Condo Del Puente Penthouse 3 is located in a 3 unit boutique condo building with one unit per floor in the heart of Zona Romantica and 2 blocks to the famed Los Muertos beach, Malecon Boardwalk and Isla Cuale. There is easy access to great restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, banking, and nightlife. This two-storey condo is truly unique for the area with a private rooftop terrace, jacuzzi pool, outdoor bar and gas grill. This penthouse was completely renovated in the Summer of 2022 maintaining traditional mexican design with modern updates throughout. No cookie-cutter, shoebox, generic condo here! Facing northwest, the condo also features large front balcony that extends the entire front of the building providing partial west views of the ocean and east views of the mountains. There are beautiful plantings and a bistro table and chairs to enjoy a morning coffee or evening view of the city.

There is no elevator in the building. From the 1st floor entrance there are 50 stairs up to the unit to the third floor. Within the condo there are 20 stairs to the second level terrace where the principal bedroom is also located.

WIFI is throughout the condo and terraces through a meshed network system. No matter where you are in the condo or outside you have access to high-speed internet for your personal enjoyment or for those who work remotely while in Puerto Vallarta.

This condo has regular staff who come into the property including pool maintenance (2 times per week), gardener (2 times per week) and housekeeper (weekly for multi-week stays, twice for stays of 7 days). Access for these staff is required to make sure everything is working perfectly for your stay.

Living Area
On entering the condo you are immediately greeted by open foyer with lounge seating. To the left you are drawn into the large living room with custom, colorful art pieces, comfortable seating and a 55" Smart TV that also has Amazon Firestick with hundreds of US, Canadian, International and Mexican network TV stations. This living space is large but cozy. Lighting throughout the area has been carefully selected and all on dimmers for whatever mood you would like to create.

Laundry/Powder Room
Adjacent to the living room is a combined powder room and laundry with stackable washer and dryer for your convenience.

Dining Room
The large dining room which opens to the front terrace and to the kitchen features an oversized wooden dining room table that comfortably seats 6 with room for more. A large buffet contains additional table ware and settings to create the perfect dinner atmosphere. This room is perfect for an intimate dinner or hosting friends and family.

Kitchen
The bright kitchen has been updated with new stainless steel gas stove, dishwasher and microwave. The fridge also features a filtered water ice maker. Water in the kitchen is also filtered and so there is no need to bring filtered water from elsewhere. The kitchen is well equipped with glassware, dishes and small appliances. There is also a handy bar cart and in the foyer there is also a hutch that contains more glassware for your favourite beverages.

Guest Bedroom
The guest bedroom has a king bed, 42" Smart TV with Amazon Firestick, large closet, and an ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower. This very private room is peaceful for a great night's rest.

Principal Bedroom
The large principal bedroom with king bed is located on the upper terrace level. Floor to ceiling glass opening doors face north and west offering generous light into the space. There are both room darkening shades and sheer roller shades to offer privacy and and darker environment for sleep. There is a Smart TV in this room which also has Amazon Firestick should you want to relax in bed with a movie or network programs while enjoying the serene views. This room opens to the terrace kitchen, seating and jacuzzi pool area which makes for a perfect relaxing location. There is a large walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with shower.

Upper Terrace
The unique and exceptional feature of this condo is the rooftop terrace with heated jacuzzi pool, outdoor granite counter bar, under-mount sink, bar fridge, gas grill, lounge chairs, sunning platform and dining table. The entire terrace has also been planted beautifully with local flowering vines and plants. You may find that you are spending most of your time in this beautiful outdoor space! The jacuzzi operates on a timer and you will be provided with instructions on how to operate.

Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta

Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.

Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

Property Policy


- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.

- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.

- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.

- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.

- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.

The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

No smoking anywhere on this property, including the terraces.

No loud music or noise on the terraces between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.

Please close and lock all terrace doors when not at the condo.

Please note the gardener comes to the condo every Tuesday and Friday to attend the plants on the front terrace and roof top terrace.

The pool technician services the jacuzzi on Mondays and Thursdays around 2:00 pm.

The jacuzzi operates on a timer. Please do not adjust. Temperature of the jacuzzi is set at a comfortable temperature based on the season.

Comments About the Vacation Rental Unit:
The condo was amazing! We would love to stay again. Only issue was the building lights in the hallway — several did not work so the stairs were dark & dangerous in places.

¡El condominio fue increíble! Nos encantaría quedarnos de nuevo. El único problema fueron las luces del edificio en el pasillo: varias no funcionaban, por lo que las escaleras estaban oscuras y peligrosas en algunos lugares.
