PVRPV Puerto Vallarta Vacations presents The Park Unit 209, vacation location, ideally situated in one of the newest and most sought after locations in Puerto Vallarta in old town Zona Romantica just steps away from the world’s famous Los Muertos Beach in the fully secured Park Complex.

The Park Condominiums built in 2014, has an incredible 7th floor rooftop terrace with 360 degree spectacular views of the mountains, ocean and city. It also provides ample shaded area, infinity pool, 2 Jacuzzis, gas grill BBQ, fridge with ice maker and small kitchen area to prepare your meal. If you would prefer to sit and relax you can also enjoy the free Wi-Fi. The building also is equipped with a full gym area at no extra charge for the guests. The Park Condominiums are literally steps from the finest restaurants, art galleries and nightclubs that Puerto Vallarta offers. This modern condo is just one block from wonderful Los Muertos Beach and the Malecon.
The Park Unit 209 vacation location of Puerto Vallarta is located on the 2nd floor of the complex is an 800 sq. ft. condo which has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 burner stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, blender and a coffee maker all of which are stainless steel, as well as the sink, which perfectly matches the beauty of the granite counter tops. There is also plenty of storage space in the cabinets, and includes pots and pans, silverware, plastic containers, glasses. You will also find a washer and dryer, wireless internet and a Vonage telephone which will allow you to place free long distance calls to the USA and Canada.
The dining has seating for four and the adjoining living room with nice contrast of decoration has a ceiling fan, air conditioning, sofa and chair, flat 48 “screen Smart television with cable.
When you walk on to the balcony, you have a partial view of the Bay of Banderas and a view of the square of the romantic zone, perfect to spend some time having a drink or just enjoying the fabulous weather whether no matter the time of year.

Please note that the condo is located in an area of Puerto Vallarta that is busy.  During the day, you will be hear buses going by, starting 6 a.m.  until 11 p.m. , regular street noise, and during the evening,  as you are located in an area of night clubs, you will hear noises from the bars, music, which are opened in some areas until 6 a.m.  There are some clubs that are completely closed off, where you cannot hear the sound, however, some bars are not noise proof, and we wanted you to be aware.   

The condo is located in the heart of Vibrant Old Town / Zona Romantica. Puerto Vallarta is a bustling city with Old World Mexican charm, and the sights, sounds and flavors that come with that. With ease of access to the beach and the finest galleries, restaurants and nightspotIs. You are just steps away from all the excitement. The condo is located on a city bus route providing ease of access to downtown and the surrounding areas.

Constructions Notice

Puerto Vallarta is fast becoming such a popular hot spot that we are now experiencing a more than average increase in Construction Sites in the Romantic Zone. There are more then 14 new construction sites happening around the zone, as of 2017, for the next 2 years. The construction normally happens Monday to Saturday between working hours, but there is no guarantee. The construction will cause noise and dust. Since there are so many different new buildings, it is hard to get away from it during the day. We encourage our guests to visit the different beaches and different parts in and around Puerto Vallarta during the day. For more suggestions contact our Concierge department.



ADDITIONAL FEE FOR CLIENTS ARRIVING BEFORE AND AFTER REGULAR WORKING HOURS
Please be advised that if you are driving or flying to Puerto Vallarta, you must ensure that you plan your travels well and expect to arrive at the rented property no later than 8 PM. on any given day. Clients who arrive after 8 PM. will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD I.V.A Included which must be paid in cash. This will be collected upon check in. In addition, there is no check in time before 8 AM. on any given day, otherwise, the same additional fee of $25.00 USD cash applies. Most of the properties allow a check in time of 3 PM.

Important notes:

  • Cleaning Services: The services included is based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In case your rental is less than this or require additional services the cost will be $25.00 USD per day
  • Damage Deposit: $ 35.00 USD - Damage deposit is now mandatory for all clients. The deposit provides coverage to travelers in the event that damages occur during your stay. It also protects you from having to pay additional costs if any accidental damages happens during your stay to a property of up to $500.00 US Dollars. The only complaint I have are the pillows for the bed. They are not very good pillows and they are very stained from sweat and smell.

It would be great if we got ABC, NBC, CBS channels on the TV.

Noise is a problem which you already know. I enjoy having doors open in evening but really not possible with bus noise.
There was a smell in the unit that was almost like sewer. That needs to be fixed.
Sending a payment is difficult. I couldn\'t get the system to accept my credit card. It went through fine in person.
The Park is really nice though and the pool is perfect. Overall it was a very nice experience.

Waited on a hot day 45 mins for concierge check in Angel. No phone service to know if we had been forgotten. Check out was prompt, however Omar failed to secure a taxi rate for us and we paid 250 to go back to the airport for which should have been 160 pesos. \"I know this guy, you are good\" was all that occurred when he saw the driver then walked off. Hair dryer was missing but took a few days to replace.

Building staff is EXCELLENT. PVRPV staff is EXCELLENT. You are the best. The 7th floor of the PARK is the main reason we booked a return trip. It is WONDERFUL. The apartment could be noisy if you left the doors open but Remy and I really don\'t mind the buses....it is local color as far was we are concerned. Park 209 is poorly designed. Bedroom area is stuffy and uncomfortable. All night lights in exterior hallway shown into the unit like a spotlight. When it rained exterior hallways had extensive water on floor leaking from ceiling. Concierge was more than one hour late meeting us. He could easily have called ahead to the bldg. deskman and notified him to tell us to go on up to the unit as he was running late. Rather rude and inconsiderate. I understand delays; don\'t understand not doing anything. When he finally arrived, essentially said he was overworked and understaffed as it was Sunday. I suggested if that was the case, he needed to tell management, not the customer. Received no info about anything. Rest of PVR staff was very professional. Maybe he had a bad day, but it didn\'t go down well after 6-7 hours travel time.

I have shared with the property owner the improvements that are necessary.

Regarding the concierge service, unfortunately was not properly coordinated and is not acceptable to have excuses of been busy. Our management team is always available to assist the staff whenever help is needed. Your message helps to show them the importance of coordinating and communication to avoid inconveniences to guest. Our concierge manager Angel Cocula will be assisting guest at operation to provide better quality of service.

Again, really appreciate your comments and proper corrections are been done.

Please keep in mind we have many properties to pick from and hope you will give us another opportunity.

I loved the unit. My only complaint about the building is that the hot tubs on the roof were not hot at all. The water was colder than the pool. I have been to PV before, so I knew what to do and where to go. For a first time visitor, however, more information could be provided at check-in about restaurant recommendations, general information and tips.

We had a fantastic time at the condo. The building is quite nice since it is brand new. The terrace is well designed except there needs to be more options for shaded areas such as umbrellas. Most people on the terrace were pulling their chairs to the far regions of the terrace looking for shade.
The condo unit was also very new and very clean. There was a problem with the dishwasher smelling very rancid. We used the dishwasher one time and it made the whole unit smell terrible. After that we only hand washed our dishes. The unit was missing some of the everyday conveniences that we are used to when we stay at Selva Romantica. In order for this unit to be accommodating it needs several more furnishings such as:
Cooking utensils
Cooking pots and pans
Food storage containers
Variety of mixing and salad bowls and serving dishes
Cutting boards for vegetables, fruits and meats
Wine bottle opener
Wine glasses and plastic wine cups for the terrace
Iron and ironing board
and many more.

When the owner lives for several months at this unit then I believe they will understand all the daily furnishings that are missing from this new unit.

1. Number Of Occupants In The Unit Is Limited To Those Authorized
2. Any Person Who Is Not Listed In The Occupation Application Has Denied Access To This Building. And Likewise, Tenants Have No Friends And Visitors Allowed To Make Use Of Common Areas Of This Building.
3. While The Unit Is Rented Or With Guest, Use Of Facilities The Park Is Limited Only To The Tenants Registered In The Application Of Occupation.
4. Special Events For More Than 6 Visitors Are Required Prior Notice And Request To This Administration.
• There Will Be Charged As A Deposit By Event, Which Is Returned After The Event If There Is No Damage.
5. Owners, Tenants Or Guests Will Be Charge Of Any Damage
Caused In The Common Areas
6. The Parking Area In The Basement Can Only Be Occupied By
Owners Who Have Assigned Parking Spaces.

Please be advised that if you are driving or flying to Puerto Vallarta, you must ensure that you plan your travels well and expect to arrive at the rented property no later than 8 PM. on any given day. Clients who arrive after 8 p.m., will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD I.V.A Included which must be paid in cash. This will be collected upon check in. In addition, there is no check in time before 8 a.m. on any given day, otherwise, the same additional fee of $25.00 USD cash applies. Most of the properties allow a check in time of 3 p.m.
