You are steps away all the restaurants, shopping and nightlife that the 5 d Deciembre neighbourhood has to offer or take a quick taxi or walk to the Malecon or Zona Romantica.

Concept 180 Unit 201 is a 1200 sq foot, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo, showcasing a modern hip design with raw natural materials and contemporary amenities. Floor to ceiling windows wrap the living room, kitchen and dining areas opening to an oversized terrace that has breathtaking panoramic ocean and city views. PLEASE NOTE: There is no elevator in this building. The unit is on the 2nd floor and there are 37 stairs from the entrance to the unit. To access the pool on the 4th floor there are 38 stairs from the unit. The unit does have a dedicated parking space.

Guest Bedroom
The guest bedroom is adjacent to the living room and has a queen bed, ensuite bath and 42” TV. Two sides of the room have sliding walls and so you can enjoy this room as a closed space or open to the rest of the condo.

Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta

Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.

Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

Property Policy


- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.

- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.

- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.

- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.

- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.

The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

GENERAL UNIT POLICIES
No pets permitted in unit at any time.
No smoking in the unit at any time.
ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.

CONCEPT 180 BUILDING POLICIES
Use the homes, private areas and common areas in an orderly manner who are under the guardianship of the condominium. Avoiding falling into atypical attitudes that impede the enjoyment of others, or that could jeopardize the cleanliness, comfort, prestige and image of the condominium.

Observe in the Condominium, moral and decent conduct, urging family members, friends, invited visitors and / or their employees to observe the same conduct; the owner being responsible for the behavior and actions of the aforementioned persons.

Do not hang clothes and objects that by their nature cause a bad appearance and are visible outside your home.

Do not produce noises, sounds, disturbances or odors that threaten the tranquility and comfort of the Condominium, do not circulate toys or all kinds of devices with noisy engines, in the common areas of the Condominium.

SWIMMING POOL
In the use of the POOL, the following provisions must be observed, which may be modified by the Administration if necessary:
1) The general hours of the pool are from 08:00 to 22:00. From Tuesday to Sunday, on Monday it will be closed for maintenance until 3:00 p.m.
2) Parties in the pool area are totally prohibited. Only the coexistence of condominium owners and their visits are allowed. These gatherings may only be extended on Fridays and Saturdays until 12 am without music or sound. During these extended hours, the use of the pool is not authorized. Respecting the schedule marked in point 1.
3) Mandatory use of a swimsuit in the pool. (No shorts, no pants, no T-shirts, no T-shirts and no diapers).
4) There are no lifeguards, so the use of the pool is under your responsibility and risk.
5) Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
6) Do not introduce furniture, food, glass containers or alcoholic beverages or of any kind in or on the edge of the pool.
7) Pets are not allowed inside pool facilities, in no time.
8) Give priority to minors.
9) It is mandatory to take a shower before entering the pool.
10) Do not move the furniture from its place.
11) Maintain good conduct and refrain from faults in morals.
12) Swimming prohibited during thunderstorms.
13) No bicycles, scooters, roller blades, and the like in the area.
14) Not nailed
15) The administration is not responsible for forgotten items, or for injuries or accidents in the pool area.
16) Smokers are required to deposit their ashes and cigarette butts in the designated containers.
17) Private parties in the pool area are totally prohibited.
