This beautifully furnished beachfront condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a great balcony overlooking the beach. It also offers a fully equiped kitchen, washer and dryer, cable television and it's area on the beach with it's own beach chairs.
This unit is located in the Playa Bonita complex which is close to everything, resaturants, shopping, nightclubs, and the world famous Malecon.
Note that the property is located directly on the beach and normal beach noise and activities are associated with properties on the beach. Unit is also next to a gay hotel with entertainment at night until no later than 11:30pm.
PROPERTY POLICIES
$500 USD damage deposit.
All guests will be given a copy of the full Rules & Regulations for Playa Bonita and are required to adhere to the Playa Bonita Policies in respect of other guest(s) and owners. Any violations of these rules can warrant eviction without any compensation. A copy of the full Playa Bonita policies can be emailed upon request ahead of arrival. Each guests will be required to wear an armband or be given a photo ID upon check in. No guests not registered or staying in the unit will be allowed to sit on the Playa Bonita beach or use the common area pool.
