PVRPV Puerto Vallarta Vacations is proudly introduces Nayri 209! A one bedroom and 2 bathroom condo. Prime location in the heart of the Romantic Zone. Located 100 yards from Los Muertos Beach, the front of the building is on Basillo Badillo street, known as Restaurant Row for its extensive array of great eating places. It is about 100 feet from Olas Altas, the most popular street in Old Town.

Nayri Life and Spa features a well-equipped gym on the roof top. In addition, there is a sauna, steam room, and massage rooms. There are male and female masseuses onsite ready when you are. (You pay for their services.) Nayri is a secure building, with security personnel 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. And the lobby is unique - perhaps the best in all of Puerto Vallarta.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer with in-door ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, and an ample supply of dishes, flatware, glasses, and pans. By the sink you will find a dispenser of filtered water. There is a counter top with 2 stools to enjoy of your earlier coffee.

In the living room additional you will find a little dining table for 2 that you can become for 4, also you have access through folding doors to the terrace. The unit offers a pullout bed that allows 2 more guests; A/C gives quick cooling if needed, or a ceiling fan can provide a gentle breeze. There is a 55", flat screen TV that comes ready with Netflix, HBO Max, YouTube tv and more than 200 tv channels.

The bedroom has a king-sized pillow-top Posturepedic mattress, there is an ample closet with extra linens, pillows, clothes hangers, an electronic safe, iron and iron board. There is a ceiling fan for a gentle breeze, or A/C should it be needed. There is bright overhead lighting, or recessed lighting for a subtle, romantic atmosphere. And separate, focused reading lights are provided. Sliding doors open to the terrace, extending the room and providing a pleasant. Additional there is an en suite full bathroom.

Next to the bedroom there is a full bathroom with rainfall shower heads, luxurious towels. Before entrance to the bathroom, you will find a cabinet with extra luxury towels, soaps and toilet paper.

At the bottom of the kitchen you will find a laundry room with washer, dryer and cleaning supplies.

Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta

Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.

Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

Property Policy


- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.

- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.

- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.

- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.

- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.

The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

Dear guest:
The owners and management of Nayri Luxury & Spa condominium welcome you and wish you a pleasant stay. It is important to remind you that, this is a private residence, not a hotel. We do not have services for reception, bellboy, concierge, maintenance, restaurant or any other similar service. If you have a concern in this matter or service need, please contact the person or company that rented you the condominium.
GENERAL REGULATIONS:
SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED ANYWHERE ON THIS PROPERTY.
1. Avoid making noise (music, screaming, shouting, fights, etc.) inside the condominium.
2. Guests are not allowed to have visitors.
3. It is forbidden to hang clothes, towels or any other object on the balconies or railings.
4. No playing or running in the corridors, stairways or common areas.
5. Trash must be placed in the trash cans or chutes located in the hallways. Please read the notices of the items
that can be disposed of in the chutes, as they cannot accept certain items such as glass bottles, and the bags you deposit must be securely tied.

BBQ Regulations:
1. If you wish to use the BBQ grill, you must reserve this at the Administration office; where you will be asked to make a cash payment of $250 pesos, for the deep cleaning of the grill.
2. Before leaving, you must clean the area you used and deposit the garbage in the designated area, tying the bag(s) perfectly and refraining from depositing glass articles.
Swimming pool regulations:
1. Pool use hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. without exception.
2. The lounge chairs cannot be reserved; if this occurs, the belongings will be taken to Security, where you can reclaim them.
3. Please take a shower before entering the pool.
4. The use of headphones is mandatory when using portable audio devices, as only the condo's own background
music is allowed in the area.
5. Jumping, running or diving into, or around the pool, is not permitted.
6. Please clean up after yourself in this area.
7. It is not allowed to move the furniture of the area (furniture, chairs, tables, lounge chairs, etc.).
8. It is not allowed to bring food inside the pools.
9. Glass objects are not allowed in the pool area. These objects must always remain in the bar area.
10. Inflatables are not allowed in the pools.
11. Minors must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult. If the minor wears diaper, it must be special for the pool, otherwise, he/she should not enter the pool.
12. Do not use the pools if you have any exposed wounds.
13. Do not stand, sit or climb on the edge of the infinity end of the pools.
14. Only the use of creams or sunscreens suitable for swimming pools is allowed.
15. Please dry yourself thoroughly before using the elevators or ladders.
16. Pets are not allowed in the entire Roof area, including the Gym, Reading Room, Swimming Pools, etc.
17. The use of the swimming pools is at your own risk. Nayri Luxury & Spa is not responsible for accidents, injuries or lost items.

Gym Regulations:
1. Hours of use are from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
2. Wear appropriate clothing and athletic shoes when using the equipment.
3. Minors are not allowed to use the gymnasium.
4. Use of the gym is at your own risk. Nayri Luxury & Spa is not responsible for accidents or injuries.
5. It is your responsibility to know your current state of health and ability to use the gym.
6. You may not remove any equipment from inside the gym.
7. Audio devices with loudspeakers are prohibited, you may only use equipment or devices with headphones. 8. Do not drop equipment, such as dumbbells, for example, on the floor.
9. At the end of your session, thoroughly clean each piece of equipment you used with the wipes provided and the disinfectant.

Steam Room and Sauna Regulations:
1. Hours of use are from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. without exception.
2. Go to the administration or with security to register your use and to activate the electric power.
3. Do not enter with jewelry or metallic objects.
4. No food and/or beverages are allowed.
5. Ask security to condition the temperature according to your preference, the temperature may not exceed the
limit of 60°C.
6. Wait 10 to 15 minutes for the desired temperature to be reached.
7. When finished, turn off the light and notify security to turn off the power.

Regulations for pets:
1. The authorization of their entrance to the property is the responsibility of the person or company that rented the unit.
2. Pets must only travel on a leash.
3. For the safety of everyone and your own pet, pets are not allowed in common areas, such as Lobby, Roof, Hallways, etc.

the gym is very small for the size of the building and busy

the big issue is not giving rental a key to access the building , you have to wait and they will come and open it, only owners have keys to the outside .

el gran problema es no dar al alquiler una llave para acceder al edificio, tienes que esperar y vendrán y lo abrirán, solo los propietarios tienen llaves para el exterior.
