Torre Allende Unit 3 occupies the whole floor of this new building. There is a large, bright living area with modern kitchen, dining table for 5 and living room area with bar. The huge front patio is a highlight as it includes a BBQ, lounge seating for four and views of the jungly hillside, a slice of ocean, and the very colourful (and peaceful) neighbourhood.

Principal Bedroom
The principal bedroom has a King bed, with 50” SMART TV, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom. This spacious room also features a small patio - out of the sun and very private.

Guest Bedroom
The guest bedroom features a queen bed, lots of closet space, a 50” SMART TV, and natural light. A dedicated den area will be appreciated by remote workers.

Location:
If you have been to Puerto Vallarta before or have been researching the best locations to stay, please note that this condo is in a great location, on the border of the 5 de Diciembre and el Cerro neighborhoods, overlooking Centro Puerto Vallarta and Banderas Bay. On a clear day you can see the Marietas Islands! The condo building is in a neighborhood, where you can live like a local. It is an easy downhill walk to the Malecon/Boardwalk where you will find many restaurants, bars and shops. Continue walking south and you will be in the Romantic Zone which has lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Ubers and taxis are readily available and inexpensive, which is especially nice when you want a quick, easy trip back up the hill to the condo. Please note that this condo is also easily accessible by car.

Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta

Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.

Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

Property Policy


- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.

- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.

- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.

- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.

- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.

The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

THIS IS A SMOKE FREE PROPERTY
No smoking, vaping or illicit drug use inside the property, the unit, on the terraces / balconies.

OCCUPANCY POLICY
Maximum occupancy of 4 people in the unit.

VISITOR POLICY
Only guests registered and confirmed in your booking are allowed to occupy the unit.

NOISE RESTRICTIONS

GUEST KEYS
You will be issued 1 set of keys for each person noted on the Booking Confirmation. Keys must be returned in the same condition as received at the time of CHECK OUT.
PLEASE NOTE: Should you lose a set of keys the cost is $50USD (1000pesos) for each lost-unreturned or damaged key or set of keys. Please have this fee prepared to be collected by the concierge at the time of check-out. This Fee is NOT covered by the guest damage insurance.

I truly appreciate the experience of staying at Allende Tower Unit 3, it was our 2nd time there. We look forward to coming back next year. Javier was fantastic, responsive, and extremely attentive.

The website navigation and booking process should be streamlined and modernized. Things could be automated to confirm payment, share additional details (travellers, arrival dates, etc), and receive reminders about the upcoming stay.

I had to follow up a few times with accounting to proceed with 1st and 2nd payment.
