Follow us on: Share this on: // March 1st 2013 marks the 8th anniversary for PVRPV in Puerto Vallarta Mexico. These last 8 years has been quite a journey filled with hopes and dreams, and this anniversary would not of been possible had it not been for our wonderful staff, our clients, our collaborators and [...]
The PVRPV staff is wonderful to work with, very accomodating, and friendly. Angel you are awesome!Deborah K.. February 17th, 2014
I wish you took American Express. The airport transaction was confusing. We were met by a woman, passed on to a man and then put in a Taxi with another person. It was not as organized as it was last year. When we arrived at the condo complex, the gate person was not expecting us and the PVRPV agent was not there.. again very confusing compared to last year. The condo was great as in 2012, however I had some people at the beach mention that PVRPV was the most expensive rental company around. I was surprised to find that we could rent other units in Molina De Aqua for almost $500 a week cheaper. Not saying I wouldn\'t use you again, but I feel we did not get $500 worth of any type of service. This year was not as well organized on your end as last year. Thanks, Mike JonesMichael. Master bath tub stopper was not operational so it we could not use. Laundry Room did not smell fresh. Foul odors Had a hard time getting tall kithen garbage bags. Other than that it was wonderful and we would like to return next year.Robert. March 9th, 2012
We love you guys. I have sent several friends to you for their reservations and everyone has been pleased. GGMGary. February 29th, 2012
We had an excellent time, thank you so much. We will be customers again on our next stay. Thank you sooo much! Having Benjamin do dinner for us twice was great fun, with great food!! Started the laundry with sheets and towels, so someone might check.. stuff was left in washer, dryer and dishwasher. (we rent several properties in Michigan and Florida so this is an fyi.. not complaining, but stuff you won\'t know unless we tell you... there are several burnt out light bulbs throughout the unit - since the maid cleans during the day, you wouldn\'t know). Thanks again for everything, a perfect 12 days and our best PV trip ever (of 4)! Thanks, Mike, Dan & Greg (The Dunes Resort, Saugatuck, MI)Mike. February 7th, 2012
Alma, Javier and Mariela were great!!! The BBQ in the unit was dirty upon arrival. Please add American Express as a form of payment. Place squeegees inside the showers. Water splashes all over and the glass will get ruined very soon. For the price we paid for the unit it should include daily maid service. No one from PVRPV management was there at the time of departure to return keys, only the maid was there. Even though the unit and the complex are delightful it would be difficult to justify a stay there again with the high prices. Value for the money not justifiable... Thanks!Arturo. March 20th, 2011
