throw objects such as balls, bats, toys or any other object that may cause damage to the owners or the furniture.
8. For safety reasons, running, jumping or diving is not allowed in the pools.
9. For safety reasons, when lightning strikes in the area, the pool must be evacuated. 10. The use of swimsuit is mandatory in the pool; children who wear diapers also have to wear swim diapers.
11. Pets are not allowed in common areas.
12. As a courtesy to others, it is not allowed to reserve chairs, umbrellas, tables and lounge chairs. All guests and owners are asked to comply with this. If your towels or other items are left unattended for an extended period of time, security personnel
are instructed to remove the items to allow other guests/owners to use the chairs, umbrellas, tables and loungers.
13. Children can use the Jacuzzi as long as they are accompanied by an adult.
14. Persons with an open wound, skin disease, or contagious disease are not permitted to use the pools or hot tubs.
15. Baseball, soccer or any other ball game will be prohibited in the pool area. Throwing the ball against walls is not allowed. The damage caused by the mentioned activities will be the responsibility of the owner.
COURTESIES
1. Please keep the pool area clean. Set a good example and clean up after, don't leave food or debris on tables nor chairs.
2. Please keep the music at a low level to not disturb others.
3. Offensive, profane, abusive, and disrespectful language are prohibited with other owners, tenants, or staff. The Colonial reserves the right to ask people to leave the area.
