This stunning home is located just 3 blocks from the ocean promenade and within easy walking distance of all the beaches, restaurants, shops, and nightlife that make Puerto Vallarta great. With 3 spacious stories, a rooftop pool, and a view of the ocean, this is the perfect home for a romantic getaway, family vacation, or a treat-yourself trip with friends!
This beautifully designed house was constructed in 2021 to match the neighborhood’s architectural style, with a tropical motif, bright natural light, and locally-crafted wooden furniture. The first-floor entrance opens into a bright foyer (hope you like yellow!) with three bedrooms and a full bathroom located just down the hall. All bedrooms are furnished with queen-sized beds. Please note that two bedroom are interior with no exterior window although spacious and very comfortable with beautiful finishes.
The second floor features an open layout with a spacious kitchen and dining area, a living room with a 65" Smart TV, a bathroom/laundry room, and a balcony overlooking the vibrant Centro District. The third floor holds the master bedroom with a 75" Smart TV, which opens out into the rooftop deck and pool—perfect for soaking in the sun during the day or cooling off at night. Be sure to check out the view of the bay—you may see a whale or a dolphin jump!
The house is equipped with AC units in every room for your comfort, and high-speed Wi-Fi for all your remote work needs (although we don’t recommend working too hard).
Guests will have access to all four bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as the washer/dryer and rooftop deck and pool.
Other things to note:
The house is on a slight hill as it rises up away from the ocean. There are steps inside the house to access the second floor and rooftop. During holiday weekends, parking can be a challenge on the streets nearby.

Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta
Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.
Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

Property Policy
- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.
- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.
- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.
- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.
- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.

Comments About the Vacation Rental Unit:
The only two issues that we experienced was the fact that the air conditioner in the dining room leaked the whole weekend, making water mess on the floor, requiring cleaning every day, 2 to 3 times a day. Additionally, the keypad was very temperamental. It was hard to use and the numbers continued to stick. Other than those two issues, the home was enjoyable and location was great. Vanessa was awesome to work with.
Los dos únicos problemas que experimentamos fue el hecho de que el aire acondicionado del comedor goteaba todo el fin de semana, ensuciando de agua el suelo, lo que requería limpiarlo todos los días, 2 ó 3 veces al día.
Además, el teclado era muy temperamental. Era difícil de usar y los números se quedaban atascados.
Aparte de esos dos problemas, la casa era agradable y la ubicación era genial. Vanessa era impresionante para trabajar.
Comments, Praise or Recommendations for the PVRPV Team:
The concierge did not show up prior to us checking out. We waited 39 minutes for him, but he never showed up. We had to leave to not miss our flight..
Additionally, the second day of our trip, he entered the unit without knocking, and helped himself up the stairs into the master bedroom to lock the closet door. He didn’t say anything, just arrived to a house with six women unannounced, and made himself at home amongst all of our things.
That was not ok.
El conserje no apareció antes de nuestra salida. Esperamos 39 minutos por él, pero nunca apareció. Tuvimos que irnos para no perder nuestro vuelo...
Además, el segundo día de nuestro viaje, entró en la unidad sin llamar, y se ayudó a subir las escaleras hasta el dormitorio principal para cerrar la puerta del armario. No dijo nada, simplemente llegó a una casa con seis mujeres sin avisar, y se acomodó entre todas nuestras cosas.
Eso no estaba bien.
