PVRPV presents Punta Diamante Unit 4 with amazing ocean and city views in Zona Romantica. This condo will keep you mesmerized as you stroll through spacious and airy rooms with an abundance of natural sunlight. You will not find a better property with such spacious rooms, parking, walking distance to the beach, amazing views and steps from many restaurants, coffee shops, art galleries and nightlife. This condo had many updates in 2022 including refurbishing the private dipping pool, new furnishings, new air conditioning in the bedrooms and living/kitchen areas, and new windows, only to name a few. The condo is decorated with authentic charm while not compromising on modern amenities. The condo is uniquely positioned at the end of a sloping road (no through traffic) and surrounded with lush tropical landscaping for a peaceful reprieve when rest and relaxation are essential.

When you enter this condo you immediately feel the large open space. There is a proper foyer entry that you might find in a house rather than a condo that leads to the bedrooms on the right or to the fully open Living/Dining/Kitchen.

Living Room/Dining Room/Kitchen
This condo has a tremendously large living space that also includes the dining room and kitchen. Large, deep windows allow for beautiful sunlight throughout the space. A terrace is found off of the living room that is perfect for watching the city during day or evening. The large opening doors to the terrace creates a fresh air flow through the entire condo. A sectional sofa anchors the room and look out on the views of the city and jungle while the dining room is flanked by a very large opening window. There is a 50" SMART TV with Amazon Firestick for a move night in or to keep in contact with US, Canadian, International and mexican national network programming. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, fridge, large gas stove and oven and microwave. Granite countertops provide a modern touch to the warm wood cabinetry. This kitchen has all of the dishes, glassware and all everything else needed for a fully stocked kitchen. A powder room is located close by for convenience.

Laundry
Off of the kitchen you will find a separate laundry room with full sized, front loading washer and dryer as well as a newly installed laundry sink.

Principal Bedroom
The large principal bedroom has a king sized bed and charming furnishings and artwork. There is a large ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and significant closet. From the bedroom you can walk out to the adjoining terrace with private dipping pool from where you can view the ocean, city or gaze at the stars. This is a luxury.

Guest Bedroom
The guest bedroom is well appointed with local wood furnishings, large closet and also an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The size of this room resembles what might be expected for a principal bedroom. From this room you can also walk out on to the terrace which is shared with the principal bedroom.

There is network extended wifi in this condo so that at all points you have excellent access for your personal use or if you are working while in PV.

Accessibility
The Punta Diamante complex is located on a rise on the east side of Zona Romántica and can be reached by walking or by car. Taxis, Uber or other ride-sharing options are available to/from the property. If walking, you can expect to walk up a slope in the last block to the base of the building. A designated parking space is available for guests. There is no elevator in this building.

Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta

Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.

Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

Property Policy


- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.

- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.

- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.

- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.

- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.

The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

Comments About the Vacation Rental Unit:
Spacious Condo . Very Close to all shops, neighborhood eateries, bars, Only 9 blocks to Beach
we would suggest buying more towels , we only found one towel per person.

Amplio Condominio . Muy cerca de todas las tiendas, restaurantes del barrio, bares, a sólo 9 cuadras de la playa.
Sugerimos comprar más toallas, sólo encontramos una toalla por persona.
