Your stay at the penthouse includes the services of a housekeeper. Spend lazy mornings watching the water from the sitting area on the balcony, or climb the stairs to the rooftop terrace, which features a private infinity pool, a romantic sitting area and an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue. After sunset, flip on the Apple TV or Sonos sound system for entertainment.
Thanks to a slide-away glass wall and an open-concept layout, the great room has the same incredible ocean views as the villa’s outdoor living spaces. Unique artwork and sleek furnishings give the recently renovated living area, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen a clean, contemporary look.
Each of the three bedrooms at this expansive vacation rental has a king bed, en-suite bathroom, and ocean views. Like the main living areas, the bedrooms are bright and spacious, with walls of windows framing the views and modern furnishings creating a stylish setting. For your comfort, the bedrooms also have ceiling fans and air conditioning.
If you’ve come to Mexico for some time at the beach, you’ll find it easy to reach from Horizon PH5. The penthouse is just over a half-mile from the tucked-away cove of Playa Conchas Chinas and a short drive from the popular Playa Los Muertos. For shopping, dining, and nightlife, it’s a quick trip to the Puerto Vallarta boardwalk and its downtown.

CHECK IN and CHECK OUTS
CHECK IN time for all properties is 3:00pm and CHECK OUT time for all properties is 11:00am. If you require early CHECK IN or late CHECK OUT please contact your PVRPV concierge.
Please note if you require a CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 8am or after 8pm you will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD (tax included) or equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment, which must be paid in cash, and collected by concierge.
Remember that Puerto Vallarta is located in Central Time Zone (same as Mexico City, GMT-6).
You will be issued 1 set of keys for each person noted on the Booking Confirmation.
- Cleaning Services: Our Standard Cleaning Services included are based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In the case where your rental is less than the time period indicated or you require additional services the cost per cleaning will be $25.00 *USD (tax included). This will be collected by Concierge on the day of the check in.
- Damage insurance: Every client that makes a booking, is now required to pay an additional $35.00 *USD (tax included) which is for a non-refundable damage insurance. The $35.00 non-refundable damage insurance covers damages up to $500.00 *USD. For additional information please refer to our BOOKING CONFIRMATION POLICY.

Please place ALL trash in a secured plastic bag prior to disposing of in the Common Area trash bins.
Owners/Guests, shall under no circumstance, hang anything on the balconies or terraces or railings. This includes towels, clothes, lights, banners/flags, or any other item that takes away from the uniform aesthetic of the building; or lean cushions against railings.
Loud music and other noise affects the other owners and this should be kept to a moderate level, which does not disturb other Owners/Guests. Owners/Guests shall refrain from excessive noise at ALL times. Noise effects must be contained to the originating unit after 11pm.
Guests/visitors/maids/repairmen are not allowed to have a key to access the rear gates. Entry must be made through the front entrance lobby at all times.
Only Owners are allowed to have pets on the premises at anytime.
Under no circumstances shall Owners/Guests jump from or throw any objects from the rooftops, terraces or balconies.
Owners/Guests are entitled to make use of the Common Areas and Common Properties. Such use shall not limit, interfere or negate the same use and enjoyment of other Owners and Occupants.
Any damage to Common Areas and Common Properties will be repaired or replaced by Administration at Owner's/Guest's expense
Owners/Guests are obligated to take precaution to avoid theft of their private property. The employees working for the Condo Association or the Administrator are only responsible for the Common Areas and Common Properties and they will not be obligated to watch over the private property of any Owner or Occupant or Guest.
Owners/Guests are entitled to make use of their corresponding Private Units in an orderly and reasonably quiet fashion according to the principles of common decency, morality and consideration for others and in a manner compliant with the provisions of the Horizon Bylaws.
Owners/Guests are entitled to make use of their Private Units without disturbing the peace, tranquility and comfort of the rest of the Owners/Owners/Guests and without endangering or affecting in any fashion the safety and health conditions of the Private Units of the rest of the Owners/Guests and the Common Areas and Common Properties.
Guests are accountable to the Owner at all times and subject to the same obligations as the Owner.
Owners/Guests inside and outside their Private Units shall behave in such a way as not to hinder the efficient operation of the Common Areas and Common Properties.
A maximum of 6 (six) persons, including children, shall be allowed overnight accommodations in a Private Unit of 2 (two) bedrooms. A maximum of 8 (eight) persons, including children, shall be allowed in a Private Unit of 3 (three) bedrooms.
The halls, corridors and stairways of the buildings where the Private Units are located shall not be used for any other purpose other than the provision of access to the Private Units.
Owners/Guests shall maintain their Private Units in an orderly and sanitary condition, according to the decorum of the building.
Owners/Guests are responsible for the actions of anyone they invite to their Private Units.
Barbeques and grills shall only be fuelled by LPG (gas) or electricity. Charcoal, wood or any other combustible material will not be allowed at any time for any reason.
Pool hours are 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. – Daily
No glass or breakable objects allowed on Pool decks or near Pools
Please do not move the North Tower Pool Lobby furniture
No furniture is permitted to be placed in the Pool at any time (lounge chairs, etc.)
Furniture and chaise lounge chairs are “first-come, first-served” – please do not “save” chairs by placing towels or other personal items on chairs unless you are present
During the rainy season cushions for chaise lounge chairs must be requested from the security guard at the entrance Lobby
Please return Pool furniture and chaise lounge chairs to their proper location
If you’ve been to the beach, please shower before entering the pool
No running or horseplay around the Pool area
Only headphones are permitted at the pool to listen to music
Please dispose of all trash in the appropriate receptacle
Any damaged items will be repaired or replaced by the Administrator at Guest’s expense
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an Adult at all times
Children in diapers are not allowed in the pool at anytime
No one is ever permitted to sit on or jump from the Pool bar counter at any time
Inside security cameras
When cameras move inside, things get a little more complicated. Again, cameras are only allowed in areas where one does not have a reasonable expectation of privacy. Thus, store security cameras used to prevent shoplifting are generally okay. But, what happens when the camera is situated someplace where one expects privacy but that is also an ideal location for one to conceal store merchandise?
Similarly, other areas like rented rooms, hotel rooms, and locker rooms are generally off limits for security cameras. Again, the expectation in these places are for complete privacy, and one should feel comfortable undressing in these locations without having to worry about someone watching or broadcasting the footage.
Building or Complex specific regulations for COVID19
Due to unforeseen circumstances, when or if deemed necessary to maintain healthy and safety protocols for COVID19, the building administration may introduce new guidelines for renters or common areas within the complex. Although PVRPV and team will make every effort to advise our guests of changes, we may not always be made aware of last minute changes or government guideline changes for a specific building. We cannot be liable or held responsible for these changes.
Cleaning & Maintenance
New sanitization processes and protocols have been implemented in an effort to combat COVID19. Our supplies and cleaning products are industry standards and do not pose any environmental concerns for the occupants of the unit or space.
In an effort, to maintain safe social distances for you and our team members, we will ask you to vacate your rental unit while they perform their cleaning duties. Should a major maintenance issue arise that will require our maintenance team to be in your space for a lengthy period of time, you maybe asked to leave while they complete their task. Please keep in mind, we will always do our best to accommodate a specific time or date you wish to have your rental unit cleaned, but may not be able to guarantee it. Our customer service team is here to help you facilitate any special requests you may have for cleaning or maintenance scheduling.
At this time we do not have a specific COVID19 cancellation policy for future reservations. Our Booking Confirmation Policy would apply to all future bookings. For more details: Click here.
Puerto Vallarta is receiving guests. Some countries may offer travel advisories regarding future travel but no travel ban has been implemented. Should government changes be introduced, a policy will be implemented for those guests impacted by changes.
Date Change - Rescheduling Fees Waived
Should you make a future booking or have a future booking and at the time you are schedule to travel you are unable to travel due to COVID19 we will work with guests and property owners to allow a date changes. Currently all reservation / booking date change fees are being waived for guests with travel impacted by COVID19. ALL date changes are subject to availability and per night rate increases. The number of nights of the original booking will be the number of nights granted for a date change, additional nights will be subject to the nightly rate.
COVID19 Testing & Traveling
Canadian Government & the United States CDC require proof of testing prior to boarding an aircraft destined for Canada or the USA. Rest assured, there are many clinics and possibilities for testing.
